Excellent location, very clean and fairly efficient service. Breakfast was decent too. Masks were not enforced throughout the property, unfortunately.

The most terrible stay hotel and staff. Please do not visit. We checked in and until 7 pm in the evening some renovations or whatever work was going on that involved the use of hammer and drilling. We were not even able to talk to each other or watch tv peacefully. After reaching out to the duty manager vikrant multiple times, it stopped. The food service was delayed too. And the next day it started again at 8 am in the morning. The so called seniors on floor suggested my husband 'itna problem tha toh raat ko hi check out kar lete'. And kept arguing that it's labour and we can't stop them from working. Then a piece of advise of all the seniors of this hotel - DO NOT RENT OUT ROOMS ONE FLOOR ABOVE AND BELOW WHEN YOU CANT STOP THE WORK. People pay for these stays and it is there hard earned money, they don't pay to stay at hotel at your terms and on top of that your rather not so hospitable staff. Worst experience. Never going back to this hotel where there is 0 hospitality. The ac was also not working initially where they too half an hr to fix that too. Utter nonsense.

This my fifth time in this hotel . Awesome service from all departments. Efficient Front office as well as housekeeping . Nikhil with his team of F & B are always attentive . They served special preparation on request . Taste of foods are also very good . Keep the good work going . However room is needed to have some attention related to flooring and storage.
