Room was big & nice, breakfast is delicious, friendly staffs, great location which is closer to the town and to the look up points.

Room space a bit limited even booking family room. The bed is very comfy, room is clean and tidy. The breakfast also great, with a nice view

Nice location close by to sunset view point , rooms were very neat and clean , reception staff were very helpful and nice person. Breakfast was awesome with Mediterranean food and lots of variety.. We really enjoyed our stay and recommended to everyone

This place was absolutely amazing. Service was fantastic. They helped with absolutely everything from ordering food, to bus shuttles and tours. Really amazing buffet breakfast with amazing views. Would 100% stay again. They helped keep our luggage while we went on a tour and helped to phone the bus shuttle when we were a little late for it. Thanks to Samet for all your help and assistance during our stay.

The hotel overall is good and the view from the hotel is nice. But I would say cleanness can be improved.

Very nice hotel, location very close to sunset and sunrise point, no need to pay ticket for go there. Nice cave room, bath room very big and there are whirlpool Breakfast menu good and tasty. We enjoying breakfast with good view This hotel also some nice spot for photography.

Hotel is so close to Sunset view point. Very easy 5 mins short walk up and down hill for Sunset and Sunrise. It locals above the entrance fee pay kiosk so can be accessed to sunset view point for free anytime. The town view from bathroom window is stunning. Love the breakfast with fresh cherries and strawberries.

The hotel is built in a cave and it is very tiring to carry luggage up and down. The location is good and it is very close to the sunset viewing platform. However, the facilities are really old and the shower is very inconvenient.

I feel that this was one of the friendliest hotels I've stayed at, including in Japan. They were kind and easy to understand when it came to reserving the return bus. The view from the breakfast area is also amazing. However, since it's close to the balloon observation spot, if you walk there, you may have to pay an entrance fee depending on the time of day. If you're going by taxi, it's better to get there directly.

The hotel was beyond my expectation. I stayed in two room types, a small room and a presidential suite. Although the small room is called a small room, it is very large, 30 square meters. The presidential suite has a balcony on the fifth floor, where you can see hot air balloons in the morning, and the direction is the same as the sunset point, which is great. The service is very enthusiastic, which is a plus. Because the room type booked has changed, I hope to change it, and the store also readily agreed. The hotel is very close to the sunset sunrise point, and guests do not need to pay for tickets. It takes 3 minutes to walk to the observation deck. There are some shortcomings, but the disadvantages are not enough, such as the sheets are not smooth, pilling, and the air conditioning in the small room has a smell.
