Pros: right across the street from the beach, where they have their own section with chairs and umbrellas. Very convenient location to all the grace bay hotels and restaurants. 10 min walk to grocery store. Very friendly staff.
Cons:
-No gym. I had to pay $80 for the week for wrightfully fit which was 15 minute walk.
-No on site restaurant, although right across the street is infiniti bar, solana, and several other great restaurants.
-2 bedroom suite was a little small, and we didnt realize there was only one bathroom.

The staff were amazing, helpful. Safe and Quiet area, but walking distance to beautiful beach and great dining and shopping. Down side no gym and or restaurant on site. Breakfast need more fruit variety.

This is a beautiful, hidden gem. Well-maintained and beautiful and close to everything. It was great for us and our family. Got two rooms and they were spacious and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

I would not recommend this property if you are looking for a nice resort. The rooms are in really poor condition (cracks in floor, picture frame wall art broken, shower fixtures broken) and thus overpriced for the area. And the location is across the street from the beach.

Was exactly what we hoped for. Walking distance to the beach and all of the shops and other dining. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Nice they have 2 pools and the hot tub was great!

The people of the Turks and Caicos islands are a big part of what made our trip so special and easy, especially as first-timers there. The folks at Villa Del Mar were AWESOME! Just ask and you will receive, it's that simple. Down to earth, not judgy, and just super genuine and helpful staff. You can spend a LOT more money if you walk 100 steps from Villa Del Mar and stay ON the water, but I ask you.... Why in the world would you do that???!

We absolutely love the Villa Del Mar. We’ve stayed there twice. Reason it’s getting a 4 star is the service and the items in the room this time. We just had to request towels, wash clothes , cooking pans, toilet paper and etc. Outside of this particular thing, the rest of the resort area is amazing. We would stay there again.
