Hotel 5 Bintang Terbaik di George Town

Saya pergi ke sini hanya kerana ulasan hotel tempoh ini. The Heritage Wing memang mempunyai rasa umur, dan ***a seni bina dan hiasan bilik agak bagus. Bagi perkhidmatan, lelaki di pintu dan lelaki yang mengisi semula bekalan di dalam bilik setiap petang adalah lebih bersemangat Meja depan adalah biasa-biasa sahaja dan restoran pada dasarnya tidak mempunyai perkhidmatan Berbanding dengan kumpulan hotel antarabangsa, masih terdapat jurang yang besar . Bufet sarapan pagi mempunyai terlalu sedikit jenis. Saya mesti mengatakan bahawa pada halaman tempahan Ctrip hotel ini, saya tidak dapat melihat jenis bilik yang mempunyai susun atur yang mana, sama ada menghadap ke jalan atau pemandangan laut, saya melihat beberapa komen yang mengatakan bahawa bilik yang diberikan kepada Ctrip adalah buruk lokasi. Saya merasakan cara yang sama dan diberi bilik yang menghadap ke jalan. Jika anda ingin merasai rasa sejarah, anda boleh tinggal di sini, jika tidak ia tidak kos efektif.

Kebersihan: Pembersih yang saya temui semasa penginapan tiga hari saya adalah lelaki India, jadi berhati-hati jika anda keberatan. Adalah lebih baik untuk kembali ke hotel pada waktu tengah malam 10 minit, terdapat beberapa tarikan dan kedai-kedai terkenal termasuk Muzium Cina Luar Negara, dua orang perancis, dan auntie gaik juga terdapat Little India (berhati-hati apabila anda makan dan anda akan mengalami cirit-birit; Mural Street Nama keluarga Jambatan di kejauhan Jangan berjalan ke sana kerana keadaan jalan yang membimbangkan.

Secara keseluruhan, kemudahannya agak bersih dan hotel ini agak baru. Terdapat pusat membeli-belah kecil di tingkat bawah dengan kedai serbaneka dan beberapa restoran. Terdapat dua kolam renang untuk dewasa dan kanak-kanak, kedua-duanya adalah besar, ia hanya dibuka sehingga 8 malam. Bilik dobi mengenakan caj melebihi 20 ringgit, rasanya agak mahal. Teluk Gurney terletak agak jauh dari bandar, jadi kadang-kadang pemandu akan menolak pesanan jika anda meminta untuk mengambilnya.

G Hotel Kelawai adalah pilihan yang sangat baik untuk penginapan di Pulau Pinang. Lokasinya sempurna, berdekatan dengan pusat membeli-belah besar Gurney Plaza. Kami disambut dengan aiskrim selamat datang semasa ketibaan, yang merupakan sentuhan yang bagus. Bilik-bilik adalah luas, diselenggara dengan baik, dan selesa. Kakitangan sangat prihatin dan mesra, sentiasa menyambut kami dengan mesra apabila kami kembali ke hotel. Kami meminta air tambahan, dan ia dihantar dengan segera. We had a pleasant three-day stay at this hotel. The hotel is in an excellent location, situated between two large malls with plenty of shops and restaurants and within a reasonable cab ride to both George Town and Batu Ferringhi. The room was quite spacious but a little bit dated and worn down. It could use a refresh. The bed was very comfortable, however, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. We enjoyed using the beautiful infinity pool. Service was friendly and efficient. One area that could use improvement is the breakfast. Although there is a good variety of items offered, many just weren't very tasty. The best thing on the buffet was the homemade ice cream. Overall, this is a good place to stay when exploring the island of Penang.

Very personal and warmth team.... Amir was very easy going and furnished us with every information that we asked. Housekeeping staff upheld their honesty - we left our usual tips on the bed every morning for the housekeeping staff but they placed the money on the bed side table every day after their cleaning. We salute their integrity and honesty even though the tip was meant for them. The place was clean and location superb. Definitely worth every moment and $$.

I paid 150 RMB for high tea today and although the product was creative and a bit fun I left hungry. My main issue however was the service. It appears there was no manager on duty because the staff were messing about on their mobile phones and I had to always ask them for things because they were focussed on chatting and their phones. It wasn’t 5 star at all and having managed hotels the service was actually appalling. I found a bit of plastic in one of the dishes and the staff member just took it from me and threw it in the bin. No acknowledgement. Then I was waiting in the lobby for my cab and I can hear front desk staff laughing and messing about. They were only interested in messing about. I feel cheated by todays experience and I hope they get manager back on duty soon because today it was not being managed at all

It started off rough. Got into the hotel early to leave our luggage and the guy manning the check in was cold, standoffish, and didn’t even bother replying to our pleasantries. When we returned, a misunderstanding ensured. Cos of my earlier encounter, I was just unreasonable. But thank goodness for Suhaila (I think) and her manager - they deescalated the situation with grace and aplomb. That bump aside, I had a lovely time. Was in room 213. Initially I was worried because I have read about noise issues coming from the club next door. But either the club was closed or the soundproofing worked, there were no disturbances. We slept like babies. The room was beautiful, and the location is amazing. This hotel is highly Recommended. Just don’t bother to pay extra for the breakfast. That was just too sad. We tried it on our last day in the hotel as we were leaving early for the airport. It was dismal.

We had a pleasant experience and loved staying at the accommodation. It was well equipped with amenities (smart tv, air purifier) and well located with eateries and convenience store nearby .  The sea view from the apartment was amazing.  Additionally, the host (Yeoh) was extremely helpful in providing recommendations to go or eat within Penang and was prompt in answering queries related to the apartment.  In summary this is a hidden gem worth staying .
