館内のしつらえやアメニティーなど申し分なく素晴らしいです。パジャマ代わりのサムイも、色・サイズなど選択でき、パジャマを持参しなくてokです。 冷蔵庫にある飲み物に、ルイ・ロデレールのハーフボトルがあり、complimentaryの飲み物として頂くことができ、到着早々、大興奮でした。 大浴場へのアクセスがやや不便な点や、スタッフのサービスがマニュアル通りという感じで柔軟さがない点で☆4つにさせて頂きました。 和室のお部屋で、0歳の娘ものびのびと過ごすことができ、良い宿泊になりました。 ありがとうございました。

I've been to Fukuoka multiple times and previously stayed at other establishments that simply cannot match the Ritz. Got a king room for my honeymoon. Really appreciate Sanjay and rest of staff making us feel very appreciated from check-in until departure. The level of attentiveness was impressive, and people here speak good English. Location is quite good, close to metro/bus stops, Ohori park,and plenty of eateries/shopping/yatai's. Room is as modern as you'd expect. Bed and bathroom are very comfortable - other hotels are going to struggle to match this level of sophistication. I really appreciated the amount of space vs the typical Japanese hotel. Great amount of amenities. Minor suggestions for improvement - in-room snacks - we got the impression that several of the snacks were complimentary. After we checked out, we discovered that they were not, an unpleasant surprise. Some better communication here would be valuable. Late check out - as an Elite member at check-in we were told that late check out would be offered. However, on the day of I discovered that I still had to call to ask for late check out, and then I had to wait a bit until they called back to confirm. The small details matter in delivering a flawless experience. Still, these are relatively minor things and overall we were very satisfied with our stay. On our next stay to lovely Fukuoka we'd definitely only stay here. Book it, you won't regret it.

Hilton系列酒店硬件一向出色，房間大小和家具擺放位置非常舒適，前台服務人員英語程度良好。美中不足是酒店溫泉需要額外付費，而且酒店位置距離最近鐵路站需要20分鐘，而且接駁車大約20至30分鐘一班，不算太方便。

ニューオタニブランドなので、それなりの期待をしていましたが、残念ながら打ち砕かれました。 ビジネス利用で朝食付きツインタイプに1人で宿泊。 部屋の広さは十分で清潔感はあり、アメニティも充実していました。古さは否めない感じですが、水回りやクローゼット等一部はリニューアルされており、空調も不快さはなく良かったです。 しかし、ベッドのマットレスは安めのモノでしょうか、寝心地は良くありません。周辺にある新しいビジネスホテルの方がよっぽどこだわりのある高品質モノが多いと感じました。 その点については、大きく期待を裏切られてしまいました。 洋食バイキングの朝食は品数がものすごく少なく、本当に残念でした。 *料理のオーダーが出来る点や、味は全般的に合格点ですが、種類が少なすぎるのは驚きを隠せず愕然としました。 朝食会場のスタッフの対応も味気なく、空いていたのに流れ作業的な感じる雑な感じ。ホテルの看板を背負っている意識は微塵も感じられませんでした。 清掃スタッフはすれ違いざまにしっかり立ち止まって挨拶されましたが、遠くに見えてスタッフは横柄な歩き方でダラダラとしていて気分が悪くなりました。 この点についても、周辺の新しいビジネスホテルの方が教育が行き届いている感じがします。 フロントスタッフの方々は、忙しそうでしたがテキパキとしていて不快さはありませんでしたが、一方で暖かさは感じませんでした。 結論、バード、ソフト、値段を勘案すると選びません。 よっぽど安ければまた泊まりたいとは思いますが、積極的にはナシです。 バードは予算の問題もあり簡単には改善出来ませんが、スタッフ教育は幾らでも出来るはずです。 気が付いたら、周辺の競合ホテルや、競合ではないランクのホテルに抜かれていた、、、そんな未来が近いホテルですね。

This is the most disgusting and despicable thing any hotel management can do is to chase my father off the premises when he was waiting quietly for me downstairs to have breakfast. I am staying with my mother in this hotel and since they’re not together anymore, my father decided to wait for me at the quiet third floor banquet. I was just getting ready to meet my father when the security manager and his team of security threatened my father with Police to arrest him! To which my father replied that his lawyer will sue them for malicious prosecution! Since he was just quietly sitting at the sofa waiting for his son to come down! Not having issues. Eventually, my father removed himself from the hotel but yet; the security manager was physically manhandling my father while at the lobby by grabbing his arm even though he was walking normally! The security manager was just trying to create a scene with my father. DO NOT STAY HERE! These people here are vile and vindictive in their demeanours! Totally unprofessional and have no work ethics! No services from the heart ❤️ They are a total disgrace to the hospitality industry! Definitely not a 5 Star Hotel in services but more like a putrid fish market!

全部が最高でした！ 内装も外装もキレイで居心地良かったです！ また福岡に来た時はそこに泊まると決めました！ 困った私に対してのスタッフさんの方の対応もすごく良くて気持ちよかったです！ お世話になりました！ ドームでライブや野球観戦をしに行く方や都心へも地下鉄で3駅ほどなのでアクセスもかなり最高でしたのでオススメですよ！！！

We spent a night at this Hotel (Hotel JAL City Fukuoka Tenjin) in mid/late Nov 2023 and we had a pleasant stay. The room was very clean and of decent size. The tub was of full size tub that can fit a person easily. The tub is very rare indeed for hotel in Japan and a lovely room amenity after a full day of walking / site seeing. The location is great and it is just 2 minutes walk to Akasaka Subway Station. We visit the Park next to the Hotel in the morning and then visit the Tenjin / Hakata area for shopping in the afternoon before taking a night flight back.

From Fukuoka Airport, buy the one day subway pass (it is cheaper as you can go for unlimited rides). Take the subway from airport to akasaka station exit 5. Come out. walk 10m and turn right at first junction. Hotel is about 400 m to the right as you walk down the lane. There is a small carpark in front of the hotel and it is covenient to drop there and collect your bags. The staff is nice and welcoming. You collect what you require for your stay from the table provided at the registration area. I will come back again.

PayPayドームで 行われる ライブの為に 2泊3日 宿泊しました。普通の ビジネスホテルです。壁が薄いのか 少し 隣の方の 声が 聞こえる時がありましたが、だから 寝れない！とか 目が覚める！とかは なかったです。（お隣の方が 声が大きいとそうなるのかも？）ドームまでは 15分ほどで 苦なく 徒歩で 行けましたし、ドーム近くの モールで ご飯も 食べれたので 困ることは ありませんでした。お部屋の 鍵は 外出のたびに フロントへ 返却でした。

여자 혼자 도미토리에서 묵었어요! 보통 일본인들이 많이 오고 서양권 사람들도 좀 있더라구요. 한국인도 좀 있었음. 샤워시설은 샴푸 컨디셔너 바디워시 드라이기 정도 있구용 수건도 받고 연박시 수건 더 요청하면 주세요. 방 안에 행거가 있어서 옷 걸어둘 수 있었어요! 개인적으로 2층에 있는 2인실쪽은 방 앞에 큰 테이블이 있어서 늦게까지 떠드는 사람들이 좀 있어서 시끄럽지 않을까? 싶었어용. 도미토리가 있는 3층은 2층에서 떠들어도 괜찮았어요! 냉장고 에어포트 미니오븐 전자렌지 있었고 물은 그 필터되는 물통 사용해서 먹어요! 가격대비 넘넘 저렴하게 잘 다녀왔어요.. 접근성도 좋고 관광하기 딱인 숙소인 듯 합니다 ^___^! 게하 특성상 시끄럽거나 어떻거나는 같이 쓰는 사람들 문제인데 저는 다들 조용하게 잘 사용해주셨어용
