Great convenience location and clean hotel near GAYA railway station. Walk from station to hotel in few minutes. Friendly staff. Hotel had own restaurant. Room is spacious with aircon. Toilets are clean and western design. Beds are clean. Hot water is available via heater within the bathroom. Lot of food stalls nearby. Easy to arrange GAYA prayers for PIND DAAN. Lot of traffic sound due to road diversion.

I stayed at viraat inn gaya for 2 days from 24th november to 26th november 2023. Rooms were cleaned. Toilet and bathroom were also clean. Staffs were very helpful. Location of the hotel near rail station. My experience was very good in this hotel.

I went to gaya for pindadaan of my parents in january when the temperature was dropping down to 7 deg c. So i was searching for a decent hotel with nominal charges located near bharat sevashram sangha. Hotel city surya is conveniently located but still in a nice and quiet place away from the main traffic. The deluxe room was specious with wardrobe, single sofa, centre table, side table, electric kettle, clean bathroom with complimentary soap and shampoo. Amazingly liquid handwash at the wash basin which i have never found in any hotel in any place. Mosquito repellent oil machine, tv and excellent room service. Only they requested to let them know when the geyser connection is needed to avoid misuse. The ao smith geyser worked perfectly.

I would like to see major significant improvements in the cleanliness and other facilities of the room. It's important that the room meets customer expectations and is not up to par with the standards you deserve. Owner the should work together to find a solution that will make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Rooms are basic but comfortable and spotlessly clean. Bathroom was spacious, clean, plenty of hot water. The only negative is that there was no shower enclosure, so when you took a shower, most of the bathroom floor got wet. We had a very good, inexpensive, vegetarian thali for dinner and a substantial breakfast (included in the nightly rate. The hotel is a training venue for young men hoping to get into the hotel business. They seem to be generally responsible for the daily functioning of the hotel and they provide friendly and excellent service. I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to bodhgaya.
