Lokasi bagus, berjalan kaki singkat ke kawasan bandar. Bilik luas & bersih. Pasukan yang sangat membantu dan mesra menguruskan hotel ini. Secara keseluruhan, kami mempunyai pengalaman hebat dengan penginapan ini. Mereka boleh membantu dalam tempahan ulang-alik lapangan terbang, lawatan belon udara panas & lawatan sehari juga. Sangat mengesyorkan mereka.

Hotel ini sangat bersih dan mempunyai lokasi yang hebat! Apa yang menjadikannya benar-benar istimewa ialah kakitangannya—mereka berusaha lebih untuk membantu mengatur sebarang aktiviti di Cappadocia, sama ada pemindahan lapangan terbang, menaiki belon udara panas, lawatan ATV atau lawatan peribadi untuk laluan hijau/merah. Semuanya teratur dengan baik dan ditawarkan pada harga yang berpatutan. Amat disyorkan untuk penginapan yang mudah dan menyeronokkan.

I had doubts when I made booking - the hotel didn’t have many reviews. I took the risk though and it was well worth it. My stay at Hira cave was amazing! The room was spacious, clean and beautiful, the bed was comfortable - I slept like a baby all 5 nights. The view from the terrace was fascinating and breakfast was delicious as well - the photographs are attached. The owners were friendly and helped to arrange pick up from the airport, shared a few useful hints about the hikes and did everything to make my stay memorable. Thank you very much, I will come back!

房間是提前兩天定的，定房子的時候沖的是早餐和環境過來的，鬧中取靜，在格雷梅小鎮的周邊，走路10分鐘到鎮上。 店裡天台早上可以看熱氣球，我們的熱氣球是店主幫忙預訂的，價位合理，是第一波起飛的，並且經理幫我們安排了接送機的車輛。 店裡的兩個經理和所有服務人員非常好，提前加了what’s 溝通，幫我們省了很多精力。 早餐的麪包十幾種不同口味，都是廚房姐姐自己做的，非常美味。 距離周邊的景區也比較近，可以走路到鎮上去租車，或者租摩託車，記得去之前換好國際駕照，以及摩託車駕照 騎摩託一天都可以逛周邊七八個景點。

We had an amazing stay at Divan Cave House! The hotel sits on a quiet hill in Göreme with beautiful panoramic views of the town and hot air balloons at sunrise. The cave rooms were spacious, clean, and full of character, blending traditional charm with modern comfort. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful — always ready to assist with balloon bookings, transfers, and local recommendations. Breakfast was lovely, with a wide selection of fresh items served on the rooftop terrace, where you can also enjoy a perfect view of the balloons in the morning. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the town center, restaurants, and shops, yet far enough for peace and quiet. The cave atmosphere felt truly authentic and cozy, especially in the cool October weather. Highly recommend Divan Cave House for anyone visiting Cappadocia — it’s a warm, welcoming, and memorable stay that captures the spirit of the region perfectly.

A beautiful hotel and a wonderful experience. Goreme is so beautiful and this hotel is located not too far from the central places where you can find lots of great restaurants and souvenir shops. The room is naturally cool and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the whole atmosphere at the hotel and the outside seating areas are perfect for relaxing after a long day of touring. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Best cave hotel in Gerome, beautiful room with huge space , and free access to balcony of Sultan suites for hot air balloon photography. Special shoutout to staff Alp , he gave us a tour of the hotel and room and gave us the most needed help when I had ankle injury from hot air balloon ride. Thank you for your service.

Absolutely loved my stay here. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and very affordable. The Turkish breakfast each morning was delicious and very filling. I would definitely love to come back and stay here again in the future.

I’m stayed with family at family suite with 2 bedrooms plus spacious living room. Super nice Hot Air Balloon & sunrise viewing in the morning. Very attentive, polite and friendly hotel specially compliment to both Zeynep & Mensure. Both are lovely ladies.Thank you once again for everything during our stay . Highly recommend hotel if you going to Cappadocia.

Positives: reasonable price compared to others in the area, spacious and beautifully furnished rooms, good breakfast, central location surrounded by local supermarket, restaurants, bus/taxi stop, ATM; friendly and helpful staff (especially the male one), abundant room amenities, very nice view from the terrace Negatives: breakfast starts late, the mattress of the single bed in family room is too hard, the bathroom door is difficult to close and open, some of the electronic devices not working. Highlight: the male staff assisted us very well. Our clothes got wet because of the heavy rain, so we need to laundry and dry our clothes. He helped finding us a one-day laundry service because i had to leave the next day. rooms.
