Good location and new hotel. Room size considered very big in Japan. Very good facilities with heated pool, jacuzzi and indoor onsen. Staffs are very helpful considering in Japan as usually they don’t speak much English. Already introduced to my friend who is going in March. Will definitely stay again when going to Fukuoka.

Great location, remembered find Underground passway P5. This is old hotel but with elegant service. I would say the Japanese breakfast set was our high light of staying here. Room is relatively old but very clean. The price is not cheap but this is a good choice if you want to have 4,5stars hotel service standard. Alternatively, there are a lot of hotels nearby without high standard service (labour's intensive ).

The hotel was located stone throw from Hakata Station. Check in on the 3rd floor, stayed the night for a morning flight. Very clean room, ample moving space with decent amenities. Breakfast had a very good spread of western or Japanese selection. Would recommend this hotel for it's location.

Nice hotel. Very close to Hakata station and express bus terminal, about a 3 minute walk to the station. Boutique type of hotel, the entrance and front desk areas are nicely done. So easy to use as a home base to get around. I traveled to Kumamoto, Huis Ten Bosch and Shimonoseki very easily. Also walked to Canal City and Tenjin from the hotel. Breakfast can be provided depending on your reservation. They have a restaurant room for breakfast. TripAdvisor hotel photos show exactly the layouts of the rooms and the breakfast. The breakfast is standard, american or japanese and the breakfast is exactly the same every day (only the jam changes daily). As with most rooms in japan the single room is smallish but adequate for one person. Front desk was so-so, japanese clerks spoke very little english. Non japanese clerks spoke english and could help english speaking tourists better. I did not request daily cleaning and they only gave me new towels and razors when they did clean my room (suggestion to hotel, you should drop off new towels daily even if cleaning wasn’t requested, many hotels do that). Overall I liked the hotel. Conveniently located near the station so you won’t get lost walking to the hotel. If I visit Fukuoka again I would stay here again. Highly recommended. I booked 3 months in advance so only paid around $45 a night total for single room with breakfast, great prices for a 5 night stay although I think they charged me an extra 10-12 yen upon checkin (hotel fee?).

博多駅筑紫口にあるホテルです。筑紫口を出て大通りを南（右側）に少し進んだところにあります。距離的には2～3分なので博多駅からは物凄く違いですが、入口が路地に面しているので、その点は少し判りにくいかも知れません。 設備やアメニティは一般的で、その点では特筆すべきものはありません。しかし、博多駅の直ぐ近くなので立地は最高です。周りには飲食店やコンビニが沢山ありますので、食事や買い物にも困りません。駅も目の前ですから移動も楽々です。スタッフの方の対応も満足いくものでした。 立地を考えればコストパフォーマンスは最高です。博多を拠点に観光したり、早朝に鉄道や飛行機で移動したい、という方にはお勧めのホテルです。

Overall.. everything is good, location is good, staff are helpful except that the bed wasn’t comfortable as ithe queen size bed was sunken in in the middle which gives me n my hubby quite a backache. Even my daughters’ room, it’s the same as well. Strongly advise the hotel to change their bed.

Good location near Hakata station. No breakfast service. Reception staffs is friendly. The hotel door would locke at night. Anyway, there is no Hotel’s English name in front of the building and inside ( only Japanese language), must search from Google map. Single room is a bit narrow, especially its bathroom.

Nice spa like good onsen. So near to the subway line station to Fukuoka airport. Only 2 stations away. The clerk kindly showed me the way. The system looks very new to me but I was get used to it gradually. I could walk to Nakaskawabata station too. Pretty enjoyable experience in Hakata.

ツインルームに2連泊しました。チェックイン時に「Eco de ルートイン」（掃除はタオル交換とゴミ回収のみ）を適用し、缶ビール2本をもらいました。 部屋は新しくも広くもないものの清潔で、空の冷蔵庫や湯沸かしポットなど使い勝手は良かったです。窓からの眺めは隣のビルとの間から博多駅前広場が見える程度でした。大浴場は洗い場が6つ、平日と休日それぞれ20:30過ぎには混んでおらず、ゆっくり入浴することができました。 朝食は6:45からですが、準備が早くできたのかそれよりも少し早く食べ始めることができました。7:00には行列ができていました。明太子やおきゅうとなどの地元の名物を含む和食の副菜が豊富で美味しかったですが、バイキングの棚の端に置かれていたクロワッサンがサクサクで、トースターで軽くあぶると美味しかったです。 チェックアウト後、帰宅直前の夕方まで荷物を預かっていただき、身軽に観光することができました。博多駅・博多バスターミナル直結で、夕食にも観光にも大変便利なホテルでした。

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Oriental Hotel in Fukuoka, and it was truly an experience to remember. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm Japanese hospitality and was quickly checked-in by the friendly staff. The lobby was beautifully decorated. My room was clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The high-speed Wi-Fi was reliable, which was a plus for my trip. The bed was comfortable. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's restaurant. The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety of both Japanese and Western options. The hotel's location is excellent. It's just a short walk from the train and bus stations, which is full of shopping, and restaurants. My overall experience was fantastic. The Oriental Hotel Fukuoka offers a comfortable stay, excellent service, and a unique blend of tradition and modernity. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fukuoka! .

比較老的酒店，早餐也非常一般，所以價格也比較便宜。在此基礎上，優秀的服務讓我在3天時間裏對酒店積累了越來越多的好感。特別是退房當天，前台一位纖細漂亮的小姐姐幫我們取行李，然後僅穿套裝短裙就跑去街上幫我們叫出租車在11度的天氣裏，甚至要幫我們搬行李箱上車我制止她了。等我們車上坐好出發，一轉頭髮現她筆直地站在路邊並正向我們躹躬。那一刻真覺得温暖了。感覺日本的服務是越低線越温暖，大阪比福岡差一點，東京又比大阪差一點

This hotel is in a good location near Hakata Station. The room I stayed in was very small. However, I was able to spend it without any inconvenience. Breakfast was simple, but the bread was delicious. I think that cost performance is good.

하카다역 인근이라 접근성이 좋고 백화점 등이 많은 곳이라 생활용품, 음료수 및 음식 등을 쉽게 구입할 수 있었습니다. 종업원들은 친절했으며 요청사항에 대해서도 신속하게 응해주었습니다. 호텔시설은 평범한 수준이었으나, 욕실이 너무 좁아서 욕조에서 샤워하는데도 불편했습니다. 그리고 식당이 별도로 있는 것이 아니고, 호텔 1층에 일본식 술집(이자카야?)인 듯한 곳에서 아침식사를 했습니다. 메뉴도 뷔페식이 아니고 준비된 간단한 일본 가정식(?)이 제공되었습니다.

首先是優點，位置鄰近博多車站，5分鐘步程可達，很方便。另外房間空間也足夠，平放打開兩個行李箱都沒問題。 然後酒店大堂有提供DHC的卸妝及潔面用品，這點很贊。 酒店硬件上的配套是不錯的，但酒店人員卻嚴重專業不足。 首先是登記入住的時候兩名男職員一直找不到我們的訂單，擾攘一段時間後又忽然說找到了，但無法向我們說明原因。 然後枝田男職員第一次給予我們710號房的房卡，但當我們上到房間打開房門卻發現房間仍然是有客人入住中的狀態。職員竟然將仍未退房的房間分配予新登入入住的客人，如此嚴重的疏忽實在令人無法想像。 我們立即回到大堂找到枝田男職員說明事件，但對方只是更換一張房卡，其態度彷彿是很平常的事情一樣。 經此一役，實在令人對酒店的保安程度非常擔心。
