Hotel Gatlinburg dengan Kolam Renang

A surprising find in Gatlinburg. I inadvertently booked this hotel instead of another down the street and was pleasantly surprised and how comfortable the facility was. We usually book a handicapped room (I'm on a walker) and found that there was plenty of space around the room and the features of the handicapped bathroom we excellent. Room and facilities were clean. Staff was polite and helpful. Very quiet and, if we were walking, close to the park side of Gatlinburg (near a lot of restaurants and shopping. Also close to the park entrance. Breakfast area was roomy and comfortable. It was very busy when we were there (but it didn't feel like it) and only drawback was parking was a little tight. Breakfast was typical of these hotels (a couple of hot dishes, such as sausage, eggs, breakfast sandwiches with various breads, juice, coffee). Would recommend!

Benar-benar nilai untuk wang, persekitaran yang sangat baik, lokasi juga sangat baik, anda boleh berjalan ke jalan utama dalam masa lima minit, sikap perkhidmatan yang baik, tetapi tidak ada kemudahan lain.

Perkhidmatan di hotel adalah baik. Kemudahan ini sangat bersih dan berdekatan dengan restoran yang bagus.

The last time we visited this hotel, the door was left wide opened before we got to the room? Given a key & told to go to this room & the door was opened & bugs were all over the place inside? We did ask for a differ room, but early am, we could hear the staff & the rolling out with th cart/carts right outside our door, but we hadn't had a problem last time we were there, where we were so surprised this time?

The service was great! After checking in Ginger sent a text to ask if everything was good with the room. We had a light out in the bathroom and it was fixed the next morning. The only other thing is the water pressure was low and the heat didn't shut off after it got to the temperature we had it set on it just ran all night and it was so hot even when we turned it all the way down. We couldn't sleep it was so hot! We just cut it off at night and we stayed comfortable all night. Other than that it was a fare stay.

Prior to booking I was informed check in was 11am and checkout same time. When arriving at 11, I ended up having to wait 4 entire hours. So when you book 2 nights 3 days it’s really only 1 full 24 hours. The resort is pretty over rated to say the least. I won’t be back or recommend it to anyone.

We checked in late about 11pm into room 121. Check in was fine, the gentleman who checked us in wasn't super friendly but he was quick and sufficient. I didn't realize that this hotel does not have an elevator. So if you have mobility issues request a ground floor or the super 8 in Pigeon Forge has an elevator. Luckily we were able to get a ground floor room because both my husband and I have mobility issues, him more so than I. The room was smaller than I liked, it was a two double bed room. The room was clean but the floor felt off. I think a simple swiffer mop would fix that. The room came with a working fridge, microwave, and one cup coffee maker. There were plenty of towels and wash clothes and toiletries. The bathroom is very tiny, not much bigger than a closet. So if you're grossly obese you're gonna have a hard time getting in and out. We didn't receive full house keeping because we travel with our cat but house keeping did check to see if we needed anything and brought us towels. This is the first time this has happened. I appreciate the time to check on us. The major down falls with the room could easily be fixed and only coat a few hundred dollars, the drop down ceiling in the vanity area had water damage and they were sagging, there were gouges in the bathroom and the wall opposite of the beds. Fix these small issues and the owners could easily charge almost as much as Pigeon Forge properties that are similar quality. Would I stay here again? Yes but I would need to make sure the bed is at least a queen and on the ground floor.
