In the house: sun terrace, washing machine, ski boot dryer. Motor access to the house (via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. 12 m footpath to the house. Parking at the house. Golf course (18 hole) 17 km, walking paths from the house 1 m, skisport facilities, ski school, sled run 300 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Sirnitz-Hochrindl 300 m, Turracher Höhe 20 km, Bad Kleinkirchheim-St.Oswald 25 km. Hiking paths: Nockberge. Please note: car recommended. The Skiing area is closing every year on the 15th of march. The nxt possible skiing areas are Turracher Höhe 20 Km away and skiing region Bad Kleinkirchheim. Lotte is a beautiful holiday home. There is plenty of space and everything you need is there. Downsides are the kitchen (very messy, little work space) and the garden (not maintained, difficult to access and more grown in than in the photos). You can only
