此次出行選擇這家酒店真是太明智了！ 衞生方面，無可挑剔。床單被罩潔白如雪，沒有一絲污漬，房間各個角落都打掃得一塵不染，衞生間更是乾淨得發亮，完全沒有異味，讓我住得格外安心。 服務超一流。從踏入酒店大門，工作人員就熱情相迎，辦理入住高效快捷。入住期間，無論遇到什麼問題，他們總是第一時間幫忙解決，真誠的微笑和貼心的關懷如春風拂面。 安全有保障。監控設施完備，門禁系統嚴格，走廊明亮寬敞，讓人感覺十分踏實，即使獨自出行也毫無顧慮。 環境宜人。酒店裝修精緻高雅，房間佈局合理，採光通風極佳。周邊交通便利，臨近許多景點和美食街，遊玩出行極為方便。 強烈推薦這家酒店給各位旅行者，相信你們也會在此度過一段美好的時光！

Overall, it was a great experience! It’s in a lively area with shops and safe to walk even after sunset (but still at a reasonably hour). There’s a supermarket about 5 min walk and a seven-11 right next to the hotel entrance. They upgraded us because when we checked in they did not have our room ready yet. The room was spacious and had two chairs and a table as a seating area right next to the window! The bed was comfortable and everything seemed clean. They even helped us set up our wifi because we couldn’t get it to work. Our favorite place is the little bakery place outside the hotel on the corner. They have the BEST cream puffs! We got it every night. They are dense but so delicious!! Another amazing thing is that the airport shuttle is RIGHT across the street. Our flight was at 9am and the local bus doesn’t run until 6:30 and it takes an hour so it wouldve been really difficult/ expensive to get there otherwise that early. Luckily, the airport shuttle service starts at 5am! It was 31RMB per person.

衞生和服務態度跟前幾年對比相差甚大，員工培訓也不按照sop流程。房卡親手交給前廳工作人員走後又打電話説未歸還。還是用質問的語氣，毫無禮貌可言，時隔多年設施出現老舊的時候更應該用服務來打動客户。

很不錯的酒店，非常滿意。 設施：很新，但是幾乎沒有裝修的味道。房間空間也非常大，一點都不壓抑 🅿️樓下停車場車位足 🍴早餐還可以 🏨全屋智能化程度高，燈光、空調的調節比較方便。 服務：服務態度好。特別想贊下12月2日負責打掃保潔的李英姐姐，態度超級好。對我們隨行的長者態度也很親切，還多給兩瓶水給我們泡茶，很貼心。12月2日的前台服務人員態度也超級好。退房時怕路上沒水喝，又給我們好幾瓶水讓路上帶着，而且，水還是加熱的，真的很貼心啊～總之這趟住宿對服務真的非常滿意。 衞生：挺好，做的很乾凈。打掃更換也比較及時。 環境：樓下就有排擋、撈化很多店鋪，下樓就能吃飯。點外賣的話，機器人也可以送上樓 地理位置也很不錯，交通算比較便利了。下次來還是會選這家應該，滿意。

舒適乾淨環境是我喜歡的格調，最重要的是工作人員的服務態度都很好，就是早餐單調了些，孩子不願意吃這裏的早餐，建議要改善早餐，要在豐富些。總體來説體驗感服務還是很好的。下次來福州在住這裏，希望越來越好！

I booked this hotel last minute and late at night. I also left early in the morning so I didn't have much time to enjoy the view and surroundings, which seemed lovely. The staff were polite, and the breakfast buffet was nice. If you don't mind staying away from the centre of Fuzhou, this is a fine choice.
