A good hotel with rooms that are well done. The food was also decent

Listed as 5 star hotel but they don't even have slippers in room. Rooms are compact, twin bed have two beds attached. Bar price in menu and and billed is different. Bill after taxes are 70 percent extra on the menu bill. Restaurant have mosquitoes and staff have turned off the A/C in restaurant and dint turn on even after saying multiple times.

Ambience is really good. Food is decent not the best Cleanliness-perfect Location- decent Hospitality is good but could be better.

I recently stayed at the Novotel Chennai Sipcot...The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.A special thanks to Ms.Mubina and Ms.Vahida for excellent services.. The room was clean and well-appointed.. Overall, I would highly recommend the Novotel for its excellent service, tasty food, and comfortable accommodations.

Best part was the room decoration on virtue of my birthday. Good job to following people. It was an amazing stay. Prerona - for card preparation Debjani - for room decoration Yuvraj & Bimal - for room decoration I was really surprised and was total taken aback by their Swift service within such a short span of time. Kudos to the team.

The stay at Novotel was highly comfortable. Special thanks to Housekeeping team of Ms. Devajani and Mr. Shajil for maintaining hygiene and pleasant upkeep. Ever smiling Manisha, Nidhi and entire team from DSquare restaurant make you feel at home. Mention goes to Akhil and team from front office too. Personalised handwritten note from Director of Operations ***** with Pastry chocolates made me feel Welcome ! Sincerely Appreciate the efforts of everyone for going the extra mile.

Sai,Mohan,Mubin, and Manisha were supportive in selecting the dish.All were good.Food is tasty.Desserts are good.Service is good. Recommend my friends to have food in Square restaurant. All foods are kids friendly.Nice atmosphere to dine here.

Excellent service Devajani and gowtham. Cleanliness was good ...All equipments are nicely cleaned...Room freshner is good...beds are having clean bedsheets...Towles are cleaned...washroom is also properly cleaned and hygiene...nice
