The gentleman who greeted me upon arrival was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean and conveniently located, but very dated and worn out looking. It was as if it had been stuck in a 1985 time loop. I was given keys to “the big room” on level 3; the one with the jacuzzi tub. But don’t use it; it’s broken! I was told. So the room was as clean as any room that’s seen that many strangers could be. The mattress was a king size firm rim with a soft center…a big soft bowl. The bathroom, while clean, reminded me of one that would fit nicely in a small woodland cabin. And the towels would be better suited to scrape paint off a bridge than to use on one’s wet skin post-shower. A pleasant surprise was that the air conditioner functioned flawlessly and kept me a comfortable temperature as I reclined in the bed bowl. I awoke looking forward to the complimentary breakfast. I quickly freshened up and followed the smell of bacon to the dining area. I arrived in an empty dining area, and a nearly empty buffet. I scraped together a plate of egg crumbs and left over potatoes and sought out enough ketchup packets to drown the

I’ve never stayed in a suite before, so it was nice to have the room. We felt the room itself was well-maintained and large. We thought the carpeting in the hallways was dirty.

Not a clean hotel. Dirty towels, dirty rooms and holes where electrical outlets should be.

Old, musty, dingy, run down, not what I expected from a Country Inn & Suites by Radisson

No internet or tv service during my one night stay for business. Hallway carpet very dirty. Terrible odor in room and hallway. Unknown hairs on mattress pad on one of the beds. Breakfast was good. Hot coffee 24/7. Front desk gentleman very nice.

Good location but the carpet is showing a lot of wear, did not appear clean, but acceptable for the night.

The staff was very nice and efficient. Great location and very comfy bed and pillows.

The lobby was clean. The room was great. Clean and comfortable with a small sitting area. The breakfast was very good.

Room and property lacked in cleanliness. There were bugs all over the breakfast area. Ended up checking out after 2 night that was supposed to be a 6 night stay. Going to request a refunded for the 4 nights I didn’t stay.

The breakfast was very disappointing. Came down a little after 8 am. There was no fruit or any kind of juice. Eggs and potatoes were cold, but the bacon was good. There were bagels, but no cream cheese. Had muffins and another form of bread. There were waffle makers and syrup. Limited yogurt, milk and sad Looking hard boiled eggs,

Staff were very helpful, friendly & nice! Property is hard to find. A sign close to the nearby intersections would be helpful. Some upgrades to the property would be a good step.

Nothing spectacular. We stayed here because we were closing on our house. It served the purpose and was clean for a one night stay.

The facility is just filthy. Rooms are dirty, need paint and just good housekeeping. Eating area is dirty as well. Chairs are stained with food stains. Not a place you want to eat. Good location is all it’s got going on for it.

This hotel is in need of a serious makeover. The elevator was disgusting. The carpet in the hallways looks as if it hasn't been cleaned in years. The water pressure is poor, and the toilet seat should have been replaced a couple of years ago. It was gross.
