Pretty good location and surroundings for Kintex travelers. Room is ok with nice partial Han river view. Hyundai premium outlet mall is just 5min walking distance. yet. Bad attitude female staff with arrogant manners.

Very comfortable atmosphere and very kind stuffs. This was my forth stay there and kinds of breakfast buffet are so improved in this six months. Hope to come back and stay again. Thank you very much for all stuff members great hospitality in this hotel.

Requested for an early check in of just 2 hours earlier and i was charged extra otherwise i could not check in earlier as told by the tall reception . Aircon was very weak and they sent a technician which came with a temperature gun and told me aircon is slowly cooling down and that i had to close my curtains to make it cool faster. One of the most absurd thing i have heard. One plus point is that is near Gimpo airport. But still i will consider Marina bay hotel next door in future.

Hotel is so clean, variety of breakfast selection from Korean to Western cuisine. It has CU convenience store downstairs, and also has children’s playground. Perfect for family with kids.

A far from Seoul central but near to Gimpo airport. All other facilities are good. The breakfast is average and could be improved. There are not many food options.

Lovely hotel but a bit far from everything- next to premium outlets that had a huge food court but we never made it in time. Orders close at 8:30 and they don’t take cash. Hotel info said subway station was 10 meters away but actually it was miles away and hard to get to. Finally figured out the bus system toward the last day. I wouldn’t recommend to travelers who don’t speak Korean. Used the hotel’s 24-hour gym every day- good perk. “Convenience” store inside hotel only open from 7pm to midnight. Breakfast was mediocre. Overall a very positive experience though; in a way I liked the quiet neighborhood. No residences, just big logistics hubs and outlets. Great choice for shopping travelers! Oh I should add that we were there during national holiday week. So even more quiet…

The hotel itself is clean. location is a bit too far off from town and no convenience store nearby. we reached the hotel around 12am midnight and wasnt able to find any stores and food around. the room is a bit warm. and the air conditioner seems like not working pretty much. thankfully it was winter when we are there and able to sleep off without the AC. overall it was a good room despite the location.

Its location is not perfect for taking rest and seeing friends. Less traffic congestion, so saving some time. Foods are not bad, but not many varieties from my side viewpoint.

The area is very good with Han river and outlets for shopping

Peaceful and quiet environment. Will surely go back
