Location - not actually a cave, just stone. However our room 204 (on top of their restaurant) is quite large and can actually fit 6 pax easily even though only 1 king and 1 single bed is available. Service - the Pakistani manager was serving a good food, freshly made for breakfast. Cleanliness - a bit dusty everywhere inside the room, seems like a bit run down. Need to tell the manager if you want them to clean your room or replenish towels/other amenities. Amenities - they provide toothbrushes, loofah, shower gel.

テラスからの眺めはとても良い。 朝の気球を眺めるために泊まったので目的は果たせました。 ホテルの中は洞窟なので若干埃臭い感じ。 テレビが壊れていたり、階段の手すりが壊れていたりと少し安全面は不安があります。 値段が安いので許容範囲内。 絨毯を敷き詰めたフォトスポットがあるので、これはオススメ。 市内の同じような施設は結構お値段が張るので。

1. 酒店訂單存在問題。我們在攜程訂了兩間,結果到店後,衹有一間。被迫無奈衹能週轉到其他酒店,到後半夜才能入睡。最後入住的酒店,味道很大,都是塵土味,應該沒有人維護。 2. 酒店老闆態度不行,沒有認真的服務。我們5.1訂了熱氣球。因為風大取消。希望延期到5.2,酒店老闆沒有幫我們重新預訂,也沒有及時更新是否可以飛。導致我們5.2錯過熱氣球。這裏提醒小夥伴,如果熱氣球沒有空位,租敞篷跑車去追日出也是極好的體驗。如果酒店老闆及時通知我們沒有空位,我們還可以安排其他活動。結果都錯過了。差評!!!

非常不錯的選擇 ,酒店有兩個景可以拍照。價格實惠環境好。早餐也好吃,服務態度也好,幫忙訂的熱氣球真的比淘寶什麼的便宜!!!這錢省下來去熱氣球買照片都好的~還有一衹可愛的小狗~很可愛很友好

아침식사 오물렛은 맛있어요. 3층에서 지내기 괜찮아요. 실내에 습기가 있고 전기히터가 고장나서 밤에 잘 때 추웠어요.

The staff at this hotel are extremely rude and disrespectful. Prior to our arrival, we arranged for the hotel transportation to pick us up from the airport. When we arrived, we waited outside of the airport for over an hour, only to find out that the driver left us. When we called the hotel to figure out what was going on, they said it was our fault that we missed the ride and refused to re arrange transportation for us. We ended up over paying for a taxi to take us to the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel, we met with the manager, a man named Rehmatullah, who was hostile with us from the beginning of our encounter with him. We expressed our disappointment with the airport pick up and instead of apologizing to us, he blamed us and told us there was no longer any rooms available at the hotel for us, despite him attempting to check us in. He began yelling and berating us in front of other customers. We felt extremely uncomfortable and no longer safe staying there, so we left and contacted Agoda (the company we booked through) to help us book a different hotel. They said there was nothing they could do on our end because the hotel refused to cancel our reservation, which made absolutely no sense because we were told by the staff person that there was no room for us. We told Agoda to go ahead and just cancel it and that we would book another hotel ourselves, which we did. Now, three days later, we received a notification from our bank that Nessa Cave Hotel charged us when we never even stayed there. This is the most horrific experience I have ever had at any hotel. I would not recommend that anyone stay there.

The hotel is very close to to down town and hotel is clean and calm .the hotel manager Rehmatullah is very nice host I have ever seen.they arranged all activities also balloon in low price.we stay here for two nights with family.the terrace view is awesome.

The hotel was great and the service was fantastic.the manager Rehmatullah is the one of the best host I ever met he treat us so good and arranged our balloon with discount price and atv also.we came as a family and have good stay here the terrace view with balloon was stunning

This is the second time that I am visiting Nessa Cave Hotel, my first trip around I visited back in 2023 with my family. From what I remember, it was a memorable stay and the experience was top notch. Again this year to celebrate my marriage we came to Türkiye for our honeymoon. My wife and I were in the care of possibly the sweetest man you can meet, Mr. Rehmatullah. He gave us the best pricing for every possible tour, venture and our honeymoon photoshoot. Every single staff displayed the same kindness and was always ready to help. There was no lack of any amenities as Mr. Rehmatullah and his team ensured all our needs were fulfilled. I highly recommend this hotel as we left with unforgettable and magical memories all thanks to the team at Nessa Cave Hotel.
