Ulasan Hotel Gravensteen

The room was fine. We needed extra bedding and 2 nice staff came immediately and made the extra bed for us. However! We arrived with a reservation confirmation of 2 adults 1 child. Their confirmation had 2 people therefore the room they had was too small. They did have another room for 3 they said we could have but it would be 30 euros extra. At the time we simply agreed and paid as there was a big queue behind us and the amount was small. Buttons seemed like a con to extract more money from us, it wasn't our mistake as we had confirmation for 3 people at the designated price. It's a shame as I really liked Ghent and will certainly return but there are other hotels to choose from.

Otelden çok memnun kaldık. Herşeyden önce harika bir konumda, gezerken yorulduğumuzda hemen odamıza gidip 15 dakika ayaklarımızı uzatıp gezintimize devam ettik. Odanın temizliği imkanları, kahvaltısı bu otel neden 3 yıldız en az 4 yıldız olmalı dedirtti. Personel de kusursuz bir hizmet sundu gerçekten çok mutlu ayrıldık. Otopark sorunu da olamamsı bizi ayrıca mutlu etti. Şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum.

房間乾淨整潔 也挺大的 價格在周邊也相對便宜，且地理位置很好

主要是房間很小，幾乎談不上什麼服務。

Overall a nice hotel with a great location except do to construction it took us 40 minutes using Google maps to get to the hotel area and nearby parking garage which was frustrating. It would have been nice to be aware of this and we would have chosen a different hotel.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was very nice and fresh with many choices. The establishment was located in the center and very well maintained.

Centrally located in the nicest part of central Ghent, in a nice old building. Friendly staff.

right across the st from the castle tram in front of castle essy to use room was barnd new so it was siper clean and stylish very friendly and helpful dtaff

Nice Hotel very central but they had work being done that was a bit disruptive and builders not very tidy.
