Hotel berhampiran Villa Quartara, Genoa

the location is excellent right across the Milano Brignole Rail station, and there are plenty of eateries and shopping nearby. The room is clean, and drinks and snacks in the fridge are free to guests. This is impressive and well received by both me and my wife. The room is quiet, even though our room is right across the elevator. The elevator is one of the oldest I have seen, and it works perfectly. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. Since I booked this hotel more than a month ago, so the tariff was quite reasonable.

We stay at the hotel for seven nights. A renovated hotel of excellent quality located in Corvetto Square, very close to the central Ferrari Square, to the port, to 20 September St. and the historic center. Near the hotel transportation to every place and to the airport. The rooms are comfortable, clean and very beautiful. The hotel itself is very quiet. The breakfast is excellent and rich. The hotel staff at the reception and in the dining room are very kind, attentive and cordial. The price is cheap compared to the value and especially compared to other hotels in the area. ****rit Itzak

酒店位置很好，在Ferrari廣場附近，走走逛逛很方便。前台服務態度不錯，挺友好。 附近有個超市。 早餐品種很少，而且住了幾天沒見任何變化，給人感覺並不符合酒店加早餐的費用。住了歐洲很多其他的酒店，這家酒店的早餐算是不令人滿意的。

This hotel looks fantastic on the website, but don't let that mislead you.  We arrived after a cruise and a long train ride; we were very much looking forward to staying in a ”Luxury Duplex” with some extra space and comfort for my family. This was far from the truth. After entering our room, the temperature inside the room was 26C. I immediately went to turn on the AC, which didn't work.  I immediately went to the front desk and let them know that the AC was not working at all.  He came to the room and pretended to set the AC, but only turned on the fan.  After sitting there sweating with my entire family for a while, we decided to open the huge window facing the VERY busy and noisy street. I played with the AC control panel only to find that the AC had been disabled completely and only the 'Heat' and 'Fan' options were available.  They do this at the maintenance level to conserve electricity. COMPLETELY unacceptable as the temperature in the unit was now 25C (with the window open) and a sweltering 29C in the upper level of the unit. I went back to the desk again to have the AC turned on.  I was told that because it was 'Winter', the use of AC was not allowed.  The Front Desk Agent was useless, Rude and not helpful at all.  I don't care if it's Winter, there is no way my family is going to be able to sleep in a sauna. I went back to the front desk only to be given more excuses; I asked to speak to the Property Manager, who was 'unavailable'.  We went out for dinner, leaving the window wide open in hope that it would cool the unit down.  Not the case again, due to the design of the room, there is no way to properly ventilate it without using the perfectly good AC system that is disabled because it's 'Winter'.  We tried to sleep with the window open, which was Incredibly noisy due to the heavy traffic and late night activity in the area.  We all tried to sleep with earplugs, but it was simply way to hot and loud. Horrible experience that was completely avoidable.  skip this place altogether...

This hostel is understaffed, so don't expect much in terms of service. Facilities are decent and they have theme nights which is fun. The private room with attached bathroom that we chose was HUGE and could probably accomodate another 4 people easily.

離火車站200m的距離，推着箱子就可以走到，這家酒店説是開了100多年了，屬於熱那亞當年的貴族酒店，我們本來定的是大陸酒店，結果到了酒店直接給我們升級到隔壁棟的savoia酒店了。也不知道為啥，這家是五星，2層和大陸酒店是連着的，感覺就是個兄弟酒店，酒店大堂設計非常復古（也可能是真的古），房間很大，洗手間有浴缸，酒店頂層有露天台，可以看到熱那亞港口的全貌，有很多桌椅可以坐着看書，還有四把太陽躺椅可以躺着曬太陽。

I would like to write all good comments about B&B Hotel. Everything about the hotel was very good; it was clean, stylish and had excellent service. The hotel is in a good location, only 2 minutes away from the Genova Piazza Principe train and metro station and bus stops are just in front of the hotel entrance. I spent a few days with my family and it was an excellent stay. We tried the food also, and it was so yummy and fresh-cooked. The room itself was well-equipped and comfortable.

Holiday visit, chose to stay near airport rather than walk around in old town at night. Hotel was ok but not outstanding, decent room, staff tried hard, but services and hotel a bit tired.

We stayed overnight on out trip from Croatia to France. We chose the hotel as it was easy to access, not far from the autostrada and there was plenty of parking available. The room was a little tired but everything was very clean and worked properly. The restaurant for both evening meal and breakfast was excellent and the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Worthy of note is that the evening meal was brought to us on a trolley and the sea bass that was ordered came whole and the waitress skinned and filleted it while we watched before serving it.

The hotel is quite old and in need of refurbishment, but the location is quite convenient, close to the airport, to the motorway and to the sea. It has a parking at the back which is absolutely necessary if you travel car. The ample lobby opens on a panoramic terrace and if you cross a busy road, you're on the beach. Our room was on the third floor and no frills, as to be expected in a there-star. The bed was hard but clean, we had two pillows, both quite flat, the shower was minimal but working. On the other hand we had a great view. Breakfast was in a rather large room on the right from the lobby and inclusive of the usual croissants, cold cuts, yogurt, etc... The hotel is used by one of the local football clubs and when we stayed a whole bunch of youngster was also around, to make the place lively. The hotel restaurant works also independently and it's quite new. We had dinner there'd we really enjoyed the local food served nicely and at reasonable price. Would definitely recommend. Altogether was a relatively good stay if you keep your expectations low and enjoy the scenery.
