Bilik hotel dalam ***a Perancis dan mempunyai suasana. Keseluruhan hotel adalah bangunan berabad-abad dengan tidak banyak bilik. Bekalan bilik mandi adalah dari Aesop Australia, yang sangat berkualiti. Sarapan adalah a la carte dan terdapat Cina perkhidmatan. Perkhidmatan ini sangat baik dan mesra. Ia adalah yang terbesar di hotel. Kekurangannya ialah lokasi. Anda boleh berjalan kaki dari Bandar Lama Bincheng, tetapi ia mengambil masa kira-kira setengah jam. Walau bagaimanapun, kemuncaknya ialah anda akan lulus tempat yang serupa dengan pasar sayur di jalan raya, dan akan ada gerai durian di tepi jalan yang tidak boleh didapati di Bandar Lama Bincheng. Hotel ini secara amnya bagus dan sesuai untuk pasangan muda yang ber***a.

酒店非常有調調，服務也非常好，就是有點老舊，設施有些不好用了。這些都可以接受，在檳城度假躺平非常適合。餐廳的西餐胃腸不錯。

體驗一晚足矣 老建築的隔音太差 不過床品不錯

One of our best hotel experiences ever. The service was outstanding with very attentive staff who took care of our every need. However, the best part of our stay was the food. It was of the highest standard, beautifully presented and truly delicious. We will be back!!!

The hotel has a feel of home with personalised, friendly staff who remember the way you like your tea served! The staff were most helpful and quick to fix the (blown) lights and with our luggage.

Unique great experience in this stylish colonial mansion. Services and food also fantastic. Love the afternoon tea at Cellar the festive dinner at Blanc on new year eve. Me and my friends have a very pleasant stay.

I paid 150 RMB for high tea today and although the product was creative and a bit fun I left hungry. My main issue however was the service. It appears there was no manager on duty because the staff were messing about on their mobile phones and I had to always ask them for things because they were focussed on chatting and their phones. It wasn’t 5 star at all and having managed hotels the service was actually appalling. I found a bit of plastic in one of the dishes and the staff member just took it from me and threw it in the bin. No acknowledgement. Then I was waiting in the lobby for my cab and I can hear front desk staff laughing and messing about. They were only interested in messing about. I feel cheated by todays experience and I hope they get manager back on duty soon because today it was not being managed at all

Good service provided by Aaron, Nancy, Darren and Natasha. MM is fortunate to have this lovely team who always serve with a wide smile. They even provided good explanation to reach did they they served to us. Overall a good mansion to visit, cozy environment and worth the money spent. A good experience to have hi-tea with family during Christmas festive season.

Food served is exceptional as what I expected & worthy service by your staff was a strong marker that customer will likely come back again., keep up the good job by Macalister Mansion delicated team.👏👍👏👍 Note: It had been my pleasure to dined in for the 3rd time with my family members and a time with my friend from BKK.... really appreciated with the hard work of your Chefs & staff to make the day happened w/o failed to served the customers 😀💐🎉💐🎉😀

We are taking their Christmas tea o'clock. All the way from Ipoh. Very nice. The young chefs were cooking with heart. We like the young ppl who work with passion. The service is also fantastic. This is our second time here. Keep it up.

I visited there to have the afternoon tea for my wife's birthday cereblation. The restaurant staffs were very kind for not only us but also my son 7 years old, and meals were unique and amazing. We want to visit there again soon.
