Hotel berhampiran GIANT, Fuzhou

Great location great hotel! Staff can't speak English. Beds were so soft and comfy. Rooms were spacious. Laundry room is excellent with dryers, washers and steamer. When we didn't retrieve our clothes in time, staff helped us fold some of our laundry and placed it all in a bag. Love that there were non-smoking rooms. Finally can sleep without the lingering hint of smoke in my nostrils. So close to the mall and the cute pedestrian zone. Tons of options for food and shopping. The hotel provides you with so many water bottles! Really appreciate it as this city gets super hot.

What is good/great about this hotel: Location is near small but charming Chating Park (5 minutes walk), and it's convenient to take bus and metro (Chating metro is about 10 minutes walk with rolling suitcase). Many quick-eat places, Luckin Coffee, and mini-market shops near the hotel entrance. Hotel breakfast is fine, with various pastries, good coffee, juice, and congee, plus other Chinese breakfast staples. (NOTE: Some non-Chinese guests may not like the breakfast, as it is not ”Western style”.) Can easily take bus/metro south, across the river to the former foreign concession area, which is interesting and enjoyable. Or, take the bus/metro or walk northwest to see the White Pagoda, 3 Lanes 7 Allys, etc. Hotel has a great bathtub, great shower, excellent hot water and water pressure! Blackout curtains make the room super-dark for late-sleepers. The bedroom is in a separate small room, and has its' own aircon, separate from the rest of the hotel room, so it cooled down very quickly--great on hot, humid summer day in Fuzhou. My room was very, very clean, but it smelled a little of cigarette smoke when I first arrived--I had to open the window for fresh air. Although the front desk staff (I dealt with 3 different people) don't speak English, but they are super-helpful and patient, and will use translation app to communicate well. What is not so good about this hotel: I booked a ”city view” room, but I got a 3rd floor room with a view of the street and a construction site across the street. No city view. :-( Met some other guests (Chinese) who said they had a very good view on the 8th floor. :-( Also, the entrance is confusing, as the hotel signs don't say Yunrui Hotel Fuzhou Three Lanes, Seven Alleys. However, the address is correct and is clearly marked by the door.

The room temperature doesn’t seem to adjust. Too warm. Less busy area. Overall a good hotel with great breakfast choices.

房間乾淨衞生，床和枕頭的質量都很不錯，家人還誇讚這幾天睡得更好了。負責房間保潔的小姐姐細心有禮貌，房間打掃與補充飲用水等備品都挺及時的。美中不足的就是房門口的勿擾與請清潔模式指示燈反了，建議貴店再趕緊派專人修正，否則白天房間有人使用勿擾模式睡回籠覺睡熟了沒聽見，但房門口的指示燈顯示要打掃清潔，就可能引起不必要的打擾情況了。

出行: 民宿離機場不到十分鐘車程，作為轉機住這裏還是比較划算的，小區比較偏，介意的繞道。由於是機場附近，離市區比較遠，坐公交地鐵到市區要兩個小時，最後打車來回花了240元去了三坊七巷，雖説有點貴，但小吃和景色都是令我滿意的。服務: 店家服務十分熱情，有接送機服務（這是我們最需要的）。司機小哥哥很有禮貌，幫我們拿箱子，很感動；辦理入住的小姑娘又漂亮又勤快；來房間更換投影儀的小兄弟也是十分熱情有禮貌的。 住宿環境: 房間比較乾淨，物品也比較齊全，詳細見圖片，我們一家三口福州轉機，住的還是比較舒服的。 感謝福州的包容，感謝福州人的熱情，我們下次再相見！

Menikmati penginapan kami di hotel ini kerana ia berdekatan dengan pusat beli-belah WanTa. Terdapat banyak restoran di kawasan sekitar jadi tiada masalah mencari makanan yang sedap. Sangat menghargai hotel kerana memberi kami naik taraf percuma ke bilik deluxe dan meletakkan kami di tingkat tertinggi mengikut keutamaan kami. Sangat mengesyorkan hotel ini kepada mereka yang melawat Fuqing. Saya pasti akan tinggal di sini lagi pada lawatan seterusnya.

打掃衞生的阿姨很好，衹清理垃圾和鋪床，不會動個人物品，還會把太亂的房間理一下，很感謝。 環境：在一個大樓裏，這是我唯一覺得不夠 ok 的地方，人員太雜，電梯太破舊，作為臨時落腳點是可以的。 服務：前台小姐姐非常友善，也很辛苦，早上給我磨咖啡，晚上回來磨咖啡☕還有幫我聯繫停車。非常耐心温柔

The hotel is very spacious with very complete and comfortable facilities. Apart from that, the hotel also provides a free shuttle bus from the hotel to Fuzhou Airport and vice versa. Very suitable for travelers who want to transit here.
