Wonderful hotel with amazing customer service !! I love this hotel so much . The receptionist knew that I am solo traveller this time . They suggested me lot of useful trips for one day traveling in Goreme town.like restaurant, cafe , sightseeing points.trip.com showed wrong check in and trip out time . I arrived at the hotel around 11am . After small talk with me, they allowed me to early check in . Not to mention that the hotel design is fantastic with very nice swimming pool . I jumped into the swimming pool this morning after finishing my breakfast buffet. The swimming pool water is very cool but it let me have refreshing morning. Thank you so much. Very sweet . I got the gift from hotel when sending me back to the airport and I will remember you guys -enthusiastic services and this hotel ! So happy to stay in here .

Our stay at Sah Saray was better than our expectations. The people there make it good. Our room was beautiful and looked just like the photos if not even better. The only thing I did not like about it was that it was not spacious enough for what we paid it was a bit of a squeeze. The property overall was fantastic, the views from the terrace of the balloons every morning were so calming. The service was great especially from Samet at reception who was always providing the best service and always genuine and personalised to us. Thank you very much to Mr Kemal for arranging all our activities for us especially the balloon ride and managing to get us the deluxe flight that we wanted! :) The breakfast at the property was delicious. You have a full Turkish breakfast every morning and Orhan's service was amazing, he even served us breakfast after the time had passed on a couple of the days as we woke up late and would serve us complimentary drinks every so often. Everyone at the property is so helpful and always there to have a friendly chat with and the place itself is just gorgeous. The location was not bad we could walk to the centre in less than ten mins from the property which is great because the hotel restaurant is not open for lunch or dinner so it's great that the centre is so close.

Sono stata in questo hotel insieme a parenti ed amici la notte del 13 febbraio. La vista dall'hotel è molto bella, si può ammirare Goreme.Posizione eccellente,il panorama è decisamente suggestivo. Le camere , io le chiamerei suite, meravigliose,curate e confortevoli. Hanno tutte un loro stile. Alcune con vasca da bagno da terra altre con doccia ma tutte arredate nei minimi dettagli. Ampia scelta di salato e dolce per quanto riguarda la colazione e naturalmente molto buona. Personale che ci ha accolto e che ci ha seguito molto cordiale e disponibile. Posizione strategica per le varie escursioni di vario tipo che si possono fare tra cui il famoso giro in mongolfiera, nelle vicinanze possibilita di fare tour a cavallo o in quad. Super consigliato. I stayed at this hotel with my family for a week in October 2023. Its an amazing hotel even better than the images online. The staff at the hotel were all very welcoming and friendly always happy to help from reception to the restaurant to the room service staff. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, with a cave but modern outlook. Rooms are cleaned daily with fresh bedding, tea coffee water provided daily etc. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very convenient location walking distance to the local shopping centre of Goreme. Breakfast was a good selective choice the staff were always welcoming and very friendly. A big thank you to Bahar from the restaurant who was always so friendly welcoming and helped me and my family out so much she couldn't do enough. The hotel has an amazing roof top terrace perfect location to see sunrise and sunset and watch the hot air balloons in the sky. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be revisiting. Thank you to all the team for a lovely experience.

Walked into a cleanest and most comfortable room. Service was incredible. Waited for us almost until midnight as we travelled a long way. Breakfast was beautifully presented. We felt very well taken care of. Will be definitely coming back. Would recommend Ivy to everyone. Thank you very much 🙏

Overall, Great value for such a cheap price! Good for solo travellers on short trips. Likes: 1. Ali is the nicest host, very accomodating and hospitable ! He even took me to the Sunset Point in Goreme on my first day. :) - he also upgraded my room to a Cave room (I initially just booked Triple Arch Room) - he also allowed very late check out for me, only paid half of the normal late check out price - Speaks good English 2. Spacious rooms! Rooms are pretty in my opinion. 3. Cute little terrace! It's got a really nice view of the balloons in the morning!! 4. Town is just few steps away! 5. Quiet :) 6. Breakfast is not bad, but limited. 7. The temperature inside the cave room is not as cool as you would expect it to be, but the temperature inside the room is consistent all day, it's not cold but also not hot. I came mid September, temperature reaches at around 35c max during the day, room did not get super hot. But when the temperature gets cooler outside, the room is slow to cool down , had to open the window for the cool air to come in. I guess this is different from actual caves but thats ok, just an observation Things that can be improved: 1. I was not sure about the frequency of the house keeping, it was not daily for me 2. On some days, I noticed that my bed is made when i come back from tours which is nice but the trash from the bathroom was not collected for few days - only the trash in the bed room. 3. I wish toilet papers were provided as the room gets cleaned - especially if it's running out. In my case, i had to buy some although some rolls were provided for me but it was not enough for me - stayed 8 nights 4. Limited amenities.. the room only had 'shampoo' and hand soap- i wish there were some shower gel and conditioner for shower which should have been there in the first place as 'basic amenities' - even some 3 star hotels have these 5. Main breakfast area : should add more tables, i noticed that some people had to wait for some people to finish eating before they can get a seat. 6. Weak wifi - wifi is not stable at all. it's hit and miss. Otherwise i think this is acceptable for the price i paid. But it would be nice to improve the above. Apart from that i think it's a nice place to stay for a short trip but not more than that.. Nicest staff! Thank you Ali and staff :)

This hotel was the best of all the cave hotels in Goreme. The staff were all friendly, and the CEO was a great man with a great passion for hotel management. During our stay, he always checked and pay attentions if there were any inconveniences to his guests. The meal was great and the bed was comfortable. The balloon tour was canceled due to the weather, so I extended our stay. If I will come back to Cappadocia, I will definitely stay at this hotel. Strongly recommend

Io e la mia compagna abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti in questa struttura ad inizio ottobre 2023. Sto rileggendo le recensioni di questo hotel per capire cosa mi ha spinto a prenotare proprio qui. Ho trovato recensioni entusiasmanti e foto meravigliose di un hotel che purtroppo noi non abbiamo trovato. Cominciamo dal guardino: a differenza di quello che si vede nelle foto ad oggi è una sterpaglia incolta a tal punto che per raggiungere la nostra camera (la numero 105) dovevo attraversare una jungla. Passiamo alla camera: partendo dal presupposto che per 36 euro a notte non possiamo pretendere l'hilton, il livello era ben sotto la soglia della decenza. Entro nel dettaglio: lenzuola completamente bucate, stesso discorso per gli asciugamani; miscelatore del lavandino che penzolava a destra e sinistra; lavandino otturato che per far sgorgare l'acqua dopo aver lavato i denti abbiamo aspettato un'intera notte; acqua del bagno che non si sa per quale motivo ogni tanto non usciva; l'ultima mattina non ho potuto fare la doccia perché l'acqua calda non è pervenuta; temperatura interna della camera ben al di sotto di quella esterna (fuori facevano 15 gradi e dentro non più di 10); le dimensioni della camera erano quanto quelle del letto matrimoniale (con 3 valigie per arrivare in bagno dovevamo camminare di profilo); spifferi che entravano da sotto la porta e dalle finestre. Ripeto a questo prezzo non possiamo pretendere granché, ma almeno cerchiamo di raggiungere la decenza, anche perché basterebbe veramente poco. Inoltre hanno sempre preteso pagamenti in contanti e mai con la carta anche per le varie attività che abbiamo prenotato con loro. Le uniche note positive sono la posizione centrale e la disponibilità del personale che comunque ha prontamente risolto un paio di problemi sopra elencati. E nonostante tutto continuo a non capire come gli altri ospiti hanno dato 5 stelle.

Super schönes Hotel mit äußerst freundlichen, zuvorkommend Mitarbeitern. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, mit Holz Möbeln ausgestattet. Schönes Bad mit großzügiger Dusche, im Außenbereich diverse Sitzgelegenheiten. Die für Kappadokien typischen Heißluftballons konnte ich vom Bett aus sehen, bzw. sind von der Terrasse aus gut zu sehen. Das Hotel liegt an der Hauptstraße, perfekt für Ausflüge mit dem Mietwagen, allerdings hört man den Verkehr zum Teil, was uns nicht gestört hat. Wir waren froh, dass wir nicht jeden Abend ein Spießrutenlaufen an den Lokalen und Souvenirshops vorbei nach Hause absolvieren mussten, Wir kommen bestimmt wieder, da es noch so viel in dieser magischen Landschaft zu entdecken gibt.

Had a great experience staying here. Service was top class, and in-house dining options are fabulous. As for location, it has great views of Goreme town and Uchisar castle from the roof. Provided tour booking options from reception, and airport drop off. Great value for money, and staff was friendly. Cleanliness could have been better in the cave room, as the floor mat was a bit dusty. However, everything else considered, we would love to return!
