Hotel Dengan Wifi di Castilla-La Mancha, Spain

Hotel tranquilo, cerca de Toledo y Puy du Fou, y con zona de aparcamiento en la puerta de las habitaciones (planta baja). Sobre la limpieza, nos encontramos bien la habitación, pero no pasaron a hacernos la habitación.  Y en cuanto al trato, muy bueno, son gente muy joven y agradable, pero sin capacidad de resolver los problemas de los huéspedes.

Location is good, in the heart of the old city. Hotel and rooms are average/good We had a good stay. However all these experience were spoiled by the poor services of the waitress during the breakfast. The waitress were cool and seemed to have very bad mood. The breakfast room was closed using a rope until the waitress came and slowly checked the customers one by one. The waitress were impolite and even told the customers to eat in certain manner. The hotel rating would be much better if they have better training to their waitress.

El hotel muy bien. Básico y con todos los servicios necesarios. Eso sí, el desayuno no merece la pena. Está a las afueras, pero bien conectado en coche.

Las instalaciones de 10, la restauración del castillo excelente, las habitaciones con encanto y su cortesía. Volveré

We stayed two nights in December with the family. We took two rooms with balconies. The views are incredible and the hotel is absolutely magnificent and the staff was quite nice. They could be nicer and they’re very typical Spanish. Overall very highly recommended.

Todo perfecto salvo el parking. Las plazas de la zona superior eran pocas y estaban ocupadas y me mandaron a la zona inferior que está absolutamente aislada, sin ningún tipo de vigilancia, ni siquiera una triste cámara, y a la mañana siguiente me encontré el coche lleno de vómito. Es una zona en la que el coche es fácilmente vandalizable porque está aislada y sin vigilancia.

Las personas con las que tratamos en nuestra estancia en el hotel, fueron de lo más amables y comprensivos. El detalle del desayuno para los que no tomamos buffet, está genial, poder tomar un café y una tostada y solo pagar por ello. Hicimos uso del gimnasio y dejo algo que desear... estaba frío y algunas de las máquinas estaban fuera de servicio.

조식도 맛있고 룸 컨디션도 좋았어요. 더 머물고 싶은 숙소입니다.

저희는 룸 업그레이드로 32번방 예약했습니다! 톨레도에서 묵으신다면 업그레이드한 방으로 추천드립니다! 최근 고택을 리모델링한 것 같은데 약간 오버하면 한국의 한옥, 일본의 료칸 같은 느낌입니다 ㅎㅎ 지금까지 간 곳 중에 수건이 가장 크고 무거웠고, 드라이기도 가장 파워가 셌습니다. 위치도 좋고, 엘베도 있습니다. 캡슐커피 무료입니다. 물론 건물이 오래되어 불편한 점은 있을 수 있습니다. 저희 방에서는 까떼드랄이 보였습니다! 샤워기 필터는 조금 새까매졌어요!
