Hotel berhampiran Surgelati Sottozero 2001, Genoa

It was a lovely hotel I enjoyed every minute of my stay there just that I heard to check out early then planned. I would definitely recommend and will come back when next I am in town.

Ottimo 4 stelle ubicato nel porto antico a due passi dal centro storico di fronte all'acquario. Ho prenotato una camera con balcone e vista sul porto e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto sia per la pulizia che per l' ampio spazio a disposizione, compreso nella camera 4 capsule di caffè Lavazza con relativa macchina , una bottiglia d'acqua da 1/2 litro oltre ai vari infusi da usare con il bollitore. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, la sala da pranzo arredata molto bene in stile nave con cime e inserti di vele ma non invadenti. Colazione a buffet con ampia scelta e ottimi ingredienti, cappuccino o caffè fatti al momento e serviti al tavolo. Anche se per una notte è un esperienza da ripetere

This hostel is understaffed, so don't expect much in terms of service. Facilities are decent and they have theme nights which is fun. The private room with attached bathroom that we chose was HUGE and could probably accomodate another 4 people easily.

The place was clean, however, it was very noisy. You could hear someone running a washing machine in the building, in addition, the refrigerator in the room also ran very noisy. The room was small, TV would not lock on to any station. There was no remote for the Mini Split AC in the room. It was cheap so overall if I could have gotten some sleep, it would have been ok.

I would like to write all good comments about B&B Hotel. Everything about the hotel was very good; it was clean, stylish and had excellent service. The hotel is in a good location, only 2 minutes away from the Genova Piazza Principe train and metro station and bus stops are just in front of the hotel entrance. I spent a few days with my family and it was an excellent stay. We tried the food also, and it was so yummy and fresh-cooked. The room itself was well-equipped and comfortable.

Hotel nella media dei 2 stelle, situato nei pressi del porto di Genova. Ha un piccolo posteggio esterno alla modica cifra di 15€ al giorno, le camere sono su 2 lati, lato strada dove si sentono tutte le auto, sirene ecc, e lato porto dove il rumore dei motori dei traghetti accesi tutta la notte fanno da ninna nanna. La hall minimalista con personale cortese e disponibile, la camera in linea con la categoria 2 stelle è sufficientemente grande e pulita, presente cassaforte, frigobar vuoto e spento, TV, il bagno nella norma con kit cortesia composto da sapone e sciampo, la doccia è spaziosa, si inizia con l'acqua calda che diventa fredda alla fine credo lo facciano per tenerci in salute, tutto orientato al massimo risparmio energetico a favore dell'ambiente. La colazione imbarazzante, macchina per la caffetteria fa caffe e cappuccino imbevibili, volevo chiedere un caffè del bar ma prima che lo facessi la signora ha risposto ad un altro cliente che doveva usare la macchina del caffe presente nella sala quindi non ho chiesto, il succo d'arancio discreto, brioches accettabili, per il resto stendiamo un velo pietoso, uscito dall'hotel sono andato a fare una vera colazione al bar. Concludo dicendo che ho passato 3 notti insonni, fatto colazione al bar perché nonostante fosse compresa quella dell'hotel era pietosa, tutto questo in un hotel 4 stelle da 130€ a notte che al massimo poteva avere 2 stelle a 30€ a notte.

Holiday visit, chose to stay near airport rather than walk around in old town at night. Hotel was ok but not outstanding, decent room, staff tried hard, but services and hotel a bit tired.

This hotel lies north of Genoa city. Approximately 15-20 minutes of a boredom drive through the gutters of the city. A nice surprise when you see the hotel coming up uphill. Nice and convenient parking behind the hotel. The staff is very very friendly. Check-in' went quick. Elevators are slow. Wi-Fi is adequate. Room coverage is ok. The room itself is clean, basic+ and small-medium sized. Bed is ok, but I think the matrasses could be replaced. There is a modern and spacious gym in the hotel with great Technogym equipment. The breakfast is good to perfect and the staff serving and maintaining it is the best I had since a long time. I had a wonderful (business) stay at this hotel and will return. The even have electric car chargers, which is a plus!
