Hotel Furano dengan Sarapan

Honestly, I expected more from this hotel at this price. The room is ultimately small and it could barely open a 22-inch suitcase! I need to step on my companions suitcase in order to get through the corridor of the room Yet it is still a good hotel that provides private hot spring places. Yet it depends on the self-discipline of the other guest as they might stay longer than the hotel's regulation. Free ices, drinks, and lots of manga were provided at the hot spring place. There are also night soba which just don't expect the quality of it.

Finally got to Furano for the first time after 9 days in Nisko and Rusutsu. Happy to say that the resort, mountain and snow was very good and we will definitely be back. The hotel rooms that we had, double king superior where excellent. Small Japanese bathroom but did the job easily. Very comfortable. breakfast was a 3.5 / 5 but still good and recommended. The Onsen was the highlight. One of the best male and female we have been to. Very chic... Staff were very very good and helpful. Ski rentals in house also. Location from town and to resort was terrific. We used he free hotel shuttle each day but mainly walked down the hill back which was a 10-minute walk. (...you could have skied) A lot of good restaurants in each direction of a ten-minute walk.... I'd stay here again for sure and will when we go back. Good value for money and facilities. Highest praise to this inn’s fantastic staff, specially Carla, Sigi, Yuki, and Amana! They went out of their way to make our stay pleasant: booking cabs, helping us book a bus tour (Japanese only website), and always accommodating. Their English was very good, so communicating was easy. Thank you! This is not a hotel: it is an inn, and the room is more a bedroom in a house, but charming. Breakfast is good, with the main course plated; no choices (so don’t expect a buffet). What was a nice surprise was a daily late afternoon cocktails (they call it “welcome drinks”) which lasts until late in evening, and includes whisky, wines, juice, and yogurt milk. And daily free coffee (espresso type) which was particularly good! The free shuttle pick up and drop off when you check in and check out is very useful, and saves you the price of 2 cab rides (approx US$22). Be warned on Furano Station: no elevator, so you need to climb up then down steep stairs to get to the platform! Not easy with big luggages! Negatives: while room was charming and large by Japan standards, the bathroom was tiny, so if you are a plus size, you bathe with your body hitting the shower curtain or wall. Location is far from everything, so you need to take cabs all the time, with each 1-way trip to the town center costing approx. US$9-10. Nearest convenience store is maybe 15mins away, and an uphill climb back. The onsen (traditional Japanese bath) is an artificial hot springs, but a pleasant experience. A charming town, and I would consider going back to this inn if I go back to Furano.

This is our third stay at Tsuru Apartments during the ski season. The location is very good, we find the short walk up to the gondola a perfect way to warm our legs before skiing, it’s close to restaurants, the Lawson mini market, great coffee shop (Ronin) and quite a walkable distance into town, just over 1km. The apartment is clean and well equipped, furnishings are simple but comfortable and great for the price. Excellent Wifi. The kitchen has an induction cooktop, microwave and dishwasher. The owner Hiro is fantastic, he helped us with taxis, restaurant bookings, lift passes, transport to and from the bus drop off, and organisation of an urgent document delivery from Australia. We will definitely be returning.

Pros - 1) Convenient location close to many good eateries (Kumagera, Masaya, Sennari etc), a drugmart and a supermarket. 2) Free parking (30 lots). 3) Our room (777 - where they previously filmed a Korean drama) was spacious, clean and had a great view of the surrounding mountains. 4) Service was great even though English is a tad limited. Cons - 1) TV channels are predominantly in Japanese save for BBC and 1 Chinese channel.

Stayed 2 nights. Corner room has a weird configurations. Room door opens into a long hallway facing the bathroom with a sink in the hallway and the bedroom off to the side via a door. The hotel is showing age but decently maintained as much as possible. The hardware seemed typical old style Japanese hotel. We had two rooms and somehow one room gets toiletry packs with coffee and another didn’t consistently. Breakfast and dinner buffet had decent spreads but nothing impressionable. No porter service was provided.

Hostel Crew were really friendly and very accommodating, getting to and from the ski resort was not a problem since the bus stop was literally in front of the hostel. Very clean hostel. Only about 8min walk from the JR station. There is a grocery nearby.

Great service and breakfast. The hotel car park is a distance away. Pretty dark n cold at night. The hotel room is new n spacious. Only concern is after 2 days, the toilet start to smell. If possible, for daily room making , please help clean the toilet.

We booked this futurwald furano ski hotel for its location. Also as it had hot spring baths for relaxing after skiing. The staff are all very nice, friendly and helpful! The nice lady behind the check in counter even booked my ski pass with discount. The only thing I could say they can improve on is better coffee, and organizing dinner and breakfast better . Maybe don't take as many bookings ? Other than that it's a perfect place to stay as they have warm drying room /ski lockers right out the front of the hotel ( across the road from the ”kitanomine ” F chair lift ) excellent 👌 if you want to access the whole furano ski resort.... Makes it easier to have a break back at hotel and not as busy as main ” shin furano prince hotel side ”. Yes overall good location, good for family or adults. The level 2 of hotel has areas to read or sip on a suntory whiskey after a good day in Furanos powder snow ❄️. I did note that the lifts in hotel get crowded but stairs are a great option if needed in a hurry. Thanks again konnichi wa OHIYO I will stay here again. . Thanks again.
