Downstairs is the Sunshine Xintiandi shopping mall, which provides one-stop services for eating, drinking and entertainment. Shangxiahang, Yantai Mountain, Gushan and other scenic spots are also very convenient to the airport. There are direct buses. Semasa kami mula-mula tiba, orang di perkhidmatan pelanggan agak tidak profesional dan lesu kerana mereka telah meminta laporan kuarantin dari 6 bulan lalu yang tidak dapat saya berikan. Lelaki itu kemudiannya berhujah dan mengatakan dia menghubungi kami tetapi kami tidak menjawab kerana kami berada di dalam pesawat ke fuzhou ketika itu *facepalm*. Walau bagaimanapun, sebaik sahaja kami menyelesaikannya, bilik itu dilengkapi dengan baik dan saiz yang sesuai. Lokasi sangat mudah kerana kami agak dekat dengan dewan pameran (15 minit) dan juga berdekatan dengan tempat makan.

Location wise is good, just opposite Fuzhou south railway station. We need to carry luggage up a few stairs to our room, might not be suitable if with lots of luggage. Self check in, owner is friendly and give prompt reply. Room is clean, bed is comfortable. We use the freezer for fishballs and yampaste but need to wipe up the freezer a bit. At night the room might not be so soundproof

For a budget traveler, this was a great stay. The hotel is located in an industrial area, but the hotel itself is fine. It is close to a subway line which makes getting around Fuzhou so easy. My room was cleaned each day. The breakfast buffet was delicious. There was even coffee. I had no complaints.

DDaniel RodThe hotel is located fairly centrally in the island of Pingtan in a small village. Its exterior is nicely decorated with lights, and if you arrive late at night like we did, you’ll thank for that, as it shines like a beacon in a otherwise not very well lit street.
The service shone from the beginning. One of the staff was ready to help us with our luggage and show us in, and there was no delay with the registration of my passport (something that as any foreigner that has travelled in the Chinese Mainland will be able to tell, is not something to take for granted), and was immediately added to WeChat, where through the entire trip I was kept updated on everything relevant to us as guests, from the time breakfast was ready, to the fact that a guest with a dog was going to stay in a room next to ours (to which they offered to change if we needed in case any of us was scared or allergic to dogs). Breakfast was always kept warm for us, even when we were coming down late and were not expecting it to be there, and in general the staff’s attitude was always what you would expect in a bigger, more established (and more expensive) hotel, but with a home-stay twist.
The hotel is not very close to any scenic spot or touristic destination, but they offer a service of e-bike rental that we used through the trip, and that we’d recommend to anybody is staying here as it took transportation off the list of things we had to think about, and allowed us to fully take advantage of the central location of the inn. With 2 people per bike, going very far North, or South to the city (sometimes both in one trip), we never ran too close to empty our batteries.
The room was clean, big enough, and as we were staying on the last floor and our door opened to a patio, very well ventilated. The patio also proved to be a nice place to sit and chill or eat, and I was able to make work I had to finish feel less of a sore in the middle of my holidays. The only things I’d add or change to the room experience are a place to hang clothes (there wasn’t any closet or the sort), the toilet paper (they offered tissues but they don’t feel the same when you want to, you know, keep your hands clean), and real towels (they offer disposable towels, but they’re just not the same).
In conclusion, not only I would come back but I most certainly will, as I had an amazing trip and this inn played no small part in it. Would 100% recommend if you like less noisy, more home stay-ey atmosphere, and don’t mind to be a few minutes drive from the city.

Sebaik sahaja kami tiba di pintu hotel, petugas itu sangat positif dan bersemangat untuk membantu kami membawa barang-barang kami. Butler tersenyum dan menunggu di lobi dan membawa kami ke kaunter penerimaan tetamu untuk mendaftar masuk. Dia memberitahu kami mengenai hiasan lobi hotel, dari lobi hotel hingga ke bilik, begitu juga pelayan yang disertai sepanjang proses, memperkenalkan kami ke tiga lorong dan tujuh lorong, pertama saya memberi pujian kepada pengurus rumah tangga!
Kawasan biliknya cukup besar, tempat tidurnya sangat selesa, kebersihannya sangat bersih, dan buah-buahan dan hadiah kecil juga diberikan. Bilik ini dilengkapi dengan set teh dan teh hitam yang baik. Suami saya sangat gembira. Jubin biru, plastik abu-abu, relief, sumur ganggang, dinding pelana, penuh dengan hiasan kuno, memberikan gambaran mengenai pemandangan rumah kuno di hotel. Walaupun sarapannya vegetarian, produknya sangat enak dan rasanya enak, dan anak-anak juga sangat senang makan. Di restoran, tidak kira kawasan mana yang anda lawati, terasa tenang dan damai! Semasa kami pergi, pengurus rumah dengan penuh semangat memberikan cenderahati dan membantu kami menyetujui kereta tersebut. Terima kasih banyak - banyak! OOLEKSANDRANice and fresh hotel. The check in took literally 1 minute. After checking out the receptionist asked me if I enjoyed my stay, which doesn’t usually happen at hotels here.
There is a nice park right next to the hotel.

RRedmounDisappointed by the hotel, ok with the hot springs
We spent a night there to enjoy the hot springs. It wasn't very clear in the beginning that the Huiya hotsprings were actually within the hotel's building. The only way to reach the facility is by taxi because even if there are buses (only one line 331) they come once in a while. It was difficult to get back to the city, we had to walk to the little town and wait bus and also keep calling a didi which eventually came...
The service at the reception wasn't as good as should be. They couldn't even find the reservation I made, just because it was a foreigner name. No English at all, which I can understand but even communicating in chinese wasn't that smooth.
The room was average, honestly we were expecting much better quality, the TV was old and small, no movies, nothing. There was mildew in on the wall.
We were expecting to go to the gym as the facility said was available on the description but no open gym, we couldn't even find it, the reception guys didn't even know where it was located.
We thought we could have free or discounted access to the hot springs (considered the price of one night!!) but just a slightly lower price.
The hotsprings were ok, honestly we were expecting a bit of variety of baths like with aromas or oils.. But no, just water and 2 different temperatures. Differences were in size and temperature. One bath was bigger with a stone bed to relax.
No free snacks or drinks (except water but no cups in every water dispenser), even if the service book in the room said there were available.
Every thing was to pay. No other meal included besides breakfast. We tried to have dinner, the menu was only in chinese and no many options available. So we had to go to the town to find food.
Breakfast was the best part, very rich and complete. The only really good thing we found there.
Overall relaxing days and night, but for thw price we paid we could have had a better service experience.
Also for the hotsprings, I visited better and cheaper ones elsewhere.
I wouldn't recommend it, I would stay to another nearby facility and come only for the hotsprings

PPengguna TetamuHotel provide pick up service to and from airport. About 10-15 minutes drive. Staff are friendly and warm. Rooms are big and clean. Bed and pillow is so comfortable that you dont feel like waking up. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. Very good, will come back to stay in this hotel again if i have transit flight in fuzhou in near future.

OOLEKSANDRAThe hotel is located a little far from the subway station. The design is interesting. The wall in the bedroom is made of glass like a window that faces inside, so you can see the hallway of the hotel. The room has two levels. The bathroom and tea table are downstairs and the bedrooms are upstairs. It’s quite noisy in the room. After I checked in, I’ve found that the shower is broken. While the receptionist was dealing with fixing it, I was about to make a cup of tea when I saw the tea cups were super dirty! The receptionist said she was very sorry and went away to change the cups. She said she would bring me fruits as an apology but I refused. In the morning I woke up from a loud sound and vibration. It feels like a huge boiler room or a huge ventilator is upstairs, so this sound started at around 8 a.m. and was lasting forever. It’s super annoying. I had a feeling I am on an airplane. When I called a receptionist to explain what that sound is and possible mute it - nobody came. After 15 minutes I went downstairs again, the receptionist asked me to wait more. The help was not efficient. The guy came, listened to the sound and said he would go upstairs to check what’s the source of the sound and vibration. Then he left and I started to get ready to check out. I was in a bad mood because didn’t sleep well because of the noise plus the hotel staff kept me waiting for so long after my request to help.
Overall it’s ok if you’re not a person who gets easily annoyed by imperfections and sounds.

MMing WeiJack Lin and Kris are the very helpful staffs t who helped myself with finding my wallet when it was lost during my transferring the vehicle because i had long journey and the local transportation was somewhat foreign to me in the dark evening. This is incredible to me as a wallet withheld only bills to count a dozen but no ids within, then how should they to reclaim it back is really a credit. In addition the clerks who served at the counter Ms Xu, Zhan, Lin did a lot of helping hands to me are worth to mention in the first place. In addition, what i really want to address is if you are ready an old-school taster can recall still the elegant class of the fine artistic furniture and its amenities of handicrafts this is a suggestion of mine for a coming. A thick carpet paved doorway, a marble finished bathroom, bedroom decorated with carefully designed lighting, of these amenities were those included in all i was served for a night stay. As you can see, from a wallet missing to its return, from a dedication of suite design to the welcoming snacks, and after a long flight journey done i took my newly purchased shoes off and thus i found an immediately medical aids should be required so i asked the possibility for staffs’ service. They can even heal my heel’s hurt. These are all the service they charged no money but really worths travels’ money for the stay. Thus, I appreciated and recommend only to those appreciated the real amenities of classic hotel’s admirers.

PPengguna TetamuWe arrived at around 11pm at airport and have taken their minivan to the hotel which probably leaves at every 30minutes. They have regular minivan and big bus for airport pick up and delivery to airport. It was super easy experience. Room was clean and receptionists were very friendly. I saw pilots were checking out, they have agreement with airlines for transfer passengers and staff. Highly recommend this place.

Con: No safe available in the room! Some furniture looked dirty or worn out. At night the street is full of coal smoke from nearby grilled meat skewer places. There was only one roll of toilet paper.
