Seriously uncomfortable and not helpful

Room is good and the service is good. Stuff is good especially Payal. Will visit again.

Listed as 5 star hotel but they don't even have slippers in room. Rooms are compact, twin bed have two beds attached. Bar price in menu and and billed is different. Bill after taxes are 70 percent extra on the menu bill. Restaurant have mosquitoes and staff have turned off the A/C in restaurant and dint turn on even after saying multiple times.

Ambience is really good. Food is decent not the best Cleanliness-perfect Location- decent Hospitality is good but could be better.

Tres serviable Tres professionels Propre

I recently stayed at the Novotel Chennai Sipcot...The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.A special thanks to Ms.Mubina and Ms.Vahida for excellent services.. The room was clean and well-appointed.. Overall, I would highly recommend the Novotel for its excellent service, tasty food, and comfortable accommodations.

Best part was the room decoration on virtue of my birthday. Good job to following people. It was an amazing stay. Prerona - for card preparation Debjani - for room decoration Yuvraj & Bimal - for room decoration I was really surprised and was total taken aback by their Swift service within such a short span of time. Kudos to the team.

Awesome stay in Novotel Chennai sipcot. Food and service is so good. Rooms are clean. All the staffs are so helpful and polite. In reception Ms. Prerona, Ms. Payel and Ms. Sampurna they are very sweet. I would like to come back again. 😀🥰🥰🥰🥰

The service is good! They have provide aundry service also! The supervisor Devojani and Rubal very nice and polite to serve us. The hotel provided a great service at the morning breakfast. She was caring and showed exceptional customer centric service

Devayani, Mr Naresh and Mr Dilliraj had been keeping the room very clean, professional services, very nice team and had kept a surprise gift on the desk with sweets. Highly recommend this team with the laundry services they did. All of them had been wonderful in keeping the services top notch.

Excellent care taken by Devajani and Subraraman (housekeeping) during my stay at Novotel. Daily service was too good and unbelievably super ! Definitely going to be a return customer for this property. Highly recommend for people visiting Chennai.
