Mixed feeling after staying at this hotel. The room is in the "Business" section, but there is no table and chair for work. No hangers or towel hooks near the sink . No programs in English on TV. Staff is friendly, check-in is fast. .

The service was very good and gave us a break to check out at 4: 00 and catch the train at 5: 00.

Nice and clean hotel room. Hotel is in the centre of everything but the location is still pretty quiet. Sadly hotel not provide breakfast but everything else was good.

The location was very good. It was very close to Tiger Stone beach which was a beautiful place. The streets around this hotel are very cozy, lined with pines. The hotel management was very cooperative and welcoming. The room was very comfortable. I only missed one thing and that was a connection between the lobby and the room. There was a disconnection between the two and it felt like I was living in an apartment room. Else everything was perfect. I recommend this hotel at 北戴河。

Overall,I had a great experience with the Lavande hotel The rooms were clean,very comfortable,and the staff was amazing.There was 2 staff.one is the really helpful and the other one is so kind and cute girl with gray blazer.If you read this thank you so much🙏😇

The check in was very lengthy, but everyone was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious and have everything you need inside. The quality of the shampoo..... are very nice. Unfortunately my mum got sick during our stay and we had to book an extra room and added a few nights and they were very accommodating. The location of the hotel is great and a short walk away from the restaurants, shops and beach.

The location is very central. The hotel was very friendly. The hotel has parking space in front of the build, but was full. Therefore luckily they went their second parking, what is 500m away from the hotel. To improve is breakfast.
