Hotel berhampiran Rokugo Shrine, Furano

Fairly new hotel in Furano. It has good sized rooms, pretty quiet and good beds. Good shower, coffee all day, very clean . Breakfast was satisfactory but there is NO bread, you can bake a bun, but with one small toaster you can wait awhile. The food is not hot. Good COVID safety measures are in place. There is no hanging hooks anywhere in room you can’t hang up a coat ( such a simple thing to fix. ) Bedside table is very tiny. English is not well spoken and staff mainly use a translation app. For a couple of days we had a competent English speaker. English is not necessary but was advertised as English speaking staff. Restaurant, well it doesn’t really exist, open only on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. You have to book in the day before, we tried to book in 8.00 AM FOR THAT EVENING, they had to ring chef and ask if that was ok? So if you arrive on a Friday you can’t get a meal till Saturday night. No wonder there was only 4 people in restaurant, however the meal was very good. We arrived at restaurant early intending to have a drink before the meal, but were advised to come back at correct time. There is only one vending machine which only sells drinks. There is no where to order a snack, soup etc. Laundry was good. The bus from the airport does not stop at the hotel. The footpaths had not been cleared and it was very slippery, icy and dangerous, on top of that the entrance to hotel had not been cleared.- they have some very fancy clearing equipment in the lobby. The staff were polite but not helpful couldn’t offer any suggestion for a meal that was close by, I think that overall you could find a better place to stay, with a shuttle service, bus drop off and cafe restaurant that is open 7 days

We are a family of 4 people. We recently stayed in the two bedroom apartment for three nights. The apartment is new, airy and clean. There is even a balcony. We spent quality family time together in the living room at night which is priceless. It is cosy and comfortable. The apartment provides a full kitchen and a washing machine/dryer. Because Furano is in the middle of our Hokkaido trip, the washing machine helps a great deal for our clothes. There is even an air-conditioner which works well when the temperature was high in one day. A car park right in front of our apartment provides great convenience. The apartment is located in the beautiful Shimogoryo area. It is right in front of the famous dessert shop - Furano Delice. We walked around early morning and evening. The neighbourhood is pleasant and beautiful.

Went for a few days of snowboarding. The room was clean and tidy. I would like to take this chance to thank the manager Amy again for her great hospitality. I lost my car key on the mountain and the car rental company is at Chitose airport, her willingness to help us to pick the spare key up spending hours of her time is impeccable. Our travel plan was uninterrupted in the end. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Furano.

We booked this futurwald furano ski hotel for its location. Also as it had hot spring baths for relaxing after skiing. The staff are all very nice, friendly and helpful! The nice lady behind the check in counter even booked my ski pass with discount. The only thing I could say they can improve on is better coffee, and organizing dinner and breakfast better . Maybe don't take as many bookings ? Other than that it's a perfect place to stay as they have warm drying room /ski lockers right out the front of the hotel ( across the road from the ”kitanomine ” F chair lift ) excellent 👌 if you want to access the whole furano ski resort.... Makes it easier to have a break back at hotel and not as busy as main ” shin furano prince hotel side ”. Yes overall good location, good for family or adults. The level 2 of hotel has areas to read or sip on a suntory whiskey after a good day in Furanos powder snow ❄️. I did note that the lifts in hotel get crowded but stairs are a great option if needed in a hurry. Thanks again konnichi wa OHIYO I will stay here again. . Thanks again.

My family stayed this hotel for 2 nights. This was our 1st time visiting Furano. This hotel is beautifully located on the top of hill with a nice view of the area’s hills from our room. There is Lawson in walking distance if you need to grab a quick foods or drinks. Our 2bd room was spacious with full kitchen and living room. For American tourists, there is very helpful English speaking hotel staff including the general manager. All staff were very friendly and thoughtful. My family really enjoyed staying at this hotel and would like to return when we have a chance.

いつも美味しい野菜で感動させてもらっていますが 今回は前回より更に我々向になってくれてまして もう他の宿は見えなくなっています。 冬の富良野は勿論厳冬ですが 敢えて真冬に来て欲しいと私は思います。 氷点下のピリっとした空気、静けさ… そして美味しい料理と素晴らしい冬景色… やはり富良野ではココが一番だと思います。 本当はあまり他人に教えたくない素晴らしい宿です。 今回もとても素敵な冬休みになりました。 ありがとうございました。

청의 호수, 흰수염폭포를 눈에 담기위해 삿포로에서부터 차를 렌트하여 폭설을 뚫고 달려온 홋카이도 내륙 해가 일찍 지는걸 뒤늦게 깨닫고 깜깜한 눈 속에서 얼른 산 속 산장을 찾아봤습니다. 하지만 12인 공용 숙소밖에 없다고 하여 다시 폭설을 헤치며 찾아보니 발견한 숙소, 후라노 라 테르 급히 예약하여 들어갔지만 체크인부터 관계자분들의 친절한 안내로 일본식 숙소를 처음 사용하며 피곤함과 폭설 속 운전에 대한 압박감과 스트레스를 풀 수 있었습니다. 온천이라면 막연히 노보리베츠, 죠잔케이만 생각했었으나 공용 온천을 이용하니 이 곳이 더욱 천국이라고 느꼈습니다. 특히 테라스 문 밖의 하늘이 개방된 온천을 사용하여 한국에서는 느껴본 적 없던 신기한 경험을 하여 즐거웠습니다. 온천 사용 후 침실에 복귀하니 이부자리를 깔아주고 가셔서 눈밭을 바라보며 마음 편하게 취침할 수 있었습니다. 참고사항 1. 숙소 주변에 여러 음식점은 없으나 귀여우신 카운터 직원분께서 추천해주셨던 바로 옆 네팔 음식점이 매우매우 맛있었습니다. (네팔 현지인분들의 매장이였습니다만 당시 빨간옷을 입으시고 머리를 묶으신 분께서 매우 친절하셨습니다) 2. 네팔 음식점 바로 옆에 대형마트가 있었기에 관광시 이 숙소에서 묵으시는 경우라면 밤에 들르셔서 밤에 먹을만한걸 구매해가셔도 좋을 것 같습니다. 3. 아침 온천의 첫 출입시간은 오전 10시, 침실 체크아웃 시간도 오전 10시이니 참고바랍니다.

道の駅南ふらのから道路を渡って正面にあるホテルです。アメリカのロードサイドホテルチェーンのフェアフィールド ですが、部屋のベッドの大きさや高さ、柔らかさ、枕の数などアメリカそのもので、海外旅行に来ている気分でした。ホテルには、レストランがなく、また道の駅も夕方には終わってしまうので、徒歩圏内にレストランやコンビニがないのが少し不便かもしれません。車やバイクで利用するのが大前提のホテルになっています。朝食も近くでやっているお店は見つけられず、皆さんパンなどを買ってホテルに来ているようでした。ホテル内には無料のコーヒーマシーンがあり、インスタント味噌汁の提供もありました。フロントで紙皿ももらえますので、自分たちで用意したご飯を外のデッキで食べるのは意外と気持ち良いものでした。 フロントスタッフの皆様も荷物の手伝いなど、とても親切でした。 人それぞれの楽しみ方があるようなホテルだと思います。日本では、初めてのフェアフィールド でしたが、またどこかのフェアフィールド に泊まってみたいと思います。

数年前に一泊して以来の再訪。 お湯は気持ちいいし、相変わらずお料理は美味しいです。 前回は早くに出立しなくてはならなくてバタバタの朝ごはんでしたが、今回は存分にのんびりできました。 部屋に関しては、階段が多いのと洗面所が暗いのが難点。大浴場でメイクしましたが、こちらも照明が落ちていてちょっと不便でした。 帰りの送迎の間にびっくりするくらい大きな虹が見えて、北海道ならではの景色と奇跡のようなタイミング、そして写真が撮れるよう良いポジションで車を止めてくれたスタッフの方に感謝です。 旭川空港からのアクセスがかなり良いということを今回実感し、北海道旅行がぐっと身近になりました。ぜひまた宿泊したいと思います。

Hotel is situated in a quiet town and there were no eating places nearby when we checked in in the early evening. Had requested for a non smoking room but was given a smoking room instead. Was unable to change room as there were no other available rooms. Hotel staff provided air fresheners instead.
