I had an excellent experience at Swissotel and would like to commend the staff for their outstanding service. Checking in late at night, 刘基扬, 王国琪, 刘畅, 金学哲, and 段冰宇 went above and beyond, insisting on carrying our luggage and escorting us to our room. The responsiveness via WeChat at all hours was impressive. Any issues we raised, with these 5 staffs that we encountered were promptly addressed, and resolutions were provided without delay. The breakfast offerings were comprehensive, featuring both Western and Chinese cuisine; however, it would be helpful to have forks, spoons, and water readily available. Despite the demagnetization issue with the key card, the staff, especially 刘基扬 and 王国琪, responded instantly to our messages and ensured a swift resolution. Overall, our stay was marked by exceptional service, and I want to extend special thanks to 刘基扬, 王国琪, 刘畅, 金学哲, and 段冰宇 for their commendable efforts. 在瑞士鲁能酒店的入住体验非常好，工作人员的服务很称职。在深夜与外国护照办理入住手续时，刘基扬、王国琪、刘畅、金学哲和段冰宇非常友善，并坚持帮我们搬运行李并护送我们到房间。我们没有国内手机号，他们还主动加了微信以保持更容易的沟通。高效响应令人印象深刻。我们提出的任何问题，都得到了及时回复与解决。包括在大半夜，有多需要的刘基扬和王国琪也及时送到我们房间里，其他三位也很及时的替我们我们与相关人士联系。 酒店早餐选择丰富，中西式都有，如果能提供叉子、勺子和水的话会更完美。尽管房卡经常问题，但我遇到的那些工作人员，都能确保问题迅速解决。总的来说，体验到了瑞士鲁能出色的服务，得特别感谢刘基扬、王国琪、刘畅、金学哲和段冰宇。让我对这个酒店和中国人的印象十分好。

設施：酒店剛開業，設施都很新，很好用 衞生：衞生阿姨每天也都打掃，特別舒適整潔 環境：有一衹很可愛的小狗鐵柱，環境特別好 服務：老闆娘是一位很漂亮的小姐姐，對我們照顧，服務特別好，我們約不到車就幫我們約車，一大早的飛機，前一天就幫我們約好車了 酒店的早餐也可以選擇，特別好吃，酒也好喝

We spent 2 nights at this hotel. It looks pretty new. The rooms are big and clean. The outdoor jaccuzzi and swimming pool give a beautiful view on the surrounding forest and mountains. The autumn colors were amazing. We got very well attended. Special thanks to 徐小棠 Tina Xu who attended us at the Swissôtel Italian restaurant on the first night and then at both breakfasts.

獨自帶女兒出遊，長白山clubmed真的是非常性價比的選擇。入住有專門的小管家SWAMI對接，經常發送最新活動供選擇參考，mini俱樂部的MEI細心照顧孩子，還有EDNA經理的全程關心，使4天3夜的旅程無比温暖和踏實。 酒店環境優美，窗外就是開闊的樹林景色，不遠處還有小型滑雪場，冬天孩子學滑雪會非常方便；住宿衞生很好，客房阿姨每天會細心觀察房間物品使用情況，補充到位；一價全包的模式不用擔心任何想吃東西的時候會餓肚子，正餐美味，選擇也比較豐富；長白山的酒店還有温泉，室內室外很多個温泉池，環境好，孩子玩的開心，大人也泡的放鬆，且對住店客人無限免費開放；另外，此行對我來講還有一個比較特別的就是晚上的俱樂部活動，孩子在旁邊跟着GO們玩，大人可以在水吧暢飲，有個哈爾濱的調酒師忘了叫什麼名字了，調的酒超棒！ 整體感受很舒適，物有所值，下次出行還會選擇clubmed其它店繼續享受旅程。

Overall GREAT value for people who want to ski with a cozy and comfortable place to rest. Includes breakfast, one ski session per day of stay, equipment (boots helmet and skis or snowboard) and one time hot spring. Easy access to the small village with shops (mostly for winter sports and a couple of convenience stores), and restaurants, and the ski center. Everything is convenient with services and staff attention of outstanding quality. Room are a little outdated, however, you soon find it to be unimportant. Great for couples, families and friends traveling together

My family had a wonderful experience staying at Jin Suites. The location is great because our room is just across the Wanda Ski Center. McDonald’s, KFC and Pizza Hut are right below our room. Hotel service was great, especially front desk Vito Fan who met our requests in a heartbeat. The living room with two adjoining bedrooms provided more space, especially to store our ski gear. Minimart at the lobby area was convenient too! Will book this hotel again when we visit Changbaishan in the future.

This is a fantastic hotel to stay at whilst skiing in Changbaishan. With it’s own ski hire desk and the cost of hire and you ski pass included in the rate (this is not well advertised), all you need to do is grab your gear and take a few steps out to the lifts. The hotel itself is huge and the rooms well presented. There are good food options in the hotel and the small town, just outside the door, has a good few more. The breakfast buffet was really good with a wide choice for everyone. We did not sample the restaurants in the hotel though. Only small let down was the slight end of season feel when we were there. We had club access but there was a reluctance to keep restocking the beer and wine as it was used up. Not the end of the world but it was frustrating when there was a group of us wanting to enjoy a few apres-ski drinks. There is also an outdoor pool which was lacking in heat on a couple of occasions, not sure if this was because they perceived it was quiet and not being regularly used. These were relatively minor grips though. The staff were very friendly and helpful and all in all would be very happy to return.

The room was cozy and clean. It was pleasant to stay there. The stuff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast had many options and it was delicious. The location is good, only 5 mins by taxi to the slope. I liked all the service.

除了緊挨南坡邊檢的一家酒店，108是離南坡最近的一家了。和一堆民宿集中區比有至少10分鐘。 民宿像個小度假村，外觀很漂亮，有標間家庭房還有很多獨棟別墅，周邊環境很美，但荒廢了很多區域，着實可惜。 房間裏沒有空調，衹有暖氣，夏天入住，即沒有可使用的洗衣機也沒有烘乾機，沒有空調，衣服沒辦法干。外曬，白天有蟲而且也不一定能趕上太陽曬，晚上有露水，肯定不合適曬外麪，所以我們今天拖着一包漂流和換洗的兩倍半乾濕衣服出發，焐的味道不好，重新洗。 房間看似小，但什麼都似乎都有，有一次性洗髮露沐浴露等，還看到有博士倫護理液，驚訝了。房間沒有掛衣櫥櫃的哈。 早餐有粥，幾個小菜碟子，還有一個白水煮雞蛋，巨大饅頭管夠，一個已經很撐。 山舍可以點菜吃飯，自己自駕去飯店吃亦可。 這裏對於生活講究的朋友來說，又想追求性價比，能住一晚。

在這家温泉酒店，我體驗到了無微不至的關懷和卓越的服務。特別是服務部的張旭美女的熱情接待，還有前台的服務，都讓人感受到賓至如歸的温馨。酒店設施一應俱全，健身中心、温泉、室外温泉、商務中心等都讓我感到非常方便。讓我印象深刻的是，酒店的衞生非常到位，每個角落都潔凈如新。早餐非常豐盛乾淨。
