Check in hotel, room got bad smell . Request to change other room. But hotel staff say no any room available. Needed wait until tomorrow, after 1 night sleep my son get bite by something. After tomorrow change others room no more bad smell but air-conditioning non cold. 2night staying very bad experience

I like the location of this hotel, very close to many good places to eat. Besides that, the hotel is clean and the staff are quite helpful.

Just ordinary hotel- nothing special. Limited car park, first come first serve. Room not so big, cleanliness 9/10. Shower room just okey. Nearby to nasi kandar pelita 24hours if u hungry at middle of night.

Location is good. Surrounding a lot of eateries. Next door is a food court with variety of foods.

My stay at Travelodge Georgetown, Penang, was a pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Georgetown, making it easy to explore the city’s cultural and historical attractions. It’s also surrounded by fantastic local eateries, perfect for indulging in Penang’s famous cuisine. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering a cozy retreat after a day of sightseeing. I’d highly recommend it for its excellent location and great value.

This is the first time I booked via trip com. The hotel that I stayed at was very convenient and there are many eateries around the place. I will recommend this hotel to my friends if they are going to Penang. Surrounded by other hotels too. Moreover,I can see the sunset from my hotel room ☺️☺️☺️.

This hotel only has parking for about 10 cars, and when the lot is full, they just leave you to deal with it on your own, offering zero alternatives. Absolutely unacceptable! And to make things worse, until 1 am, the noise of motorbikes and the incessant sound of birds outside the window were impossible to ignore.

The room is clean, location is great to walk or grab places around, staffs are helpful. Only slightly disappointed the swimming pool is small at a hidden corner somewhere in the building, awareness of water cleanliness is needed.

The room is basic like a budget hotel as expected. The check-in process is smooth, however, room is only available from 3pm onwards, with no exception given. There are many local eateries in the vicinity, but it is not in the central location of Georgetown. The room/bed is clean. The bed and pillow support is good.

Dear Hotel Management Team, Hello! We are guests who checked in to your hotel on November 09, 2024. During our stay, we encountered some issues that affected our experience, and we would like to provide feedback regarding these matters. Firstly, the air conditioning in the initially assigned room was not working properly, making the room temperature uncomfortable. After reporting this to the front desk, we were moved to a second room, but unfortunately, the air conditioning in the new room was still insufficient. This situation affected our sleep quality, impacting our plans for the following day. In addition, the sink in the second room was blocked, and there were visible cracks around the edge of the sink. These issues not only caused inconvenience but also posed a potential safety hazard. We hope the hotel will take our feedback seriously and address the air conditioning and facility issues in the rooms to prevent similar experiences for other guests. Additionally, we would appreciate some form of compensation for our experience, such as an upgrade or partial refund, as a gesture of goodwill. Please refer to the attached file. Good location, full of good food around. Quite big room, strong air conditioning

The location is good. Next to the hotel there is a coffee shop with many hawker foods. The staff are friendly and helpful. Room space sufficient. Parking space is limited.

Thanks to the friendly staff especially Adeline respond fast and fulfilled my request on birthday decorations. Things need to improve is the room musty smell, gym room out of order and limited parking. Pleasant stay due to room is big and friendly staff.

Very simple hotel. Breakfast very limited choice, not worth to buy. I found the cleanliness not up to my expectation as an international chain hotel. The location is convenient for food, and there're number of massage shops here as well.
