It was a excellent stay .. the valet parking guys were very friendly and housekeeping Karen was extremely friendly and nice

Limited food selection. Water pressure very low for shower. Other than that a very good stay. Except, we did change rooms due to the air conditioning was on full heat and would not shut off. Staff was very helpful and gave us an other room .

We had to call the front desk multiple times due to a malfunction with the air conditioning. They would not give us another room but insisted we call maintenance. We slept most of the first night sweating in extreme heat. We then wanted to switch rooms but they wouldn’t let us even though plenty of rooms for the same rate were available. We tried to even switch to a different hotel within the same network and they wanted to charge us $600 for one night. I’m done with Hilton, it used to be something to desire but now it’s just a joke.

The property was very nice however the front desk staff are terrible they should not be the face for the hotel, they need to be trained in hospitality etiquette! I have travels a lot throughout my 64 years and I can say that this is one of the most unfriendly staff that I have encounter! :( extremely disappointed bc I am a HiltonHonor member

It is ridiculous that hotel in this range do not put even water in th room...

The hotel is in need of an update .for a Hilton name I was surprised that the leather of the sofas at thr reception is torn. The restaurant serves a basic bar type food menu. Location is good with a walgreens and traders joe nearby. One of the reception staff Rafi stands out as very efficient ,helpful . Parking fees at 29 dollars a night is a bit high

It was centrally located for us. Facilities are worn. Had to search several floors for a working ice machine and thr restaurant and bar closed at 9pm on a Sat.

There was no hot water for 2 days. They said there would be hot water soon, then after a few hours, on that day there was none at all. I couldn't take a shower because the water would be cold. I asked to be moved to a room with hot water the very next day. I was moved to a terrible room with a small bed instead of a king size and overlooking the parking lot. I paid extra money for a good view from the window and a large bed. I went to swear at the reception so that they would change my room. The staff said there were no rooms. I said that I would not leave until they changed my number. After a long wait, they found me a better room with two beds instead of one large one. The water pressure was very weak and the heating also did not work well. When my inconvenience was raised, they said that the manager would call me, but he never called back in 2 days. When leaving, I asked for a discount and a printout of my payment, they told me that there was no paper and I had to call ******* and ask for a discount.

The room I was given had a broken HVAC system. I was moved to another room at 8PM but there was something wrong with the windows in that room, they were blurry looking out. When I reported this to the desk staff member in the morning, she acted like she did not care. In addition, the audio on the TV faded in and out; and because I did not see a microwave oven in the room, I had to go to the lower level of the hotel to use the community microwave there.

Convenient for us.

We have family in the area. When we visit them we always stay at the Hilton. It is so comfortable; it is a calming place to be in. And the staff is wonderful!!!
