Our room was a moderate twin room on 3/F (facing the podium car park which means no view). The room design was good - overall the room size was small (even in tokyo standard - not any bigger) bathroom was even smaller but still provides the essentials that you need.
The hotel is more a business hotel which offers everything that you need (free yakult, ice bars, hot coffee, chocolate, ramen, comics corner, and more), hotspring and footbath. Everything you can name, just go and get them/ experience yourself. I appreciated the fact that the hotel has tried to put everything together in a compact space.
There are 3 areas for free car parking, each of which is not big - the nearest car park 1 adjacent to the hotel is always full after 6pm. However, there is still no need to panic as another parking area 2 is just nearby (like 2 min walk).
Breakfast was just okay - mostly Japanese with limited western choice. Last entry for breakfast is 9am which is very early, making the restaurant always packed during 8-9am. For the 3 nights spent there, our family of 3 had to sit on bar table for 2 days and queue outside to wait for a table (10 mins) on the last check-out day. The waiting was not a very pleasant experience afterall. During the Christmas holiday, the restaurant has also reached its max capacity and life would have been easier for staff and guests if they could extend the breakfast hours till later like other hotels at 10:30am.
We will want to try other hotels in Gotemba next time.

The service and attitude at the front desk are very good. The hotel is clean and comfortable. We also booked private baths at the hotel. Gotemba premium outlet is within walking distance. It's just a pity that we couldn't see the complete Mount Fuji on the day we arrived.

Very interesting archetecture, great view of Mt. Fuji and a good price were why we choose this hotel. We arrived around 6 PM and were told we couldn't use the restaurant because we didn't have a reservation. We had to drive back to interstate about 15 minutes to find something, there is nothing at all in the hotel vicinity or even a little snack shop on site! Buses very limited. The front of the hotel was nicely painted and landscaped, but the back with patio was pretty shabby. But it did have seating outside for great fresh air. Parking was free but coming back after dinner the covered parking was all full and we had to park lower level in the rain. The room had a strange layout, a 3-mat room for a passageway (luggage drop?) and a small bedroom that one person could get out of bed on one side, but the other person had to crawl over the middle of the bed in the night to get out. In the closet were 2 hard hats?? In case Fujisan starts spewing ash? I think maybe this room was the staff's emergency room when forced to stay. The public bath was disappointingly small, so got crowded quickly. And the view? Of course it rained so no view of Mt. Fuji at all. Not in the hotel's control, but left us disenchanted... 4-star hotel. I don't think so.

Hotel however is clean and comfort, have a public bath, the buffet breakfast is cheap 1200yen per person with reasonable food quality. The room is dated and the toilet as well. After spending the night there (very hard to sleep) , me and my daughter have a lot of mosquito bites. Told the receptionist about it and gave us an ointment.
They have a free balloon making tutorial and kids loved it. We like the breakfast specially the breads. The staffs are polite and accommodating.

This is a fantastic experience to stay in this hotel. Due to Covid19, I didnt try the public hot spring but book the room with the Japanese bathroom. The hot spring is hot enough though our room is not the sea view but u can definitely release all your stress. The food and service are highly recommended and next time will world being my family to stay at least 2 days to enjoy !

A charming ryokan in the hills above Lake Ashi. My husband and I stayed in an apartment style unit with tatami rooms with futons. We enjoyed the onsen (indoor and outdoor). Breakfast (extra fee) was a traditional and delicious Japanese morning meal. Our unit had a beautiful view of the lake and Mt Fuji. It's a little remote which was wonderful but you'll want to eat before you settle in and pack snacks and tea or coffee for morning. The people were friendly and helpful. You can arrange to be picked up at the Kojiri Terminal. I would stay here again.

We stayed in the room with open bath... e room was fantastic n big...
The staff is great. My hubby was having running nose due to the cold weather. we approached the front desk staff for help if they by chance have and medicine. The staff was very helpful and careful, even asked if my hubby does e running nose comes with throat pain n cough etc before providing us the tablets. Kudos to the staff ..
Throughout the stay, staffs are very polite and always smiling. Hotels even provide free snacks.. we enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend to friends.

PPengguna Tanpa Nama這是球場的酒店，各方面比國內的五星級酒店都更好，房間面積很大，洗漱用品的品質很好，酒店大堂和其他公共空間的設計和佈置也非常棒！可惜沒有提前預約，沒吃上25週年活動的特色晚餐，以後到日本一定要養成提前預約的習慣。在這個球場打球一直都是在富士山腳下，視野和風景非常漂亮！

PPengguna Tetamu家族で1泊のみ利用しました。 基本的に高い満足度で、子供の希望があり、また近いうちに再訪することになりそうです。 私たちは、コンテナハウス式の「グランデキャビン」を利用しましたが、＜グランピング＞初体験者なので、他施設・他設備との実体験上の比較はできません。 云えることは、＜グランピング＞と云うものが、野外空間で基本的に布1枚のテントで過ごすような＜キャンプ＞でもなければ、ボタンに触れるだけで照明コントロール・バトラー呼出しなどができ、空調完備で外界からの環境的影響を極力排除した恒久建物内で過ごす＜ラグジュアリーホテル＞でもない、その中間のシェルターなので、利用客として、＜キャンプ＞寄りを期待するのか＜ラグジュアリーホテル＞寄りを期待するのかの程度により求めるスペックに差が出てしまい、現実の利用施設のスペックとのズレが起きやすいことでしょうか。 その上、この施設の特性として、①天気に恵まれるか雨に降り込まれるか②滞在中一度でも富士山が見えるか見えないか③酷暑期/厳寒期かそうでないかの3要素が、利用客の満足不満足の大きな分かれ目になっている気がします。 ※ 特に雨天時の物心両面での個別サポートが課題と感じます。 なお、この施設は、感染症蔓延期にそれまで設定(宣伝)していたサービス内容を変更し、その変更を施設HP上で判りやすくオンタイムで広報できていなかったようです。 さて、利用時の9月初週は、昼間が外にいるのがきつい暑さでも、夜には少し冷えて来る、と云った、恐らく夏休み利用としては理想に近い気候でした。 8月15日以前は、夜になっても外が涼しくならず、「避暑」になりにくかったと聞きました。ついでに冬のことを訊くと、零下5度まで下がる(2月)ので、シャワー、洗面台、トイレなどの水回りは、凍結防止のため、ひと晩中水をチョロチョロ出しっぱなしにする必要がある程の寒さだそうです。その代わり、冬季は晴天率が高く、富士山を望みやすい、夜空も美しいと云う利点がある訳なので、そこのところを理解した上で利用を検討されるとよいと思います。残念なことに、施設HP上では、その辺りの説明が不十分(意図的?)なので、改善を期待します。 夕食は＜グランピングディナー＞を頼みました。夕食指定時刻少し前に、全ての調理品と食材が、スタッフにより専用カートで運び込まれ、料理説明とメインディッシュ(トマホークビーフ)自己調理用のガスストーブ使用方法の説明を受けました。据置き式大型ガスストーブでの調理など最初は戸惑いましたが、チャレンジしてみると意外に上手くでき、ここのところに＜グランピング＞らしさを感じました。(本物のキャンプ熟達者からは嘲笑されるかも知れませんが、そもそもそう云う本物を求めていないのでここに来ています。) ちなみに、調理済み料理と自己調理用食材の品質は、トマホークを含めて良好で、量は、私たちには多過ぎでしたが、足りない向きには、オプションのデリバリー料理(調理済)や追加食材があります。確かに、冷凍品や業務品の一部使用があるらしいものの、この施設には箱根小涌園出身の洋食チーフが配置されており、どこかの施設のように、セントラルキッチンから調理済み料理の輸送を受け調理素人のスタッフがチンなどしてマニュアル画像通りに盛付けて出す方式ではないので、トレーサビリティー対応を含め安心して楽しめました。 食后、花火を楽しみ、キャビン前で焚火を熾し、ハンモックに揺られながら真正面に登山者の煌々とした明かりの列が連なる富士山の夜景を眺め、またジャグジーバスに浸かりながら星空を見上げスーパームーン直後の月見をするなど、ひと通りの体験ができました。 キャビンサービス面ですが、「フィールドアテンダー」なる呼称のスタッフが担当しており、私たちが接した限り、地元出身のキャンプオタクが多く、相当熱いテンションでキャンプ生活の醍醐味とノウハウをグランピング初心者に伝授してくれようとしていました。私たちにはとても興味深く、リピートへの架け橋となりました。もちろん、全員が熱い訳でなく、まだまだサービス基本の訓練度が低い(若手?)スタッフも散見されましたが、この施設を始めどこもこの面では苦労しているようです。 なお、私たちは自家用車利用でしたので、キャビン真裏の駐車スペースは助かりましたが、施設HPからのWeb予約時、その選択のための説明や誘導が見当らず、不備・不親切に映りましたので、改善を期待します。 一方、もろに矛盾することですが、構内で、自動車動線(顧客・業務共)と歩行者動線の区別がないので、乳幼児はともかく、低年齢児童をキャビン外で自由に遊ばせることにリスクがあります。敷地形状など物理的な制約があるとは云え、工夫する余地はあるはずなので改善を期待します。 最後に、施設内で2階建て大の普請中建物を見かけ尋ねたところ、温浴施設とのことでした。各キャビン内にジャグジーバスがあるものの、やはり多くの方々が「大浴場」を求められるようですが、特に厳冬期にその真価を発揮するかと思います。感染症蔓延による混乱期を経て、この施設もこれから増設や改修を計画しているようなので期待するところです。

PPengguna Tetamu御殿場には墓参りで年に数回行きますがいつもはこのホテル至近のドーミーインにお世話になってます。サウナ付の部屋があるこのホテルが気になってたので今回初めて投宿してみました。 到着してみると外観・内観共に他の方の口コミ通り元ラブホの雰囲気が漂ってました。 【良かった点】 ・宿泊代の割には部屋が広い ・wifiの繋がりが良い ・空調が良く効く ・部屋の風呂がジェットバス付で快適 ・サウナは９０度まで上がり高温で良かった 【良くなかった点】 ・トイレットペーパー・ティッシュの量が少なすぎる（経費節減か？） ・サウナを出入りする際に段差があるので要注意 ・入浴する際に脱衣室が無くカーテンだけ ・洗面所に手拭き用のタオルが備わっていないので不便 ・クルマが無いと不便な立地、ドーミーインのように近隣店舗からデリバリー出来るようなシステムを構築してもらいたいところ いろいろと記載しましたがラブホ的なことを気にしなければ良いホテルだと思いました。 今後、御殿場を訪れる際には候補にしようと思います。

EExplore11052437195焼き立てパンと健康朝食が無料で、ウェルカムドリンク（お酒もあり！）、そして天然温泉まであるスーパーなビジネスホテル。 3人だったので、コネクティングドアが付いてるお部屋を予約しました。 ベッドがとても広く、二人でもかなり余裕がありました。 スマホやipadなどの充電コードがテーブルに備え付けてあったり、ベッドにはUSBコードの差込端子が2つあるのは、とても良かったです。 朝食は感染対策もしっかりされていて、案内の方がテキパキとお客さんを誘導されていました。 メニューの種類も多く、どれも美味しかったです。 特に、焼き立てパンは絶品♡ 他にも枕が選べたり、女性にはアメニティのプレゼントがあったりとサービスも花丸 御殿場インターからも近くて利用しやすいのもポイント高い✨

PPengguna Tetamu１年に２度御殿場市内に宿泊しているので、今回は今まで宿泊していないホテルを利用しました。御殿場インターから１分以内で着きました。早めにホテルに着いたので駐車場は楽に利用できました。ホテルの設備は古く残念でした。朝食もそれほどのものでなく少しがっかりしました。テレビモニターも最近になく小型で旧式でした。大浴場もあると聞いたのですが利用しませんでした。部屋は一見きれいに掃除されているような感じでしたが。窓ガラスの掃除しにくい所やバスルームの隅は汚くて、窓ガラスは黒カビが生えていました。エアコンの具合もあまり良くなく、枕も自分好みでなく一晩中眠れなくて、帰りに観光して帰ろうと思っていたのですが、体調が悪**のまま帰宅しました。

PPengguna Tetamu時之栖のイルミネーションは毎年２回は行っていますが、今年は東京に用事があったので車利用で帰り道に宿泊しました。２食付きで宿泊しましたが、夕朝食とも8階で朝食時には富士山が綺麗に見えていました。夕食はすし定食でしたが、疲れていたので美味しく頂けました。部屋はツインを予約しましたが部屋に着いた時には真っ暗でイルミネーションだけ見えていましたが、翌朝は部屋から富士山が大きく見えてびっくりしました。気楽坊の入浴券も頂きましたが、時間の関係で利用しませんでした。また機会があれば利用して明るいうちに富士山を眺めたいです。

モーニングも値段の割にちゃんとしていて美味しかったです。
またきかいが有れば使いたいと思います。
