I arrived at 11:30 pm to find out the hotel had cancelled all reservations that night without notice. I was stranded without a place to stay.

We've been staying here since the hotel opened and we've always been pleased. This year, we had plans to have dinner at the restaurant upon arrival. We were told the chef didn't show up. I needed to print some legal documents but the business center was closed. When we turned on the air, the fan was extremely loud so we called the front desk. They said that was standard. It woke us up during the night so we ended up turning the AC off and the room was too warm. We asked for maid service to replace the towels and coffee but they didn't do it. I had to go to the front desk to get towels but he only gave me bath towels and one coffee pod. He promised to bring everything down later but never did. Very disappointing stay this time.

Our room was clean, comfortable and most of all exceptionally quiet! In addition, the breakfast buffet did not disappoint!
