Thank you for a truly memorable stay recently at the brilliant Meliá Genova Hotel. We were absolutely spoiled by all the fantastic staff and the highest standard of service. All the facilities were first class and we cannot thank the brilliant staff enough for all their care, thoughtfulness and total professionalism throughout our visit. This hotel lies north of Genoa city. Approximately 15-20 minutes of a boredom drive through the gutters of the city. A nice surprise when you see the hotel coming up uphill. Nice and convenient parking behind the hotel. The staff is very very friendly. Check-in' went quick. Elevators are slow. Wi-Fi is adequate. Room coverage is ok. The room itself is clean, basic+ and small-medium sized. Bed is ok, but I think the matrasses could be replaced. There is a modern and spacious gym in the hotel with great Technogym equipment. The breakfast is good to perfect and the staff serving and maintaining it is the best I had since a long time. I had a wonderful (business) stay at this hotel and will return. The even have electric car chargers, which is a plus!
