Nice friendly and simple hotel, no frills but great value. Has a nice indoor pool, breakfast is ok, rooms are small a little but comfortable. Location is just a little off but still close to both downtown's of Ottawa and Hull .

J'y suis allée par affaires. La chambre est très confortable et propre. Le service, même si la chambre est réservée d'avance, un peu long à l'accueil. Il y manque un restaurant où on peut déjeuner, diner et souper avec autre chose qu'un buffet. Pas qu'il n'était pas bon, mais après deux jours de buffets, j'aurais bien mangé autre chose. Comme l'hotel est placé dans un milieu de buildings du gouvernement en général et qu'il y avait une tempête de neige, les restos semblaient loin...

A quirky little hotel that is directly on the main drag in Gatineau. The room was a good size, though the tiny bathroom left a lot to be desired; it was old, dated, and so small that the sink was in the main room. The bed, however, was very comfortable and the desk/tv setup was great. Lots of convenient receptacles for plugging in phones and the like. The fridge in the cupboard made that cupboard very hot and I'd imagine those fridges won't last long as burnout must be a thing... Weird, convoluted directions for getting to the hot tub from our room; make sure to leave a trail of breadcrumbs or you may be lost forever. Front desk staff were professional and completely bilingual, which was very much appreciated.

It was a very nice hotel centrally located lord the pool and the sauna Our room was very comfortable with a spa tub and a romantic fireplace Thee only negative was that our suite didn’t come with a microwave

Hotel is from the 70's with an ongoing lobby renovation. Rooms were upgrated with floating floors & tiles in washroom. They shouldn't of kept the old bath & toilet bowl of biege color. Didn't sleep much because they have 2 facing doors on each side of the hall, so lots of door noises going on. Building is dark brown from outside with dark carpeting in hallways & low lighting. This place is overpriced by $30. Will not return. Because of renovations breakfast was not served althought a lunch box with no juice nor yogurt included.

we needed a one night stay in our travels and I choose this hotel for the price and reviews and it did not disappoint. The outside does not look very inviting however our room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is standard for the price. Overall great value for a one night stay.
