The washing machine with a drying function was very practical! 🍴 The hotel has several restaurants, offering a variety of choices from noodle soup, dumplings, stir-fries, to a buffet. The seafood buffet on Friday and Saturday, priced at 298 RMB for a buy-one-get-one-free deal, is worth trying. 🍔 If you don't want to include hotel breakfast or prefer to sleep in, McDonald's on the first floor opens at 9 AM. Also, after 9 PM, the tea restaurant on the first floor offers a special instant noodle supper! 🚠 Just outside the hotel's back door is Cable Car No. 9. Taking it will lead you up the mountain to see the autumn scenery of the ancient Great Wall. 🥾 You can also choose to hike up the mountain via the trail, which is friendly and easy even for beginners, allowing you to leisurely immerse yourself in the autumn colors of the forest. For the descent, you can opt for the unpowered slide car for 150 RMB per person, which is fun! 🚌 The hotel offers a free shuttle bus directly to the town center, though it's only about a ten-minute walk. You can take Cable Car No. 4 up to Thaiwoo Peak to overlook the entire autumn mountain. The hotel is a convenient 8-10 minute walk to the Lizheng Gate of the Mountain Resort. Downstairs, you'll find the Erxianju Night Market, making dining and shopping incredibly easy without needing to drive far. The self-service laundry room on the third floor is very practical, especially for long trips. The 24-hour front desk is also very responsive.

Two mothers with two children stayed in the family suite and had a fantastic experience. The children loved the room's decorations and toys, and anything they needed was promptly delivered after a phone call to the front desk. There were also picture books and building blocks on the first floor for play. One night, I left my phone in the toy area, and as soon as I returned to the room, the front desk called to ask if I had left it behind – a truly thoughtful touch.

This is my second time visiting Wulingshan, and I chose Lanye Hotel again~ I've been eating breakfast at Shangu (Valley) restaurant, and I'm very satisfied, having eaten there for two consecutive days. I especially love the wild vegetable buns. The hotel was also incredibly thoughtful; knowing I was pregnant, they prepared an air purifier and a pregnancy pillow for me~ They also arranged for a high-floor room, so it wasn't noisy at all. They really put their heart into it!

The location is quite convenient, not too far from the cable car and Taiwu Night. The room was generally clean, and the balcony was a great spot to chat. However, there's no air conditioning. When we mentioned it was cold, they promptly brought an electric heater. The breakfast seemed to be shared among several hotels, leading to a crowded environment and difficulty finding a seat, which was a bit disappointing. But the breakfast taste was good. All in all, it's worth the price, and I hope they'll add air conditioning in the future!

I made sure to make sure it was delivered on the day of the game. The result was that I, a road ******, filled in the wrong district address. The courier was sorting from the south of the city to a novice post office in the north of the city. Just after the race ended at 4 p.m., the logistics information showed that ”the post office is already at the post office,” but we had to leave for the next city at 5 p.m, and looked at the postoffice address 10 kilometers away on the map, stamping our feet in a hurry. The hotel room was clean, and its location within Thaiwoo Ski Town was excellent. The price was also quite good value for money compared to other hotels in the area. The only drawback was that the room was very hot in the summer; it was cold outside but hot inside, and the AC wasn't cooling. Opening the window was an issue because it was noisy at night, and I have severe allergies. Also, the breakfast wasn't great; the fried dough sticks and bread were rock hard, like baguettes. The variety was average for a 4-star hotel. The connecting rooms that Hyatt has an agreement for with Trip.com are quite unique and perfect for a family of three adults and one child, or four adults and one child. It's very suitable for families with kids. My grandpa's room had a problem with the bathroom ventilation system; he could always smell smoke, probably from someone smoking in a room upstairs or downstairs. I'm sure the hotel can improve this. I'd give it a 4-star rating.

The hotel environment is decent, and it's pet-friendly with good service. The showerhead in the bathroom seems a bit old, but the water pressure is still okay. The wet and dry separation is a plus. We got a free upgrade to a sea-view room, which was nice. There are charging stations downstairs, which is convenient, though charging is a bit pricey at 1.55/kWh. I'd recommend coming back early if you go out at night, otherwise, you might not find a parking spot and have to park on the street in front of the hotel. It's not too far from the Coastal Market, so you can take a leisurely stroll there if you don't mind the walk. Watching the sunrise in the morning is quite lovely. The area around the hotel is a bit desolate, so you'll have to eat breakfast at the hotel. The buffet breakfast is 28 per person and offers a good variety.
