首先説説優點:酒店位於市區中心位置，去三坊七巷打車10多分鐘，時間寬裕的也可以坐地鐵。酒店新開，設施比較新，也比較智能化，相當有檔次，服務員態度不錯，還有免費的肯德基早餐。 然後説説缺點:第一，預訂的時候，房間寫着有窗，進了房間才知道根本就不是正常的窗户，是一個內窗，不透氣。服務員解釋説，訂的是商務雙床房，就是這樣，高級的才有正常的窗户，ok！第二，剛要入睡，隔壁房間打開水龍頭的聲音又把我們吵醒了，隔音非常差！第三，睡到半夜，房間裏一股惡臭，起來才發覺是衞生間的下水道味，關鍵衞生間還沒有通風系統，無奈用一次性浴巾蓋在下水道上，關上衞生間門，真的離了個大譜！ 總之，這次訂酒店比較失敗。希望酒店在考慮外在的同時多考慮下細節，出門在外，大家衹是希望睡得舒服點，沒別的。

這是我福州之行住的最乾淨舒服的的民宿，環境很好，房間特別乾淨，都是衹能傢俱。最讓我覺得的感動是老闆的服務啊，特別好，早餐豐富，下午茶也好吃，這是我第一次評價，因為覺得太滿意了，希望老闆越來越好，對了，我的頭不小心撞門上，還送了水果，門上立馬貼了標誌，應急也很快。我們第二天離開，老闆送了玉米和青菜，因為我一直覺得玉米太好吃了，回來買不到這麼好吃的新鮮糯玉米，太可惜了。
