Hicimos una reserva de hotel para dia 20 Mayo con la agencia Trip.com , y hasta el momento de realizar el pago salia dicha fecha. Al llegar al hotel nos informaron q la fecha era para el dia siguiente...No pusimos nunca día 21, siempre puse día 20...ustedes ahora claro evidentemente la responsabilidad no es vuestra..si cambian precios y fecha cada 2 por 3 no es nuestro problema, estamos bien seguros de la fecha q seleccionamos. Además luego comprobamos q se puede seleccionar el mismo día q se hace la reserva. Además de todas las molestias ocasionadas, el mal rato que hemos pasado, hemos tenido q irnos a otro hotel de muchisima menos calidad y además de eso pagar cerca de 50 euros extras. Nos sentimos totalmente engañados y vamos a sgur dejando nuestra opinión en todos los sitios q podamos, sobre todo por la poca implicación y responsabilidad, se lavan las manos, culpan al cliente y luego por supuesto al hotel, pero cobrar cobran en 1 segundo..responder no..para eso si tardáis muchisimo. Ahora ofrecen una compensacion de 30 euros, cuando tuvimos q alojarnos en un hotel de 1 estrella practicamente y pagar por uno de 4 es de risa, hemos palmado casi 200 euros en un fin de semana para el olvido gracias a esta deplorable compañia una farsa de empresa y ya vemos q no somos los 1ros ni los ultimos en haber tenido tan mala experiencia...son una banda de maleantes y ladrones.

Just got back from a three night stay at this beautiful hotel, we were there as a family to celebrate my 60th birthday. It is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at and without a doubt has the most amazing views right on the sea front. We were upgraded to a suite as a birthday treat and given a bottle of Cava and cakes. All the staff were very kind and went out of their way to help and make our stay special. The infinity pool area was superb. There breakfast was perfect with plenty of choice. I did not use the spa facilities, so can’t comment on this. Everywhere was kept spotlessly clean. Rooms had tea/coffee . Fridge stocked with drinks, which we payable to the room.

This was our second time to stay at the hotel.Our room was overlooking the pool and the mountains.A great choice of food for breakfast and dinner. A lovely pool and three jacuzzis .The entertainment was very good a different show every night, even though we don't speak spanish we knew what was going on.We had a great time and would highly recommend this hotel

Lovely hotel we had a family room, on the 1st floor facing the pool area. The hotel room was very clean they come daily to clean the room. The reception staff are vey helpful and friendly. Lovely meals and a few options for vegetarian the chef also made me a bowl of veg which was very nice of him. Dinner time could be quite busy. Two minutes walk to the lovely beach it’s not that busy plenty souvenir shops, supermarket you can also walk to the pier. There is a bus that goes to Gandia 20 mins ride and you also pass a shopping mall. From Gandia station you can also take a train to Valencia 10 stops about 1 hr ride. Overall a lovely experience and would recommend the kids especially enjoyed themselves.

One of my sons and I stayed in this hotel for 7 nights in June. It is a hotel mostly visited by spanish guests, we saw and talked to a french couple, but other than that spanish families and elderly couples. The highlight of the hotel would be in my opinion the food. It was excellent: fish everyday, salads, mexican food, indian food, paella, humus, fruits, they also had soya milk or free lactose milk. My birthday was in one of the days spent there and they surprised my with champaigne and a small cake. I really appreciated this gesture, it was very thoughtful of them. Muchas gracias! The room we received was on the first floor, facing the pool and the parking lot, with 2 huge beds. Clean and cleaned every day. The hotel is about 3 minutes walk from the beach. I have seen sandy beaches before, but smaller, this was really large and with smooth sand. What I didn't like at all was that the other guests with kids didn't care that their kids were really loud, screaming at any time of day and night, of course this was not the fault of the hotel, but maybe they could have been reminded that they were not alone in the hotel. What I would recommend is that they think of some entertainment for the middle aged guests as well, now it seems to be done only for the kids and for seniors. All in all it was a really nice stay and I would go back.

Excellent staff, very friendly :). Close to the beach. Good meals (not to many course, but ok). The restaurant is quite small for the capacity if the hotel and sometimes we had to wait in order to go in.Animation for the kids. My son was very excited to participate at the club activities.

A great three days break with the kids. Gandia Beach is fantastic, really long and wide, reminded me of some beaches in the US. The hotel was great, pool excellent and always got beds, and the food was good also with lots of choices. A great choice for familys and much nicer than Benedorm. Gandia seems to be mainly for Spanish tourism which was great.

Poor customer service, Easyjet cancelled my flight for Monday. I asked the hotel to amend my reservation by one night and they refused so I cancelled and will stay somewhere else. You made 132 Euros and lost 430 because of your lack of customer service and understanding.
