Situated in the very hot of old Gdansk.very nice, clean and gentle staff.

I could enjoy nothing with the view. It was different what I expected. Dirty bathrobes, and maybe reused paper cup, and even didnt change towel fully, one was on the handle. Bathrobes were mess as you can see in the picture. I was wondering if someone didn't finish cleaning and forgot. And the most shocking thing was dirty paper cup, there were coffee marks on leads. I stayed here for 2 nights and found this cleaning situation late time so I didn't call the reception. But when I told the receptionists with checking out, they apologized and offered free taxi ride to central station. But seriously this hotel should improve the cleaning services.

Perfect location, such a great stay. The breakfast was delicious although coffee slightly on the cooler side but possibly because I had it as room service. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place right by the canal!! Room was a little small but generally well kept. Breakfast was great - loved the French toast.

The hotel left a good impression. Beautiful location in the historical part of the city, but 20 minutes from the center. The staff is friendly. Room and breakfast are standard. The hotel can be recommended both for business trips and for tourist trips to Gdansk.

Lovely hotel, perfect place, staff a little rude however when all we asked for was a soft drink and was made to wait half an hour

Great location of the hotel. A small minus for a very expensive parking lot (PLN 140 per day) and additionally paid access to the swimming pool - hotel guests should have free access to the swimming pool.

The suite is very comfortable

Very nice Spa hotel located right in the center of Gdansk within walking distance to everything. The room was ok in size but could have been a little bigger. Can still warmly recommend the hotel as it was still very modern and fresh. The breakfast was also of a very good standard.

The pool does not operate on a walk-in system and requires booking ahead slot which was not convenient. Even with booking slots in, the pool was incredibly busy even with both adults and children (lots of them) in the main pool which made trying to swim or using the jacuzzi impossible - which gave me a 3 star, as it was not worth paying money to use (as I had booked a room without free spa access) I also used the massage services as there was a promotional offer which was of good value. Breakfast was good and had a good variety. Rooms were clean, modern and comfortable.
