Personale professionale e cordiale in particolare la governante Anna, posizione ottima ,vicino sia al centro storico che al mare. Colazione abbondante, cena ottima. Camera spaziosa e pulita, curata nei dettagli, bagno con finestra. Assolutamente consigliato

Arrived after a long and hot bike trip for 6+ hours. Hotel was located in the middle of a cross-roads and therefore noisy even on 5.th floor. AC was not turned on (usual excuse, not hot enough.. Well 28-30 degrees for a week is hot enough for me). Due to traffic noise it was not possible to keep the door open so sleep was really poor. It it is not echonomially viable to keep the AC on with 30 deg. C they should seriously consider closing until high-season. Breakfast was not impressive and breakfast room looked like a 60s sanatorium.

I booked two nights at this hotel and unfortunately I regret my choice. The hotel is nicely located in the town center but that is the only positive thing that I can tell about it. The room was noisy. The fact that I had to use the ear plugs to get to sleep says it all. I must say that the personnel at the desk was kind and helpful but after one night we decided to move away and found a different accommodation though we had already been charged for both nights.

I arrived at this hotel looking forward to a nice relaxing visit to Gallipoli. Upon arrival, the outside of the hotel looked ok. That all changed when I seen the tiny sing bedroom I had been allocated. I could hear the room next door blaring music. The walls were paper thin. You could hear every word from the room next door. There were two of us staying in two seperate single rooms. We advised the hotel that we weren't happy with the quality of the accomodation and that we would be leaving the next day. We asked could they refund one night and they refused stating we had booked the lowest rate. Unfortunately, the product on offer is of such low quality, we were just glad to be leaving. We found a lovely hotel not so far away that was miles better. Never accept bad quality hotels.

In questo periodo dell'anno era difficile trovare in questa località un'hotel che rientrasse nel budget aziendale ma ho trovato la giusta combinazione, inoltre la struttura offriva anche un comodo parcheggio e il ristorante. La camera era comoda e di dimensioni giuste, forse un pò piccolo il bagno ma comunque tutto pulito ed efficiente. Ottima colazione, personale molto disponibile e cordiale.

Siamo stati in questo hotel 5 giorni usufruendo della mezza pensione, ci siamo trovati bene. Posizione centralissima, praticamente sul corso principale di Gallipoli. Personale gentile e camere ben pulite. Cibo buono, per noi i secondi erano superiori ai primi(migliorabili). Ci sono anche un biliardo 🎱 (gratis)e un biliardino(calcio balilla a pagamento) e vari giochi da tavola . L'hotel dispone anche di una buona piscina.Tutto sommato è stato un buon soggiorno forse è mancato qualche piccolo dettaglio per il massimo della valutazione.

Non era la nostra prima volta in questa struttura; scelta principalmente negli scorsi anni per la posizione in cui si trova e per la qualità del cibo; fino a due anni fa. Purtroppo ci siamo stati da poco è sono rimasta talmente delusa che non ci tornerò MAI più. Intanto ci hanno dato una camera per disabili del 1908, pulizia 0, box doccia rotto, la polvere a vista nell'areazione della camera a dir poco imbarazzante, le prese della corrente storte, non mi era mai capitato un episodio simile, due notti 206€ scontato. Ho detto alla ragazza della reception che la camera era per disabili e che non era stata pulita bene però non é stato preso alcun provvedimento. Il cibo buono degli scorsi anni si è trasformato in un Cibo da mensa di ospedale l unica cosa positiva dell hotel è rimasta il maitre un bravissimo ragazzo. Mi dispiace ma è veramente un peccato per una posizione così centrale in un paese turistico come Gallipoli.

Hotel assolutamente NON consigliato. Personale che non spicca particolarmente di simpatia, anzi, al di fuori di una signora riccia con gli occhiali gli altri erano da evitare. Camere molto da svecchiare, ma sopratutto pulizia scadente. Addirittura c e stato rifatto il letto prendendo lenzuola e coperte cadute a terra, piene di sabbia e sporco che ovviamente abbiamo ritrovato sulle lenzuola. Parcheggio inesistente, pochi posti e molti riservati alle forze dell ordine che pranzano e cenano in hotel, costringendo gli ospiti a cercarsi i posteggi in strada. Il ristorante che non é assolutamente un ristorante, ma una mensa, con sedie in velluto piene di macchine che sono li da chissa quanto, mangiare di pessima qualità, verdure surgelate e poca scelta. A colazione oltre a un vaso pieno di jogurt bianco, non c era alcuna altra scelta di jogurt e nemmeno un frutto fresco, dolci quanti ne si vuole e prosciutto a fette delle vaschette in plastica. Non tornerò sicuramente e nemmeno lo consiglierò a nessuno. Unica cosa carina, la possibilità di usare la piscina, per il resto 1 è un punteggio fin troppo alto.
