酒店位置很好，出了火車站就是，但是並不吵，附近公交車也非常方便，走路去大噴泉20分鐘，附近還有幾家中餐廳，有點小貴但味道還不錯，床品質量一般但還算乾淨，有空調，而且空調很給力，早餐15瑞郎也還算公平

I love here!!!!!! Will absolutely book this studio again next time in Geneva. Cozy place with easy online checkin. Very clean and staff are helpful. There is a tram to old city just in front of the building, very easy to get around, great!!!!!

Very nice and classic decoration in the room that recalls history. The hotel locates old city center where nearby CBD, but it’s a little bit hard to find if you self-driving. Very nice breakfast! Good service from staff.

It was a really great experience staying here. It was a little pricey so hopefully there’ll be better promotions next time ◡̈ but the hotel was so nice to give travel passes for buses, trams and trains. This was unexpected and a life saver. It’s a stone throw away from the train station and the junior suite was a comfortable size when you have a toddler.

good position and envieonment, not far from the big bridge and the fourtain. the room is quiet and comfortable. window facing a street so can have a distant view. i love the arts on the wall. and the hotel services are nice. i got a cup of lattie taken to my breakfest table every morning.

PPengguna TetamuWe liked most of the hotel. The pricing was reasonable and it was in a nice and quiet area in Geneva. We found the beds to be comfy and felt the shower was excellent with a couple of different settings to get some good pressure. We had two twin beds and the room had enough furnishings in it to enjoy but it is just a place to sleep. The room ran a bit warm for us in late October but having the window open helped.
They have a very good breakfast with a good variety of items like Swiss cheese, bacon, cured meats, breads and some good pastries. Coffee, tea and juice is also included and they have a few dispensers in the dining area. Hot water is available here in case you want to make a hot drink and bring it back to your room.
When we visited this hotel there was an internet outage in Vernier so there was no wifi available at the hotel for the duration of our stay and our cellular was blocked. The parking garage was also doing some painting so it was tricky to figure out the parking situation and getting into the parkade because there was no signage. We had issues with the front desk because the staff did not inform us of these known issues while we were checking in and we found it somewhat frustrating but when we inquired about these issues at the front desk the staff that I spoke to was rude, argumentative and condescending while the one lady insisted that they told us during check in but we were simply providing feedback that they did not. We had booked a twin room and a double room for our family but the rooms were mixed around and we didn't figure it out until the next morning and just thought it was what it was.
My wife and I could not help but notice that the staff in the breakfast area only asked people of colour for their breakfast card. Each time we went up to grab something they were asking someone of colour for their card to prove they were ok to dine in the breakfast area and it happened so frequently that it did not seem to be a coincidence. Staff could improve by asking everyone or simply having a front desk before the dining area where people could check in so they do not have to weirdly single people out.
I believe the hotel was charging a 25 CHF fee per day for parking because it is a third party that operates the parkade. They did advise us that we could choose to pay this fee or pay at the machine in the parkade. When we asked about the costs of the parkade the front desk staff nor the parking operator could advise us what the overnight fees would be but someone later shared that we could check the machine when we go to check out and we found a payment schedule and only had to pay 15 CHF overnight. I have attached the payment schedule to this review.
There is not much near this hotel but we felt it was a convenient overnight stay as we drove around Switzerland. We enjoyed some aspects of the hotel but there are definitely some opportunities to improve.

HHaobinBoth the service and breakfast are very good. The location of the hotel is also convenient as the airport and shopping mall are nearby. However, the car park of the hotel is too narrow which is suitable for small cars only. There is also no direct access between the hotel and car park as the only entrance of the car park is outside the hotel.

VVictor22Location next to the train station is perfect for travelers. A very teutonic style hotel but the regular room is spacious. The bathroom us very clean and is large enough to be comfortable.
Good value with simple, minimum breakfast with a view on the 8th floor. The lower floor rooms have no open view. Some as on 2nd floor has a level view on train platforms.
Room has space for luggage and has a safe deposit box. The cons are a very small LCD TV with unstable signal, a soft but thin bed mattress, and almost no amenities for the bathroom.
Service is fine. Attitude is a bit cold..
A small story for thus hotel, Hergé, the father of Tintin and Milou, stayed at the hotel during 1956.

15 mins walk from Train station, or 3 mins tram + 5 mins walk.
Lidl and Pharmacies nearby, along the tram way.

Stayed in a loft of with 4 bunk beds (8ppl), it was spacious, but no curtain. A shared table in the middle of the room.
There is a study room in common area, but open late and close early, I saw people work and study inside.
Only 1 shared toilet and 1 shared bathroom available, may have to line up.
2 huge windows in a room, well ventilated.
1 socket and 1 light at head of bed.
Big locker in room enough for 2 camping bags.
Post-check in big locker for 2 Fr in lobby.
Don’t expect smiley faces from staff, and you will be good.
Cleaners come into the room everyday, so every thing even the toilets are always clean.
Somehow the old wooden floor is noisy when stepping on it.
Self-service laundry was around 10 Fr, I saw no one using it.
Good vibes and chill, people love to chat in restaurants and the room.

JJasmine AuI go to Geneva to attend seminar and stay in this hotel for 1 week. As the conference is near airport and hotel is very close to the site. Short, even walking distance which is so much convenience. Hotel is clean and tidy and provide cleaning machine. Breakfast is just okie.
When go to Geneva next time, will try some other hotel in downtow.

EEdemonQWe had the balcony room but is only assesible via a spiral stair case... Very hard for lots of luggages, sound proofing is not good as well ammenities are goo as expected if apart hotel ( micro wave, fridge ,stove etc)

KKamalathaI went a day earlier to confirm my stay with the hotel. They couldn't find my booking. I showed them my confirmation on my phone. I was told that they can see my confirmation number but no payment was made by trip.com. They assured me that such has happened before and told me to be on the safe guard book another room as a standby. They assured me that they will not swipe my card until matter is resolved. That assurance made me check in. I kept coming to the front office every now and then and I was told it was resolved. Only on the last night I was told that by Trip.com of the error in the address. In the meantime the hotel had swiped my card. Surprisingly they did not honour the feedbacks I gave to Hotel Montana Geneve and Hotel Montana Zurich. There was no email to apologise for the oversight and delay in handling. I went to the hotel one day earlier to check, they could have attended to it and not confidently putting the blame on trip.com since there has been previous incidents where [ayment was not received.
I thought Hotel Montana group could have handled this matter better. Quite disappointing.
