格倫代爾算是LA安全的區域，這裏去所有景點都處於一個比較中間的位置，前台服務人員也很Nice, 覺得房間比較吵有空着的房間也給我們換了房間。房間大，很整潔，周邊環境安靜，除了房間裏面設施略微舊了一點之外，性價比在洛杉磯算不錯的酒店！😊😊

Great experience! Clean hotel and nice location in a great area that’s near some good food spots. We were in town for Horror Nights at Universal Studios and this hotel was a great distance away — away from the hustle and bustle but still near shops and restaurants. Def would stay here again!

LAに来た時はいつも泊まります！部屋は凄く清潔で静か、上下左右の部屋の音は殆ど聞こえません。ホテル内はかなり広くソファーも多く置いてあるので、部屋以外でも過ごす場所に困ることはありません。従業員も多いのでサービス対応も充実しています。円安により宿泊費が上がってしまってるのが難点です
が、いつも泊まって良かったと思うお気に入りのホテルです

We spent 7 nights here. Located in a country club setting. One side overlooks golf course. Golf course is closed. Pond view (not lake view…only complaint I have) was not desirable as Golf course is going through face lift. Once done it would be awesome. Even without the face lift, we had great views over looking down town sky line from a distance and golf course greenery down below. We got 8th floor which made it so much better. I’d suspect that that lower floors ( all front facing) would still be good. Staff, every one we interacted with, was brilliant. They sure understand hospitality! Facility is pretty new. Lobby is well appointed. Breakfast area can get busy. Waffle station for made it order waffles was a nice touch. Staff was ready to help. We wanted meatless egg and they were willing and able to accommodate. Swimming pool. Fire place sitting areas. Laundry (didn’t use but is supposedly dirt cheap). Gated community like entrance. Parking was full every evening. They have rights for street parking. Just off the freeway. We found this location very convenient. 25-30 minutes from LAX, Disney Land, Down town, Beverly Hills/ Hollywood etc. We opted for larger deluxe room which was so well worth it. We had issues with the pullout sofa. Quick call and prompt response. Issue fixed with a pleasant smile. Like most places you tell them at check in how often you want the room service. Elevators were spacious. Three of them so wait time was minimal. Wi-Fi was pretty good. Beds were comfortable. Great experience!

It’s very close to Universal Studios Hollywood. Walkable distance, 8 mins walk. There is shuttle bus provided but we prefer walking. The room is spacious and clean. The stuffs are friendly and helpful. Great stay.

The hotel was in a really good area for what we wanted to do and the staff were helpful. The room was spacious, a split living area and bedroom which was good as it let us spread out. All areas were clean and the drink machine in the lobby was a pleasant surprise. The only problem we had was the WiFi was a bit spotty and didn’t work in all areas other than that would stay again

PPengguna TetamuLokasinya sesuai untuk perjalanan kami kerana anak perempuan saya perlu berada di Lembaga Kosmetologi Negeri pada awal pagi keesokan harinya. Kerani lobi hotel sangat ramah dan mesra. Bilik kami berhadapan dengan jalan utama malah naik ke tingkat 5 pun bunyi trafik masih agak kuat. Pemandangan dari bilik itu bagus. Tempat letak kereta telah dikenakan dengan bayaran tambahan $16.95. Katilnya keras walaupun bantalnya cantik. Terdapat 3 daripada kami tinggal di dalam bilik yang kesemuanya telah disenaraikan pada tempahan saya namun, kami hanya tinggal dengan 2 tuala keseluruhan. Air dari pancuran mandian hanya cukup hangat untuk tidak dianggap penyeksaan. Mereka memang menawarkan sarapan pagi yang dibungkus yang terdiri daripada bagel kecil (tidak dapat dibakar atau dipanaskan kerana covid) dan keju krim, bungkusan kacang dan bungkusan biskut roti pendek. Secara keseluruhan, saya rasa saya membayar terlalu banyak untuk bilik ini untuk apa yang kami terima.

PPengguna TetamuEu adorei a estadia, os quartos sao limpos e confortáveis, localização excelente fizemos tudo a pé, otimos restaurantes, shopping e uma galeria maravilhosa para passear. Atendimento excelente desde a chegada que foi de madrugada e ele nos forneceu agua e no cafe da manhã biscoitos para as crianças, para a categoria e preço foi o melhor custo benefício, as crianças tambem adoraram a experiencia, tinha café fresquinho de manhã e microondas. No quarto tem geladeira, alem de estacionamento gratuito.

PPengguna TetamuFrom the moment we walked in I knew it was a mistake. The lobby had a leak that was obviously from plumbing because there was 3 floors above it. The rooms were last remodeled during the Nixon Administration I think. The doors on the bathroom cabinets were swollen from water and it being particle board. We had to go to the front desk numerous times because they don’t stock the rooms. No hair dryer, no shampoo , no coffee maker etc. I guess we’re lucky there was toilet paper , although I believe that was from the Home Depot paint dept and had a 36 grit rating. Also someone either died or was murdered in room 215 as there was a Coroner’s seal on the door. Parking was poor. The rear door doesn’t work and you would have to walk around the hotel in the pouring rain to get in. Also there’s no maid service on the weekends. All this for $200 a night in Glendale not even downtown.
