Good location, right in the center of Goreme. Breakfast was also good. However, property needs to be renovated. Everything looks old and worn out. One thing I also disliked in the room we stayed at is that the toilet bowl was high! Maybe for short people, stay away.

Hera Cave suites is a very nice hotel at the right location. It’s quite near to the center of Groeme and the valley so we can see balloon flying. The hotel design is unique and interesting, their cave rooms are good and comfortable. Staff services are excellent, as they are very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast quality and selection are good and delicious.

I find this hotel as our only option because of late booking, which also turned out the best option we could have. the room had a jacuzzi, a good cave feeling and beautiful interior design.
the hotel itself is also placed in a very good location, which gives you the access to almost everything you need in less than few minutes by walk.
also the hotel staff are very nice, after taking the balloon tour and talking with other people from different hotels, I figured out that the price they charged us for ballon tours and pickup service was the cheapest. i'm so happy for selecting them.

1、四百多年的洞穴，具有非常歷史的地下室隧道，當然在此基礎上新建了酒店。地下室可以Spa和按摩，很有特色。
2、室內寬敞，床和被子很舒服，晚上涼快不需要開空調。外麪的院子也很舒適。
3、早餐特別棒，選擇豐富。而且小哥還會為你準備口感非常棒的新鮮蜂巢和奶油，攪拌后塗在乾麵白片上，好吃極了。以及烤的薄餅蘸類似於紅糖一樣的醬汁。
4、臨走時還贈送一盒土耳其軟糖。
5、不足：酒店外邊的道路還在維修。
6、遺憾：天氣原因這兩天熱氣球停飛。

Arrived at the Virtus Hotel early in the morning after a night bus from Fethiye. The welcome from the receptionist Ekrem could not have been more welcoming. We left our bags with him and had breakfast while the room was being cleaned. We had a lovely room with a view of the balloon flights on a morning. There is a viewing gallery that you can use to watch the balloons taking off early in the morning which is spectacular. The whole area is captivating. The room had tea making facilities and a warm quilt on the bed for the chilly evening. Overall our stay was just great, all the staff and the owner were so friendly. Fully recommend this hotel for your stay in Cappadocia. Thanks guys.

Tertemiz, sıcacık, evimizde gibi hissettiğimiz 3 gecelik bir konaklama oldu. Bebeğimiz 7 aylık, ısınma problemi yaşamadık. Klima ve kalorifer ***et etkiliydi. Kahvaltı çeşitli ve temizdi. Sabah balonlarla uyanmak çok güzeldi. Terasında ise muazzam bir manzara vardı. Otelin dizaynı, otantikliği, taş oda konsepti güzel kareler yakalamamızı sağladı. Ayrıca çoğu gezi alanına çok yakın merkezi bir konumda. Serpil Hanım ve Muhammed Beye, gezi rotası oluşturdukları ve verdikleri tavsiyeler için çok teşekkür ederiz. İsmini bilmediğimiz diğer güleryüzlü personellerine de ayrıca teşekkürler. 🙏🏻🌸

Hotel familiar a las afueras de Goreme.
Aunque no está en el centro (se llega en 5 minutos caminando) está muy cerca de la zona donde despegan los globos y es la mejor zona para verlos al amanecer (mucho mejor que el mirador de Goreme y el Love Valley) ya que el sol lo tienes detrás.
El dueño es muy amable y te ayudará en todo lo que necesites.
La habitación y el desayuno muy bien. Wifi perfecta.
Desde la terraza del hotel también se pueden ver los globos al amanecer, pero como ya he dicho es mejor caminar 500 metros hacia el red Valley y el rose Valley (que es de donde despegan la mayoría) y verlos desde ahí.
Buen sitio y económico para estar unos días en Capadocia

A hotel where you will feel at home in Göreme. There is no TV in the hotel rooms, but there are books and you can feel like you are in an art house. Unlimited tea and coffee are free. The managers are friendly. The hotel is in a quiet location, 500 meters from the center. The terrace is magnificent and balloons are flying over it. If you want to write a book or relax, this hotel is for you. The only flaw is that the interior and exterior of the building do not complement each other. The rooms are magnificent, and the surface of the building resembles a classical old house.

CCaihongyuyu到卡帕玩，選擇酒店有兩個首要考量的要素，那就是洞穴和超大露台，其中洞穴無疑是卡帕的標簽，大露台自然也是為了更好地一覽卡帕地貌和拍攝美美的氣球漫天景象，而“漢拿”在這兩方面無疑都名列前茅。“漢拿”的洞穴房空間很大，完全沒有我們想象中的狹小、低矮和黑暗，住着自然就很舒服。而大露台，“漢拿”的露台真是超大，還高高低低地分成好幾個區域，無論白天黑夜，都能一覽無遺地觀賞到卡帕的核心區域格雷梅小鎮的絕妙風景。還有“漢拿”的早餐很好吃，坐在大露台上，有卡帕的美景，“漢拿”的美味，曬着微暖的陽光，真是無比愜意的時光！但是最後要補充一點，在洞穴酒店的房間裏，WiFi信號都不太好，這是普遍情況，很厚的巖石牆壁屏蔽很厲害，應理解！此外，我們住的家庭房有兩個卧室，中間除了半邊有牆，另外大半邊沒有任何門簾什麼的，總是有點不便。

In addition, restaurants and travel agencies are a few minutes walk from the hotel. If you don't like ”climbing hills” with your luggage, this hotel is excellent because it is located in a flat area. The hotel has new facilities and the design of the hotel and the room are nice. The heating and air conditioning work adequately, the room was clean, and there are rooms at street level and underground. The dining area has 2 terraces that have a view of the Göreme mountains or the street. There is a variety at breakfast and the kitchen staff is very friendly. The price of stay is adequate for the stay in the hotel. I recommend it!

You dont need to book anything via online. Booking with hotel, its cheaper and safer as he will be giving you their recommended tour guide company will fetch you from hotel directly (payment can be done in cash or credit card).
Sharing one of my experience which i was asking about renting car to drive around in goreme. He personally advise not to rent car as anything happens more headaches better take the taxi go around which taxi stand 3 mins walking distance.

This was my first visit to Cappadocia Turkey. The landscape to the North and South of the country comprises volcanic rock formations. To my amazement, this hotel is carved into built from the solid mineral material that forms the volcanic rock. Absolutely mythical, imaginative!I was truly in awe. Even though English was not the first language of the staff, they were very courteous and helpful. The rooms were also comfortable. There is a restaurant on the facility that serves a wide variety of foods that is tasty and delicious. Breakfast is Turkish style which is very healthy - lots of fruits and vegetables. I will highly recommend this hotel for visits and stays in Cappadocia

Cave rooms are nicely decorated, dim lighting, ambience and overall design makes you feel like you are really in a cave. Jacuzzi in the room is good but the water takes some time to warm up.
Because this is a real cave hotel (as the worker there explained), there are bits keep coming off from the ceiling in our washroom (not a big disturbance though, but we have to cover our cups when not in use) and we were told that it's normal for a real cave hotel.
Breakfast-wise, food is fine, not much variations in different days but good enough to start a day.. Coffee is only for someone who just need caffeine.
The terrace is nice, staff set up in every morning for the guest. Good thing is, it is not as crowded as other popular hotels.
Overall, staff are very friendly except one guy (who appears to be a senior one), doesn't seem to be welcoming and hospitable. He always talk to us in a blunt tone when we have queries on the stay or the room condition. He definitely ruined our overall experience here! Sigh.

We recently stayed at place for two days and it was a very warm and a wonderful Experience !!! The Hotel is centrally located and its a 5-7 minute walk away from the market. The Breakfast was the best we had in whole of Turkey. All rooms are very unique and has its own comfort and warmth. We were given 2 rooms on the lower deck since we were travelling with senior Citizens. The staff's warmth and helpfulness made us feel at home. The owner Mr. Salim Demir was very helpful and saw through that we were very comfortable. A small suggestion to travelers that you can book your balloon ride with the hotel where they will give you a better price . Ride. On the whole a really very pleasant experience and would highly recommend a stay at this Hotel if you are planning to visit Cappadocia.

PPengguna TetamuAza cave exceeds my expectations! we had the WOW moment when we arrived in the morning. the hotel exterior garden and every single staff at Aza made me feel welcome and they truly deserved a 5star Hotel rating instead of 3star . They paid full attention to the guest, It was my Bday trip and they made the effort to decorate the room with rose petals and wine. Really appreciate this! We got there early morning by Bus, they let us have breakfast even we weren’t entitled on that day. The breakfast was amazing! The hot air balloon was so close it felt surreal , and you could also go to sultan cave rooftop for pictures taking. I can’t think of a better hotel in cappadocia than aza!! A little tips; choose suit room / above as it is located in the main hotel building.

FFinn PhuaBreakfast had good variety, though hot food selection could be improved. Day2 served the exact same items as day1, so there is no day to day variety. Hot water wasn't coming out very well from the shower and the jacuzzi tub tap. On our checkout day, there was no hot water at all (did not bother asking reception as it was 1 hour to checkout). Water pressure was not strong enough for easy showering. On evening of day1 the jacuzzi jets were not working and the reception guy did not know how to fix it (day2 someone came to our room to flipped a switch to make it work). TV is only in living room, cannot view from the bed in a cave suite. I doubt I will return here if I come back to this area.
