Extremely dirty! I booked for two nights, but the floors were sticky. When I checked in, I had to wait for a technician to install the air conditioning. The hallway was really scary, damp and moldy. The room was old and smelled musty. The view from the window was obstructed by dirty, streaky glass. The bedroom door couldn't be locked. The pool was emerald green, completely overgrown. There was absolutely no parking. The sea is beautiful, but this accommodation is unbearable. I didn't even stay a night. After checking in and seeing the room, I asked to cancel immediately, but couldn't get a refund. 🥹 I called the staff, and they said I couldn't get a refund unless the manager approved it. Such a waste of money. I wanted a comfortable hotel stay, but it was impossible to stay here. It was so uncomfortable and dirty. The construction was incredibly sloppy. I even saw the laundry room with bedsheets and towels piled all over the floor. And there were clothes drying on the stairs – who knows if they were clean? A really bad experience. The area around the hotel was also scary. The price wasn't even cheap. You can find much cheaper and cleaner places in the city. Anyone planning to go should read the Google reviews first. I didn't read reviews beforehand, and now that I have, I understand and am so disappointed.

The views from this hotel are absolutely top-notch, with unbeatable ocean vistas! The infinity pool is also perfect for Instagram-worthy photos. The only downside is that the soundproofing isn't great, but for the price, it's incredibly good value for money.

The accommodation is right by the sea, but on the day we checked in, one of the two bathrooms had no running water. We reported it to the staff, and they fixed it quickly. However, the showerhead in the larger bathroom was cracked, causing water to spray everywhere when showering. The location is great, making it easy to walk out and find food. The staff were also lovely and cheerful.

Overall finish of the room was poor. The atmosphere was great, but unfortunately it rained the whole time. I'll book again next time. The service was good.

The hotel's facilities aren't exactly new, and the room felt a bit dated with a small pool. But waking up every morning and drawing back the curtains to that view? It made everything else completely forgettable. It's truly beautiful! The room was spacious and cleaned impeccably every day. The staff were all so warm and friendly. Staying here, I felt it was worth every penny by the second day!

The room was large, but the ceilings were very low. We were in room 102, and the soundproofing was terrible. While the view was nice, the hygiene and facilities were old and worn. The staff's attitude was poor, and after we checked out, their demeanor completely changed – a 360-degree flip! Anyone considering staying here would be better off just stealing photos from Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book). The infinity pool was tiny and unhygienic, only 130cm deep, completely unsuitable for swimming, and didn't even look good in photos. There was no privacy. The air conditioning didn't work, and the front desk staff couldn't even bother to close the door themselves – it was laughable.

It was really very bad experience, both of the persons on reception are very rude , even they do not have one extra towel , I have asked for beach towel even they denied for that also , really a worst experience after paying so much money not worthy to pay Location is good but service and behaviour is really bad And they do not provide extra bed even you pay 1500 baht or any money, they do not have provision What you ask , they just say NO for everything….

I love staying at this beautiful hotel. It’s a convenient location.

Toiletries not supplied properly, expensive paid over $700 buck for three nights

Unluckily, the weather at the time we visited was very bad. The room are not as clean as a normal weather. The balcony was wet. Even in the room. There is a field beside this hotel which is full of trashes that blocks the beautiful sight.
