Breakfast with Stevie and Aimée was a real pleasure. Lovely attitude and service that was friendly and not intrusive. We look forward to joining them again tomorrow. Connie and the team (Jennifer and the young fellow planning his own trip to Australia) at the front desk when we were many hours too early to check in were a pleasure to deal with and full of very helpful advice and information.

A brilliant hotel! Very clean and well kept, and in an amazing location as well! Very central so was ideal for my Glasgow visit! Will definitely be back when I next come to the city🏙️ Special thanks to Katy at reception who was so lovely and welcoming, an absolute life saver!

Spent a lovely couple days here recently while visiting Glasgow and was thrilled with my stay. The rooms were spotless and up to date, beds were very comfortable. The service from staff was amazing, in particular, Katy who recommended local places to try out and assisted me with my stay. Overall very nice place to stay and will be back!

Very disappointed with the room we were given. In hindsight we should have complained at the time and asked to be moved. Looking at the reviews this hotel seemed something special but our classic twin room was far from special. The small window was above my head so we couldn’t see outside and when we were going to bed we realised it couldn’t be opened. We could also hear everything the people in the room next to us said to each other. The bed was comfortable, the shower room adequate but we would have been just as well off in a cheap hotel and we would have saved money. £234 for one night was over the top. We were told that all the Glasgow hotels were extremely busy that night hence the high cost but if the room had been better it wouldn’t have been so bad. Definitely won’t go back here as there are plenty of other city centre hotels nearby.

Beautiful hotel and lovely rooms. Cocktails are definitely a must. Great location in Glasgow. Particular shout out to Stevie for making us feel welcome, very chatty and a good laugh at breakfast this morning. Thanks! Will definitely be back to stay.

Lovely little hotel with such lovely friendly staff. We were greeted by Amy who was incredibly helpful and cheery which was a lovely welcome. Our deal had Prosecco on arrival which was a lovely way to start our stay. We stayed in a king room which was very spacious and modern with everything you would need. Despite being very central the noise was minimal that you could hear outside. Breakfast was delicious and had a lovely choice. Stevie gave us a warm greeting as we arrived and made the effort to chat to us about our stay. He was incredibly helpful and polite. Great hotel but clearly a great staff team

I enjoyed my stay, really make you feel welcomed, amazing staff thank you Steven, Shaun, Jenifer and Misa. The breakfast is not bad. The rooms are spacious as the hotel in the city center. Close to everything that you need. Clean rooms and well maintained. Great value to money
