Overall, I am shocked that a Mercure (Accor) hotel would be of this quality or standard. The hotel lobby & entrance did not not even have concierge services or a ramp to ease the luggage load, I had to carry 2 big luggages up a flight of 4 steps to enter the hotel lobby entrance. Room cleanliness was below acceptance, my suite & room windows were atrociously dirty, my room aircon vents were partly broken, other room and hotel amenities are unlike a 4 star business hotel that Accor brands would be! A saving grace was the hotel central location & the 2-3 reception staff that were quite helpful at times but failed in terms of providing any local area expertise or recommendations (food, attractions, etc.) well when asked. This is probably not suited for a tourist or leisure type hotel guest.

Pretty central location. Rooms are nicely decorated though it would be nice if there was an extra door separating the bathroom area from the bedroom. We travelled as a big family and all had rooms of various configurations on the same floor. There was a child of three in the group and they stayed in the family room - it was great, very cute with toys and a tent. She loved it so much she cried when she was leaving. Would recommend the family room for families with a young child.

The best hotel in the area. Its clean, convenient and spacious! There is also a convenience store downstairs that makes it very convenient for your stay!

I’ve always love Mercure hotels in China, clean and great service

The room is comfortable and quite nice, although the corridors feel a bit dirty. Located downtown near 三坊七巷 but outside the hotel is a sewer that smells when you leave or walk pass by

The room was clean & nice. Breakfast was good as there were quite a number of varieties for us to choose.

It's a good hotel at Fuzhou downtown. It's clean and close to shopping area.

Everything is good

A great central location and easy to get around Fuzhou. The rooms were of a good size and had an amazing shower. Quick and efficient check in however it has to be noted that neither staff on duty spoke English . I would stay here again if I am in Fuzhou
