Hotel berhampiran Nishi Park, Fukuoka

I would stay here again if visiting fukuoka. Although they don't speak English and I don't speak Japanese, we got by. They are very near to 7-11 and family marts, hairdressers, uber eats deliver there. I can't say I wanted for anything. If I had a criticism, the plug sockets are the basic 2 pin and don't take the 3rd pin plug I'd seen advertised for japan and the hotel didn't have spares. I ordered some which arrived next day.

Kemudahan: Agak lama, tetapi boleh diterima Perkhidmatan: Anda perlu membuat temu janji untuk membersihkan bilik semasa kakitangan perkhidmatan sedang membersihkan, para tetamu perlu meninggalkan hotel Mereka terdiam dan terpaksa duduk di kedai kopi di tingkat bawah. Korang mesti check out pukul sepuluh pagi, (harap Ctrip boleh buat nota khas), kalau tidak, bayaran bilik sepanjang malam akan ditolak... Pukul sepuluh pagi, tiada tempat di pusat membeli-belah atau hotel untuk dibuka... Ia tidak berperikemanusiaan langsung. Persekitaran: Hotel ini terletak di Tenjin. Iwataya dan Daimaru berada dalam jarak berjalan kaki. Ps: Peralatan mandian bukanlah yang Pola dalam gambar promosi, tetapi terdapat kit pencuci muka layan diri dan detergen mandian di lobi.

We stayed in a family suite (2 double beds + 1 sofa bed) for 3 nights. Room is spacious for 5 of us. Well equipped with a balcony, simple cooking / 2 door fridge and washer. This is a truly no staff manned hotel: Check in - you need to deal with a machine (relatively not user-friendly) to enter all information required plus photograph your face with passport. Complicated but manageable. After that you will get a key to access Hotel lift lobby and your room. Housekeeping - nobody literally enter your room for cleaning at all. We didn't need it thus it didn't bother us. Service - no human service at all except a local telephone number. Not sure how to manage it as we didn't need it and we don't have a local phone sim card can call. Just one thing though, what if in case of emergency? Rooftop there is a communal area where you can chill out enjoying a view over Tenjin and the river. Check out - just drop your key in the box and go. Location is good, approx 5 min walk from the ”Nakasu Kawabata” station. Nearby all kinds of eateries and shopping. We would stay there again if price is right.

The hotel was absolutely incredible. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The rooms were beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The amenities were top-notch, and the food was exquisite. Highly recommend!

Nice and polite staff. Amenities including face wash and make up remover are free to pick up at lobby. Love the choices of shampoo and conditioner. Complimentary soup and supper are provided. Perfect experience!

Simple hotel, room is tiny and you don't have much control over the AC temperature. Beds are comfortable, free Wi-Fi is good. Breakfast is a set menu, 3 different options available, being 2 Japanese and 1 western style, food was not bad. Location is handy, in front of the river and 400m away from Hakata Kawabata subway station.

Room is clean, not huge but sufficient size. Great service, as I forgot my toiletry bag in Tokyo before arriving in Fukuoka and the front desk lady was able to call the Tokyo hotel and have them locate and secure the bag for me to pick up later. Offers welcome soba (21:00-23:00) and welcome drink (15:00-23:00). Also has a a Photo Booth to take welcome photos (picture quality is not great so more for fun) and a Gacha machine to dispense welcome gifts for kids. The lobby area has a huge long desk with many seatings, as well as a nice little library.

하카다역 인근이라 접근성이 좋고 백화점 등이 많은 곳이라 생활용품, 음료수 및 음식 등을 쉽게 구입할 수 있었습니다. 종업원들은 친절했으며 요청사항에 대해서도 신속하게 응해주었습니다. 호텔시설은 평범한 수준이었으나, 욕실이 너무 좁아서 욕조에서 샤워하는데도 불편했습니다. 그리고 식당이 별도로 있는 것이 아니고, 호텔 1층에 일본식 술집(이자카야?)인 듯한 곳에서 아침식사를 했습니다. 메뉴도 뷔페식이 아니고 준비된 간단한 일본 가정식(?)이 제공되었습니다.

很乾凈的酒店公寓，舒服。

this busy hotel is good for value, paid breakfast and therefore better than other hotels room was small quite near to the town centre (10-15 min walk)
