Great hotel, very nice pool, staff were friendly and helpful. Dinner was brilliant and very reasonable, we ate there two out of four nights. Lots on the menu, even whole monkfish tail. Massive steaks too. Breakfast was so-so but standard pricing. The location is great if you’re mobile but the bus stop is just across the road so you can get into town easily either way (about a 20 minute walk, less than ten minutes on the bus). If you’re looking to visit the beaches, be prepared for a journey as they are very far away and hard to navigate via public transport. Taxis are expensive. The hotel staff printed the timetables off for us because they wouldn’t show on Google Map. Highly recommended though. We went snorkelling and sea kayaking and saw octopus and explored caves. Only negative to say about the hotel is that they charge for the hot tub and it’s €7 per person. Felt like it should be included but maybe you get a specific amount of slots based on your length of stay? Didn’t seem like anyone was booking it and I imagine it’s because most people feel it should be included.

Excelente instalación muy cómoda y las habitaciones súper limpias . Cercano a la estación de tren a 11 minutos caminando .

Cannot praise enough the super helpful reception staff. Our luggage was lost for 3 days (thanks Lufthansa. Please get some training from the hotel team on customer service!). The Carlemany reception gave us essential toiletries, as we arrived with nothing. They spoke to the courier company on the luggage delivery, and when they finally turned up, they called us to say the bags had arrived. The hotel itself is in a very central location, with good sized rooms. Thanks again the reception team!

Everyone was super nice at the hotel. The breakfast was very good, but they should change a bit since it gets boring to eat the same thing every day. Don't eat at the terrace it's super expensive and the food is not good at all. The hotel is located in a very nice area, but the hotel rooms are a bit expensive for what it is.

The Best Western Premier in Girona is a lovely hotel. Desk staff were friendly and helpful, our room was spacious, clean with all the usual amenities. The communal areas were all spotless. We were bed and breakfast - the breakfast was extremely varied, so there is something for everyone. We did eat in the restaurant a couple of times and the food was lovely and the service brilliant. Location though is a bit of an issue if you don't have a car. It is a 31 minute walk to the main part of Girona - some days we did it twice!. I am sure that we could have utilised a local bus service to travel back and forth, and it would have been useful for the hotel to give us details. However it is a 15-20 minute walk to the train and bus station if you want to explore further than Girona - we went to Barcelona, Costa Brava and Figueres by either bus or train. Girona is a lovely interesting town, which I would love to re-visit, however I would like to stay closer to the old town - if Best Western could just move this hotel slightly closer, it would be perfect. 5 star rating for the quality of the hotel though!

Me robaron anteayer, día 19 de junio, en el buffet del hotel y ningún responsable salió a socorrernos ni a hacer, al menos, acto de presencia. Ni una llamada, ni una disculpa, ni consuelo. El director del hotel y sus adjuntos son personas con una gran falta de humanidad. Tuve que esperar ayer en el hall del hotel pacientemente hasta que pude ver al director, Sergio Incocciati, y pararle para que diera la cara. El trato recibido fue nefasto. Se cruzó de brazos, lenguaje gestual que indica cerrazón, dijo que se producían robos en todas partes y que no podía controlar quién entraba o salía de su hotel. Hay cámaras y saben quién fue, lo han visto todo. Si uno mira las reseñas anteriores tanto en Google, como en Booking y otras plataformas, ha habido muchos robos con el mismo modus operandi. Debí mirar antes las reseñas. Se llevaron mi teléfono móvil y dinero en efectivo. No piden números de habitación cuando entras al buffet, por lo que se les cuela cualquiera. La negativa de los responsables a dar la cara da la sensación de que o se han rendido ante la delincuencia o quizá sean cómplices. Al menos su actitud y la ausencia de medios para prevenir los robos desde hace años los convierte, inevitablemente, en cómplices. Que nos inviten a unas bebidas y un par de muffins no ha arreglado en absoluto el problema. Además, las habitaciones son muy viejas, llenas de quemaduras de cigarros en el suelo, sin armario donde colgar la ropa. Mucho ruido desde los pasillos por la mala insonorización de las habitaciones. Por favor, no se alojen aquí. Es peligroso y no es un buen establecimiento. Lean las reseñas siempre. Nunca me había sucedido algo así.

We stayed in the IBIS hotel while doing our road trip. It is not that far off the motorway. This was one of few hotels in the city which had actual locked underground parking as our car was fully packed and I wouldn't like to unpack all our possessions to the hotel room. We haven't been able to book the parking but we have been lucky and got the spot for 12 e. The garage is not big so if you need secure parking, I recommend coming not too late as the hotel got busier in later night hours. We have read some reviews that free off-road parking is not secure and that some of the hotel guests experienced window breakage and theft of their possessions. The hotel by itself was average. There is also an IBIS budget hotel in the same areal. It was nice and warm inside. Bed was comfy. They accept dogs. The bathroom doors in the room 124 can't be closed.

This is a beautiful place for visit the pretty Girona. The owner are really cool , the place clean and corfortable. I met nice people and have good exchanges ...Lovely cats and dogs good surprise. I really enjoyed the patio and the decoration , the breakfast have been really amazing Thanks to the owner of that beautiful place , i should highly recommanded. Que bella plaza , agradable , bella para visitar Girona idealamente a la proxima . Con cocollona esta un buena locacion y hagaba bellas encuentras. Gracias para todo disculpa para espanol fotes no hablo coramente espanol pero aprende a la escuela Francia . El desayuna incredible cualidad

I love this hotel.Stayed in it many times now when I visit Girona and would highly recommend it. It is in the centre of Girona so great for walking around the city and the staff or always so nice and helpful. The breakfast selections are also very nice.Will be back in later this year.
