The environment of M Gallery is very exclusive and peaceful. The room is so spacious and comfortable. The best thing is it has a perfect view of Changbai Mountain! The outdoor hot springs is very special. The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, were very friendly and eager to accommodate our needs, offering warm hospitality throughout our stay. Thank you to the manager, 高扬 for the great experience. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to changbaishan.

帶小院的家庭套房是在酒店主樓的旁邊，前台會幫忙接送行李，吃飯、温泉、娛樂活動都在酒店主樓內，從小院到主樓要經過室外一段路，室內外温差比較大一定要穿合適的衣物。比起公共的室內外温泉，小院的私湯其實是最舒服的，據説都是天然温泉水，每天泡一泡很解乏。 辦理入住的時候前台Willow小姐姐非常熱情地接待了我們，仔細介紹了酒店的各種設施和活動安排，還主動加了微信，有任何問題都是響應及時，酒店每位工作人員都是微笑服務，很温馨。 我們住了五天四晚，一日三餐和夜宵都很不錯，每天的菜品都有變化，不用出村就品嚐到了好幾樣東北特色菜，三樓還有桌球、乒乓球、棋牌室、KTV, 都是免費使用的，大人也可以玩得很開心。 最重要的滑雪場完全超出我預期，雪道很適合初、中級玩家，酒店客人都有專業教練帶隊，每天會根據你的情況做出有效指導，掌握要領即可升級到下一個班級，課程安排非常合理，很感激幾位教練，讓我從此愛上了滑雪~ 這種一價全包的形式真的很省心，衹滑雪的話，額外支出只有租賃雪具的費用，另外雪場有很多攝影師一直在拍拍拍，想拿到好看的照片記得多擺造型，價格是60元一張，需要自己去四樓的電腦挑出照片，套餐是單人498、雙人698，就可以拿走所有選出的照片。小提示:衹要你想挑照片最後肯定會選出很多張的，所以建議直接勾選所有拍到自己的照片，直接付套餐價格最划算啦

Weekend trip. Great location at the foot of all lifts to the mountain. Had a few good runs. Really well maintained and staffed ski resort. Very efficient lifts, lots of well trained staff to ensure that skiers of all levels are looked after. Hotel was clean and well equipped. Good staff. We will be back

A wonderful hotel with a very comfortable check-in experience. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the front desk service, provided by Liu Wei (刘薇), was exceptionally thoughtful. We were given a room with a beautiful view of the ski slopes, which was a lovely touch. The breakfast selection was also diverse and satisfying. Highly recommended!

這次在凱悦住了三天，總體體驗不滿意。咱們住酒店且不説要多豪華，最起碼你要保證設施完好，供暖充足，洗澡水夠熱吧？！第一天入住時還好，到第二天就感覺房間冷，第三天就更冷了，更荒唐的是洗澡水是冷的，打到前台説是熱水管壞了，等了三個小時後，洗澡水雖然有了，但是水温還是不行，洗完澡以後很冷，我真的很無語！説到設施，浴缸淋浴間的兩個移門都是關不嚴的，就是你洗澡時是沒有私隱的，工作人員來修過浴缸的移門，但是另一個大的移門也關不嚴，我真的懶得再打電話了！就是酒店設施服務根本配不上這個價格。圖片是我們説房間冷，酒店送來的加熱器，你們看看這是五星酒店的加熱器，這是有多臟，而且還是壞的！根本不好用，不能加熱！送給客人前都不檢查就送來一個壞的機器！

The hotel is in a nice skiing area. Just leave and there is the first lift. The rooms are sufficient but maybe not standard for a 4 stars hotel. Example no rain shower, no iron to iron shirts. Unfortunately the room we booked the heating was not working which is by minus 12 a no go. Therefore it was necessary to move in another room. The employees were very nice and helpful and tried to do the best to solve it immediately. The restaurant I tried only 2 times. For the Christmas dinner and one for lunch a noodle soup. The dinner was just a ok except the backed ham was delicious. The noodle soup was not really good for the price. The breakfast is standard Chinese breakfast. I loved there the noodle soup. (Why not at lunch?) and the Chinese pancake are also very good. The lobby bar is nice place to relax but the training for the stuff have to improved. I asked for semi dry red wine. Lately I picked a bottle by myself based on the grapes and my experience cause no help here and to open the bottle the waiter had to search first and opener. But the Cabernet Sauvignon was good. A recommendation is the coffee black no milk no sugar in the lobby bar. Very good. Worth mention there were a lot of coupons included in thbooking like for skiing, hot springs and son on. Summary the hotel is worth staying but they should also consider some improvements.

除了緊挨南坡邊檢的一家酒店，108是離南坡最近的一家了。和一堆民宿集中區比有至少10分鐘。 民宿像個小度假村，外觀很漂亮，有標間家庭房還有很多獨棟別墅，周邊環境很美，但荒廢了很多區域，着實可惜。 房間裏沒有空調，衹有暖氣，夏天入住，即沒有可使用的洗衣機也沒有烘乾機，沒有空調，衣服沒辦法干。外曬，白天有蟲而且也不一定能趕上太陽曬，晚上有露水，肯定不合適曬外麪，所以我們今天拖着一包漂流和換洗的兩倍半乾濕衣服出發，焐的味道不好，重新洗。 房間看似小，但什麼都似乎都有，有一次性洗髮露沐浴露等，還看到有博士倫護理液，驚訝了。房間沒有掛衣櫥櫃的哈。 早餐有粥，幾個小菜碟子，還有一個白水煮雞蛋，巨大饅頭管夠，一個已經很撐。 山舍可以點菜吃飯，自己自駕去飯店吃亦可。 這裏對於生活講究的朋友來說，又想追求性價比，能住一晚。

酒店服務熱情，衞生乾淨整潔，在整個入住過程中十分愉快，前台的小姐姐服務十分熱情周到，幫我們聯繫車，以及酒店也配有專門一些景區的接送車，還給我們準備了入住的水果。 酒店內還有温泉，分室內和室外，環境水質也很乾凈清澈，室外還能看見星星。 酒店環境也十分乾淨整潔，房間內的生活用品也十分齊全。期待下一次的入住！

未入住前就收到酒店電話，問是否需要接機，對房間是否有什麼特殊要求，讓人感到很安心。房間空間很大，對於滑雪的人很友好，有冰箱洗衣機，温度沒有特別熱，對南方人很友好。走到雪場5分鐘，不想走也有接駁車，早餐需要穿衣服出樓去對面的餐廳吃，早餐有小朋友愛的熱可可，熱奶茶，其他餐品也不錯。晚上的打鐵花很温哇塞。入住期間賓客服務經理王炳姝有問必答，給予了不少幫助，非常感謝。 下個雪季還來。唯一一個小建議 建議房間裏放個衣架 可以掛厚衣服。
