Hotel room was clean and comfy, the hotel food was excellent especially the Indian menu as well as Aston burger which was a winner with kids. The service was amazing! Special thanks to Hadi who made our stay pleasant he even took the time to explore the island with my son! The management of the hotel regarding service is the best by far! We will definitely be back ! Thanks so much Hadi and co. 🌺

We were extremely happy with our stay. The staff are extremely polite, kind and helpful. As soon as we checked in we were greeted by the most wonderful receptionist who explained everything about the place, facilities and where to go. About the tent: it is just as the pictures show. Charming, spacious, comfortable bed, air con works wonderfully. The private toilet is outside of the tent, in a a covered up area but you can still hear the birds. It’s nice and well functioning. Please bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste as these are not provided. You will be given a padlock to lock the entrance of the tent, and the entrance from the room to the toilet. We just locked the front entrance, as there was no need for the other one. Once you go to bed, make sure to close all windows, close all entrances so that the room can cool down. Food: amazing breakfast which you choose the previous day. Food is served quickly and it is delicious. Our room provided us with free bike rent, so we we’re cycling everywhere everyday. Please note that some streets don’t have lights, so make sure you have your phone or a little torch to light up the way. But it is super safe and we didn’t have any problems. There is a swimming pool, but we didn’t even use it. We cycled everyday, but it looks nice. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here!!

Stayed there for 4 nights to enjoy the peaceful side of Gili T. If you want to go to the more crowded area on the east you have to walk around 20min…way is a bit scary at night as there are no lights everywhere and almost no people. But you can also use bike or the horse carriage. Latter we would not recommend. Rooms are spacious and in a good condition. The outside bathroom (we had to get used to it first) was very lovely as well. Also can recommend the restaurant where we had most of our dinners every night. Did snorkeling directly in front of the hotel which is really amazing…however, due to the stones and dead corals wear some kind of swim shoes (you can also buy them everywhere). Breakfast was good and decent. Food in general can be served on the beach as well. Staff was super friendly!

Di hotel manor yang hebat di Pulau T, terdapat sejumlah 15 bilik vila dengan perkhidmatan butler, vila bujang yang samar di bawah hutan kelapa, yang mempunyai gaya pulau tropika; agak sedikit orang menetap, dan ia sangat sunyi. Pelayan bar restoran Pelayan dan butler sangat bersemangat dan meminta saya mengambil gambar untuk mereka. Ia adalah pengalaman yang sangat menggembirakan. Pantai hotel, bilik vila dan kolam renang semuanya hebat, tetapi harganya agak mahal. Saya tinggal selama satu malam dan pergi dan mengambil banyak gambar. , Video sebagai cenderahati;

길리T는 처음 가봤는데, 중심가 끝쪽에 있어서 너무 시끄럽지도 않고 위치가 너무 좋았습니다. 두개의 수영장도 좋고 조경도 예쁘고 관리가 아주 잘 되어있습니다. 비로앞의 환전소도 rate가 니쁘지 읺았구요. 바로옆에 있는 다이빙샵도 이용 가능해서 좋았습니다. 다만 침대가 삐걱거리고 매트리스가 낡아서 불편했습니다. 지누스 등의 메모리폼 매트리스로 교체를 하면 좋을것 같습니다. 재방문의사 있습니다.

This hotel was ok however I would not return. The first room given to me had a generator on the window outside which was very loud and vibrating the room. I asked to change rooms and the woman at the desk told me there was none left and didn’t even check. I asked for a refund and was then told I can’t get one but there is one more room available. This was at the front and can be very noisy. I found the woman very rude to deal with and didn’t seem to care. On Tuesdays the hotel next door has a party so don’t expect to sleep until 3:30 am. Room was fine. At breakfast there were ants all over the bread in the basket. I wouldnt recommend this place and couldn’t wait to leave.

Nice Villas at a small calm place on a busy island. Very stylish room! What has to be mentioned, is the superb level of how clean everything was. Never ever did i spot a stain or anything, our bed smelt great and we enjoyed it a lot. Also the room service was impeccable. Breakfast was good. Service got one star decucted, because the english level of the people at the lobby and Restaurant is sometimes making it hard to communicate efficiently. Not a big deal, a solution is always found, but not perfect. This Island has a lot going on! You tend to spend the day more on the east cost, where most of the diving centers, restaurants and the harbor is. That' also where a lot of partying is going on in the evening. So if you are a 19 Year old who comes to gili T to party hard every evening and then go on activities all day long i would not recommend Kuno Villas probably. Look at some of the cheaper options, that are also decent as of what i have seen, and cost a fraction. Also staying on the east cost will save you the coming and going by means of cycling, which can take 10 Minutes or so. But if you are a couple, that is glad if it has a clean, calm well looked after place and the cost of the place don't bother you, I would say this is the place for you on gili T, if cycling a litle around the island is okey for you. I certainly liked it as part of my holiday experience :)

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by all the staff ! We stayed in the villa which overlooks the beach, it was beautiful and well maintained ! My 15 year old son done his dive course, which he had a ball doing and is looking forward to diving again when we return. Hubby also went diving, the boats and equipment were great! My 12 year old son got a go at diving in the pool, just so he could feel a bit more comfortable for when he chooses to do is dive course! Breakfast was included in our rate and was beautiful every morning! We dined in the restaurant or on the beach several times for lunch and dinner and every meal we all had was delicious……. Highly recommend staying here even if you don’t dive, the location is great and the staff in reception, the dive centre, the pool bar, housekeeping and restaurant were so helpful ! Looking forward to coming back in July, 2024

Pour commencer, l'emplacement est à 150m d'une décharge ou les déchets ont été brûlés le jour de notre arrivée sur l'ile, dégageant une fumée toxique de jour comme de nuit. Le manager nous a recommandé de rester dans les chambres malgré la fumée, disant que le problème était partout sur l'ile. Enfermés dans une chambre ou l'air devenait irrespirable j'ai craint un incendie, mais au bout de 20 min quelqu'un est venu nettoyer la piscine de toutes les cendres malgré la fumée, nous avons donc décidé de sortir pour chercher de l'air frais. Et plus loin, surprise, ni fumée, ni incendie ! Inadmissible que le manager n'ai pas pensé à protéger notre santé et celle de nos enfants, préférant nous cacher la vérité. Afin de gérer le problème, nous avons été contraints de laisser nos enfants dans un SPA afin qu'ils ne respirent pas la fumée. Après moultes discussions, le manager accepte enfin de rembourser l'extension de 2 nuits, (4+2 nuits réservées tellement nous avions fait confiance au photos bien trop flatteuses) mais restaient encore 4 nuits. Il nous propose de rembourser la 1ere nuit mais nous indique que nous devons revenir le lendemain pour vérifier que le feu est éteint. Nous changeons donc d'hotel avec toutes nos valises (en charette) et revenons le lendemain après midi (en charette...). Très agréable va et vient pour des vacances... Le vent ayant tourné en leur faveur, nous n'avions presque rien senti. Mais en début de soirée le vent s'apaise, les relents de fumée étaient présents toute la nuit et le matin, ils étaient nauséabondes et nos gorges piquaient. L'odeur de fumée n'avait pas disparu du salon que nous avions pourtant laisser aérer toute la nuit, et nos vêtements empestaient. Le manager refusant de nous rembourser le séjour sous la pression du directeur, nous avons décidé de perdre les nuits restantes car la santé n'a pas de prix. Meme s'ils estiment que le problème est indépendant de l'hôtel, le client n'a pas à payer pour cela et être pris en otage lors de vacances tant attendues. La devise du directeur : soit vous restez, soit vous partez mais je garderai votre argent ! Même si je vous ai bien vendu du rêve. Ne vous fiez donc pas aux photos aguicheuses, vous trouverez de bien meilleures prestations à Bali pour le même prix. Les plages d'un coté comme de l'autre sont plutôt à 15-20 min a pied si vous avez des enfants, et les chemins de terre ne sont pas aussi praticables que sur l'ouest et le sud de l'ile qui est pavée. L'air y est d'ailleurs toujours respirable. Nous sommes surpris des commentaires aussi positifs, si vous avez l'habitude de voyager avec de belles prestations en villa, ne vous attardez vraiment pas ici.
