Well, where to start talking about the 5 worst days I've ever spent in a hotel (and I've been to quite a few hotels) On the face of it, everything looks new, but don't let that fool you for a moment! During our whole stay we had problems with the room, the water in the toilet did not work every day and we had to pour buckets of water, even when they said the problem was fixed it was not true. The shower barely comes out of water and even the drop of water that comes out is freezing water, it was simply a nightmare to take a shower every day, and from talking to other guests I realized that the problem is not only in our room but in everyone's. You hear everything from the rooms, it was really impossible to sleep, and the water in the coolers in the corridor is really hot and undrinkable. During the 5 days we were there not even once did they offer to clean our room or change our towels
Breakfast was from 07-10 in the morning We arrived at 9:30 and everything was already really empty, they did us a favor by bringing us one pancake from the kitchen and also when we came to get syrup everything was full of ants (needless to say we haven't come for breakfast since then yes?) And the most important thing is the attitude of the workers at the reception, I have never encountered such a disgusting attitude in a hotel, especially the girl with the long hair without the glusses. She answered in a disgusting way and gave the feeling that you can't ask them for anything even on toilet paper. We rented a scooter from them for 3 days and received a broken and unsafe scooter, we asked to replace it at that moment and only received a replacement scooter only after 5 hours while we had already gone to sleep, therefore we paid for a whole day without use it at all.
On the last day they told me that I should return the scooter in the same hour that I received it and I asked them if it was okay for me to return it two hours later and they said that I would have to pay extra for each additional hour, I explained to them that on the first day I didn't use the scooter at all because it was damaged and the fairest thing on their part was to give me two extra hours as compensation, but it really didn't interest them and even one of them answered me with disdain.
bottom line, I have been in over 50 hotels in my life (some of them even looked less good than this hotel) but I have never suffered as much as I suffered from my stay at this hotel. What's the point of everything looking new if nothing works? And the attitude of the staff is the most important to me because it affects the entire stay! I will never go back there!
