Booked and stayed in this hotel for 2 non-consecutive days within a week. Spacious and clean room. Breakfast is good. Most dishes are changed for the two different days

Due to flight delay, arrived to hotel at 04:00 instead of plan 23:30, the front desk 华启 was helpful and welcome me with smile and speedy check-in process so I could go to my room for a good rest. After a few hours of rest, then a nice breakfast, I walked to the front desk for tips of walk around of Fuzhou. Front desk staff 胡婷婷 has provided me an indepth of the local taste of Fuzhou and detail information of 三坊七巷. With her professional approach and thoughtful help, I hence tasted all Fouzhou flavors and enjoyed my visit to the 三坊七巷. The room is clean and tidy with bottles of water which is very nice to have after a long walk during the warm weather in Fuzhou. Thanks to 蔡秀花 who made the room tidy and comfortable, clean up the used coffee cups and refill with coffee for further usuage. Thanks to 华启, 胡婷婷 and 蔡秀花 so I have a pleasant stay in Fuzhou.

I extend my stay in this hotel due to its cleanliness and the room is spacious, location is also very convenient. The hotel do provide free self service laundry with free detergent at the 2nd floor. The hotel room also provided free toiletries and free bedroom slippers. The airport shuttle bus is just opposite the hotel which is very convenient to go to the airport in time.

Overall, I am shocked that a Mercure (Accor) hotel would be of this quality or standard. The hotel lobby & entrance did not not even have concierge services or a ramp to ease the luggage load, I had to carry 2 big luggages up a flight of 4 steps to enter the hotel lobby entrance. Room cleanliness was below acceptance, my suite & room windows were atrociously dirty, my room aircon vents were partly broken, other room and hotel amenities are unlike a 4 star business hotel that Accor brands would be! A saving grace was the hotel central location & the 2-3 reception staff that were quite helpful at times but failed in terms of providing any local area expertise or recommendations (food, attractions, etc.) well when asked. This is probably not suited for a tourist or leisure type hotel guest.

My wife and I recently spent a few days at the Fuzhou Sanbaobindi Hotel for a much-needed getaway, and it was, without question, the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. Situated in the heart of Fuzhou’s historic Sanfang Qixiang district, the hotel was the perfect base for exploring the cultural treasures of old Fuzhou—all within easy walking distance, including access to the metro. From the moment we stepped in, the experience was exceptional. We were warmly welcomed with traditional tea and snacks, and the check-in process was a breeze—under three minutes! Our room overlooked a beautifully manicured Chinese garden and perfectly balanced traditional design with modern comfort. Every detail in the room was spotless, showing a clear respect for the historical architecture. The true highlight of our stay, however, was the level of care and hospitality provided by the staff, especially our guest services manager, Roy Huang. Roy went above and beyond, offering us night snacks and daily desserts and taking time to share insights into Fuzhou’s rich history and culture. Our conversations with him were a true pleasure—learning about the city’s architecture, the hotel’s own story, and even the local tea culture, which he introduced us to with great care and knowledge. It’s rare to meet someone who makes you feel so genuinely welcome. Roy’s attention to detail and kindness transformed our stay into something extraordinary. We left Fuzhou with a much deeper appreciation for the city, and it was all thanks to the team at the Sanbaobindi Hotel. If you’re looking for an authentic yet refined stay that captures the spirit of traditional Fuzhou, I couldn’t recommend the Sanbaobindi Hotel highly enough. A heartfelt thank you to Roy and the entire staff for making this trip truly unforgettable.

Great hotel away from the city crowd. Many amenities and food choices. Love the cleanliness and friendly staff. Extended my stay twice. Strongly recommended for holiday or business stays.

Thumbs up! A suitable staycation to explore FuZhou city. Abundant foods and close to MRT station to move around.

The location is a bit confusing and you might need to contact the hotel before arriving to know your drop-point, on which they can dispatch a small car to pick you up, or if you don't have too much luggage you can enjoy the Yantaishan scenery while walking to the hotel. The staffs were friendly, and we got a free room upgrade because our chosen type was not available anymore. Overall a good stay and will chose this again if I'm coming back to Fuzhou.

Upon arrival at the hotel, I discovered that breakfast wasn't included in my room reservation, contrary to what was stated. I promptly reached out to trip.com to address this discrepancy. While the room was on the smaller side, it was still satisfactory, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel's location, approximately a 10-minute walk from the train station, was convenient, with shops nearby. The breakfast provided was acceptable. All things considered, the hotel offered good value for the price.

老牌酒店，有地下停車場，自駕好停車，但無直達的電梯，大熱天停好車後需走上路面再進入酒店，還是不大方便。 大堂敞亮，但因空間大，走廊、部分公共區域冷氣不足，房間倒挺大，床品可以，相對也還安靜。 早餐中規中矩，叫餐衹放在大堂門口置物架，需自行下去取餐。 游泳池衹能算戲水池，非標準池，水淺，水質不是太好，且有外面非住宿的孩子在此處培訓游泳課程。下水了一趟，小朋友就拒絕再進入了，有點失望。 服務：還行 環境：西湖邊上，景色佳，晨跑不錯！
