Wonder of Cappadocia

1. The room (#302) is not only dirty, but it smells like cigarette smoke and mildew/mold. 2. The owner and his staff smoke cigarettes and the entire place smells of smoke. 3. The shower was dirty with lime scale/soap scum. 4. The place is dated and the furnishings are old and in need of repair/replacement. 5. There is no curtain on the door that leads to the balcony facing the town. Which has a direct view inside providing no privacy and no way to close out daylight. 6. The owner lied to us and said that he would refund us if *********** said it was ok, as they take a commission. We got them on the phone in that moment and *********** agreed to waive the commission and he still refused to refund us and said that he was booked and couldn’t move us to another room. 7. He was acting very rude towards us and accusing us of lying making us feel very uncomfortable around him or in his place. 8. When I said I would be posting a bad review, he said, “I know what you are trying to do lady and it isn’t going to work.” 9. The one good thing about the place was the nice little cocker spaniel named Bella who lives there. 10. There are many other options in Goreme.

We liked that the property was safe, convenient and walkable to dining options. Tkeakfast was amazing. The person at the reception gave us all the information and was always was friendly and speaks English, the ladies who serve bkeakfast and do the the cleaninf were helping us all the time. We will definitely recommend the place to our friends.

A rather new (appx 4 years old) hotel with a nice room and good breakfast buffet, with a very large terrace. The coffee wasn't very good, thank goodness for Nescafe. No elevator, so you'll need to lug suitcases up and down stairs. Parking seemed adequate. The in-room safe seemed flimsy. Staff seemed a bit aloof. Stone and concrete detailing in the room was very nice, and the bathroom was large.

Beautiful hotel. Elegant. Gorgeous view from rooftop with pillowed resting area. Extensive breakfast. Great location for major sites. Friendly service.

We stayed 2 nights. A short walk to all restaurants and shopping. We explored the area surrounding the village from here. Stunning formations close by. Our room was huge with a separate sitting area, that bit of space when you're travelling is wonderful. Breakfast is outstanding in the terrace. A wonderful stay. Thank you to the team.

Stayed for 3 nights with my husband in the 305 room for our honeymoon and we loved it. Room was spacious, clean, and the view from the balcony was amazing! Even the view from our bed while having all the curtains open was so beautiful. We could see all the mountains and the balloons. They had a terrace with a rooftop area that was perfect for viewing the hot air balloons in the morning while having breakfast. The breakfast was delicious! Something useful was to have access to free water from the terrace and reception so we could fill our bottles without having to buy water! Their location was perfect; everything was walking distance. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We are so grateful with Bura and Fatih! Fatih was kind to help us cancel last minute one extra night since we realised it was better to stay only 3 nights due to our timeframe. We were expecting to pay a fee but none. Bura helped us with any questions (he was always there!). We booked with him the horse riding (he was our tour guide, it was just us and him! Pretty much a private tour!), and he helped us booking the Turkish bath (amazing place recommended by the hotel with pick up and drop off). Even after check out, their attention continued.They allowed us to stay until 3 pm in our room since we had to take a late bus. After that, later in the day I was even able to have a shower since they have a shower in the reception area. They also made us the favour to drive us to the bus station which was super handy when you have many bags. Lastly, a bonus from the hotel are the hotel pets: Bella (a cocker Spanish) and Findik (hazelnut cat). Definitely would recommend staying here when exploring Cappadocia. BEST HOTEL IN CAPPADOCIA. Great location, easy walk to everywhere in Goreme. Room was good size, excellent shower and bathroom is big space. Area around was very quiet. Staff friendly, always around if needed, they have created this a**osphere of home. Breakfast selection was very good and fresh. Fantastic views from roof terrace, especially for watching the balloons as they literally come over the top of you..so close.

A beautiful hotel with such friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are decorated stylishly and the terrace was great. The breakfast was very good. We enjoyed the balcony! The location was also good, a short stroll into town in a quiet safe area.

I had a great stay at this hotel for one night. They gave me a room with a balcony and the room was big and clean. All the staff are nice and accommodating. They also helped me with my red tour. The breakfast was also good. They also gave me a ride to the bus station. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Cappadocia.
