房間又大又乾淨，佈置的温馨妥帖，地理位置極其優越，酒店管理也很周到，下次去日內瓦還會去住，街對面的巧克力店太好吃了！

經常打掃後忘記補捲紙或者其他用品，前台服務冷漠。

Excellent stay as a family for 9 days in Aug 2024. The beds were the comfiest, the extra bed for my daughter was already made when we reached and it was spacious enough for 3 of us. There was daily housekeeping included in our package and very well equipped kitchennete and a nice breakfast everyday. The location was just fantastic, probably the best location in Geneva. If I had to fault something, then pls increase number of washing machines, one or the other was usually out of order and one had to keep going and checking if a machine was free. Loved my stay and will be back for sure.

The hotel’s location is excellent, the service is outstanding, and there is a washing machine on the first floor. The hotel is situated in the heart of shopping areas and global brands, with everything nearby. We highly recommend staying and residing in it.

This is a very clean, comfortable, pleasant hotel in the very heart of Geneva. We found it to be incredibly convenient to our location for work purposes. The hotel has a good breakfast and the kitchen space in our room was wonderful. We were glad to have the amenities it had. The hotel was VERY quiet and the bed incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff were pleasant, kind, and accommodating with every request. The one knock is the lack of closet space in the classic suite. All of the hanging space is "half" space that accommodates a pants and suit jacket; there was no place at all for me to hang my dresses, and there were only 2-3 hangers. This was surprising to me in such a modern hotel and in this day and age of both genders traveling for business. Additionally, there's very little hanging space or hooks in the bathroom; finding places to hang our towels and robes was difficult at best. We did find as Americans we could not get the room as cool as we'd like, but I think that's just how it is in Geneva, and it is understandable (that's on us, I think). It was quite pricey, but in that area of the city, that's simply how things are. In summary: great location, really quiet, very pleasant, fantastic staff, needs more hanging space.

This is a great business hotel or for longer stays. The full kitchen is extremely convenient and the room is designed for work and leisure. The decor is minimal and nice, and the staff (mostly front desk) is always courteous and efficient. Did not try their gym or restaurant.

We spent a lovely week with the Frasier suites and enjoyed the stay. Very pleasant staff, comfy room and great to have air conditioning. And would recommend it to all fiends and family. Position was very central and close to all facilities and amenities required.

We enjoyed our stay - very decent, modern, clean apartments with daily cleaning. No cheap furniture and floor❤️ very convenient to cook - convenient set of utensils and nessary kitchenware and big supermarket 2 min walk Location is superb for shopping and lake walk.
